You may also want to reset your network settings:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Note: this will delete any network related settings (saved Wi-Fi passwords, etc), it will not erase any content from your device.

Thanks buddy. never thought it was that easy. my facetime still indicates validating account even the wifi signal is ok, as I was able to download apps. I checked my email and nothing came in yet for verification or validation. I will try it later again.

If you've noticed issues after updating to iOS 7.0.2, you may want to first update to iOS 7.0.3 which was recently released.

You updated you're phone to 7.0.6? Thats impossible since you can only update to the newest OS version Apple released which is currently 7.1.1. Unless you updated before April 22 and just now posting you're question.

If it's in recovery mode, the data is already gone. Why did you never back up your important data?

HT4623 I just recently updated my iPhone 4 software from iOS 7.1 to iOS 7.1.1 and started from that time, my phone has only shown "No Service" and couldn't communicate anymore. I have been trying all the possible ways to sort it out but with no success.

Since I have updated my iPhone 4 iOS 7.1 to iOS 7.1.1, my phone doesn't have any communication anymore. I have tried to take out my Sim card and put it again or Power on/off and restarted it again... but with no success.

You're running an old version of Safari. Before troubleshooting, try updating it to the latest version: 6.0. You can do this by clicking the Apple logo in the top left, then clicking Software update.
You can also update to the latest version of OS X, 10.8 Mountain Lion, from the Mac App Store for $19.99, which will automatically install Safari 6 as well, but this isn't essential, only reccomended.

I recently updated my iphone 4 to the 7.0.2 version hoping that this problem would be fixed but it wasn't. When I updated to the 7.0 my phone no longer rights, lights up, or vibrates when I have an incomming call, text message, or notification. However, if I am using my phone at the time it will make the sound for incomming messages but if it is in sleep mode it will not. ANy thought?

See whether your notifications settings are correct
go to settings> notification center,under phone and messages
change the alert style to banners or alerts,
enable badge app icon,
enable show in notification centre and
enable show on locked screen
enable show alerts from everyone
apply the same settings under the notification center to the apps that you want notification

IPhone 5s stopped connecting to home wifi. Circle just spins in settings. Already tried to reset network settings. Other apple devices are connecting just fine.

I reset network settings. All other apple devices in home connect as intended. Circle in settings just keeps spinning next to connection but won't connect.

I have the same problem. I connect my iPhone 5 to my home wifi (airport express) and to a MiFi Jetpack at work everyday. After about 2 days the phone will no longer connect. I just get a spinning circle next to the wifi name. The same thing will happen at home and at work at the same time. I'll reset my network settings on my phone then I can connect to both wifi spots. After another couple of days the process repeats. Obviously it is not the airport express or Jetpack since it only affects my iphone and not anyone elses and the reset on the phone fixes it.
