Japanese fonts and writing and reading in all lang...

Question

Could you address me to a better nokia forum where developers could read my posts?
Nokia messaging is very old, old T9 never updated.
old text messanging, no html
old only text messaging: no pictures, photos emoticons emoji (so japanese stopped buying nokia)
And most of all: only old ascii text. We can read only alphabet no russian or greek or chinese or japanese....
and also some new mobile phone has some other fonts we cannot write in not alphabet language.
I need Japanese and i have to buy for 79 euro a program for Psiloc, my sister need Russian but no european nokia has russian.
So for new mobile phones Nokia think to use unicode character set? [or give it only to Hong kong phone, and delete the not alphabet charaters for europeans??)
And most of I'd like to can write in japanese without install other software.
I'd like to buy the new N97 but 650 euros for only alphabet and simple email text is too much

It's possible to add fonts to some Nokia smartphones to display characters from other languages (including asian).
But Nokia care center doesn't know about it.
Unfortunately, add new input method is very difficult and required hacking phones.
To add specific font in your Symbian smartphone
1) insert SD card in computer 
2) create folder "\resource\Fonts" on SD card
3) Create TTF files wich contain characters for your language(s), 
copy the font files with names S60SNRb.ttf and S60ZDIGI.ttf to this folder.
4) insert SD card  to your phone and reboot
Original TTF files you can take from C:\resourece on your phone (by 3rd part file manager)
It works for me on Nokia E71
