I copied a form in Formscentral, now all references to the used logic have disappeared. How can i get these back? I am using a subscription based version.
Hi;
You want to "Duplicate" the form in order to retain all of the Show/Hide logic. If you "copy" the form by copying and pasting all of the fields from within a form that does not retain the Show/Hide logic.
To Duplicate a form close the form and select it in the "My Forms" tab, you can either choose "Duplicate" from the context menu or click the button on the toolbar along the top:

Did you restore your phone with itunes or check new phone. You can always reconnect with itunes and restore your phone to old settings and it should replace everything because it is on your computer

If you are running Lion then all drivers are distributed through Software Update. You do not need to install anything, other than to install the printer in System Preferences > Print & Scan. If you already added the printer while it was connected using USB, you might want to delete it and set it up again wirelessly to avoid confusion. Or, give them two distinct names e.g. "Photosmart D110 (USB)" and "Photosmart D110 (wireless)".
All scanning functions are now performed using Preview, but you can also access the scanner through the same Print & Scan preference pane, or with Image Capture.

What do you mean " back up my photos or Apps"?
The photo sync is one way - computer to ipad.
You can transfer itunes purchases. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases
Copy everything from your backup copy of your old computer to your new one. -
Upgraded to 10.6.1.7 as prompted and now cannot see any music purchased since March 23, 2012. How can I get these back?
The error message says it cannot find the file but it exists as it was transferred to my ipod.

What you posted looks like the iTunes Library.xml file I will let you read about how iTunes works but not only is the .xml not your main library it is just the listing of tracks in your library and where the music files should be located. Your music is actually in media files (by the way, it is pointless to zip those as they are already compressed). Anyway, read these and you will see that your true library file (iTunes Library.itl) is only a small, but still important, part of a complete library.

As you can see, a library has several components, so "getting it back" depends upon what is missing, what it was you actually backed up in the end, if any of this music was purchased from the iTunes Store, etc. -

The voicemail system used for the iPhone is different from the voicemail system used on the rest of the Verizon Wireless network. Is iTunes Match still turned on on your iPhone? If not, you need to turn it back on.
If it is still on, go to settings, music app and turn off match- sign out of iTunes Store. Reboot iPhone, sign back into iTunes and turn on match. Poem music app. Does this help?
