I cannot complete the registration for an iTunes account since I do not own a credit card, nor does the rest of my family. HELP!
I came upon registering for an iTunes account but the only payment options it gives me require a credit card. Our family does not own a single credit card.... What do I do now? Please help!!!

If you have a credit card on your account then it will need to be valid. If you don't have a card to replace it with then have you tried removing it from your account ? On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link.

If you don't get the 'none' option on the payment details screen then do you owe iTunes anything or have any pre-orders/subscriptions due : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS5366 ?

That is what I don't understand. I will maybe take a trip out to apple store to see what they say. Funny thing is it let me buy the iOS app with no problems. I recently was unable to watch a movie I purchased & paid for because my credit card was out of date. Surely you cannot take access to items I have purchased away from me if I do not own a credit card? Does this mean that I will no longer be able to view purchases if I decide to cancel my credit card. If this is the case, I will not be purchasing movies from iTunes again

You will only be able to use one account at a time with the Apple TV. This will mean that you can only rent or purchase content from one account, you would need to log out and into the other account in order to rent or purchase from that.
You should however, be able to use content from both accounts in iTunes on your computer, provided that the content from the account that you are not logged into is authorised to be played on that computer. Consequently you should be able to AirPlay content from both accounts to the Apple TV from iTunes or play content from both accounts via the computer section on the Apple TV. -

Read the steps in the support article from which you came carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
If you are certain you're following the steps exactly as given and are creating a new Apple ID and still have problems, go here:

i used 3 old computers for my itunes account previously, that i have no access to de-authorize now..
can this still be done with my existing computer, and does it de-authorize the current one, so that i would have to re-load it????
the original 3 computers are long gone, in-active....Individual computers can only be deauthorised directly on them, but as you have more than one computer authorised then you can log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and 'deauthorise all' (which you can do once every 12 months) and you can then authorise/reauthorise the computers that you still have and need. Deauthorising a computer doesn't remove any content from it, it just means that you won't be able to use any of the account's downloads on it until you reauthorise it.

How long does it take for a cancellation fee to process? I just cancelled my annual subscription to adobe audition today and the customer service agent say the cancellation payment went through of $74.90, but i see no charge on my credit card. On the website it says my cancellation is effective in march 16, 2015. So when will i be charged?
