The laptop I normally use along with my iphone is "out of order" so to speak. I am using my father's laptop until I find a replacement. I do not want to save anything directly to his computer. I would like to save my photos to my flashdrive instead. Is this gonna be a problem or is it even possible?

No problem at all. Plug in your flashdrive. Connect your iPhone. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the drive with your phone's name - it will be the last one. Double click, open the DCIM folder, your pix are in the sub-folders. You can either copy the entire folders (drag & drop to the flash drive) or open each folder and select the pix you want.

You can continue to use the current AppleID for iTunes, but your husband can create a new AppleID to use to create a new iCloud account that will be his own and not overlap with yours. If you do not have another email address to use for an AppleID, just get a free Gmail account and use that.
You can have as many AppleIDs as you want (or at least, as many as you have email addresses for). You can use a separate AppleID for the store, another for iCloud, and even another for iMessage if you wish.
You will want to keep the current one as the shared one for the store as all your previous purchases are permanently tied to it, and thus you need that AppleID to update or redownload your current purchased content.

Also the mail is acting very funny by not getting the rules work in a proper method. Is ther a software to repair mail.

i did both of them, but still the while sending the mail the diolog box is not showing up and also the spelling and grammer does not do the spelling check.

You have to do it on the Apple TV itself while it's plugged into a TV so that you can see its screen.

The other 2 applications open like normal. All three give me info.

They all list Apr 3 as the last time opened. That was when I upgraded to Mavericks. I certainly used pages and numbers since then as I have alot of my work files on this computer?
Just very odd. I did find my original iWorks disc from when I bought the computer. I'm assuming i can reinstall it. Will try that. Thank you for all your help. Would still like to know what did happen?

I don't know how that could have happened. Go through the folders for the rolls and separate the 2005 rolls from the 2006 rolls, then import the 2006 rolls.

If you are referring to the first generation Apple TV, then you cannot sync content which is stored on its hard drive back to iTunes.

When I click on a file, the downloads box opens and depending on the setting, it auto saves the file or asks me where to save the file. What if I don't want to save it anywhere, I just want to view it and close it?

When I say OK and restart Firefox all my tabs are going:-( This happens every time now. I know how to get my old tabs back but every time I close Firefox it always warns me that I am closing multiple tabs.

Do not use "Clear history when Firefox closes" to clear the "Browsing History".

Using the "Show my windows and tabs from last time" setting is a more reliable way to restore session data.
