I just updated to OS 10.9.1 and now my e-mail messages (I use gmail) only sit in my outbox. Has anyone solved this problem?
Yes closing Mail and reopening it does then allow the message to go out but I can clearly see that is going to be rather difficult with sending abut 20-30 emails a day! One observation is that it seems to happen more often with attachments.

After contacting Apple, I received a reply from their engineers:
Copy QTMovieWin.dll from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
to: C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
And that did the trick.

I updated my iphone to OS 5.0.1 and i can not add events to my iphone calendar- does anyone know how to fix this issue?
I updated today to the 5.0.1 and now when I try to sync to ITunes, it doesn't recognize my phone and an error message comes up saying that "This iPhone cannot be used because the Apple Mobile Device service is not started.' What does this mean? Never mind - I found an article in the Support about this very thing! Thanks!

I cannot make any calls or receive calls from my iPhone after my last update. My phone advises callers I am unavailable and when I try to make calls it takes ages whilst it tries to connect then disabled itself and says call failed. Has anybody else had this problem or does anyone know how to fix it?

After creating a Screen Name or User ID with the relevant service you can enter this in iChat
With iChat Open go to the iChat Menu > Preferences >Accounts
Use the + button at the bottom of the List
Chose from the top item whether the Account (Screen Name) you are adding is going to be AIM, (inlcuding Apple variants), Jabber (including Google variant) or in iChat 6 a Yahoo account.
Add details as required.
Click Done.

Every time i try to do anything with itunes it freezes after a few seconds and i have to force it to close. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Im aweful with computers and have tried everything i know of.

My phone app freezes and when i press on contact either it freezes or does nothing. Anyone know how to fix this problem? Also messaging app crashes. ANOTHER NEW PROBLEM: I can't receive calls either.
Try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose any data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.
If this does not help, setting it up as new device would be the next step:

I have some program quitting unexpectedly. They worked fine and I download some fonts and something called Geneio downloaded. I deleted the Geneio and I have disabled the fonts I downloaded and my programs still won't open. Please help me, I really need the programs to open.

I just updated my iphone 5 to ios 7 and updated itunes as well...now my iphone is now showing up in itunes devices. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I just updated my iPhone 6 to IOS 8.3. My safari will not let me search anything. If I type in a website URL, the Go button is greyed out. If I type in something to search on google, I press Go and nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi, I have been watching videos from my ipad via ATV2 with no problems for over a year. As of yesterday my videos just keep loading and don't play. I don't think I have done anything differently. Does anyone know how to fix this. I have tried unplugging it waiting 30secs and then plugging it back in. I have tried restarting, updating and reseting but nothing is working. It's quite frustrating!!!! Any suggestions????
I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

No offence, but as with quite a few others, my Iphone stopped charging on mains after iOS 7.0.4 update too.
Not sure you can categorically advise that "it simply is not a software issue" when so many different people are having the same symptoms after updating their iOS Just have a quick Google!
Luckily my (original Apple) cable will still allow recharging via USB to a laptop. So, process of elimination would point to a bricked charger that was working faultlessly up until the iOS 7.0.4 update was applied. Seems quite a stretch to be a coincidence.

Messages App Window Display Issue
Upgraded to Mavericks on mac desktop and Messages doesn't display multiple chats in same window with sidebar. I have to click on the user name to view chat, it replaces the chat that was previously in the window.
