I called up data provider, they says its the problem with new software update. There is no option add APN. Now when i switch to safari its showing you are not subscribed for cellular data. But I am able to use data on other phone.
Will you please help me in this regard?
Another issue, since i bought my new iphone there is dust inside back main camera.

If you are having permission issues, then that would be with your operating system. If you are using linux, mac or xp I can help, but I'm not familiar with Vista or Win7. (sorry)

AmberL: what operating system are you using? I've seen threads about back button problems but haven't looked at them. Give them a look over. The solution for that might be the same for the bookmark problem. (generally, if back doesn't work, its because there is no previous page to go to in that particular tab for that session, but I'm sure there are quirks that could cause it not to work) If you are running Vista or Win7 the best I could suggest is to look into Control Panel or whatever it is called now and look for Users & Groups. There you should find something to adjust security or permission levels. You can play with that and see if that helps, but I'd wait for someone who is more knowledgeable about permissions on those OSes to chime in first if you aren't comfortable mucking around with it.

Hi, I tried your advice and it tells me the external drive is ok, and the ERASE section is grey, probably because I encrypted the disk!?!
Still the same issue: every time I enter my password to access the external hard drive, it restarts the macbook and I get a screen that says: the computer restarted because of a problem... so frustrating!

This is a medical records system, cloud based. I use Firefox to get into the system, but any browser would work. Other than this problem, Firefox works fine (better than IE, in my opinion).
Patient demographics include their email, which is hyperlinked and should go right to Outlook (my default email program). This works in IE, but nothing happens on the click when using Firefox as the browser.

It is the web browsers' responsibility to handle these types of links, and there seems to be something lost in the communication between the Flash engine and the browser. I suspect you only migrated the media folder instead of the complete working library. Either review the transfer process and copy over the entire iTunes folder from your old profile's music folder or see Recovering your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

Keeping current plan, but downgrading when it ends:
Settings>icloud>Storage & Backup>Change Storage Plan. Look at downgrade options. There you can choose the plan you want when the current one ends.
