My contacts hear when people call me

Hi,
I have a problem with the iphone, I asked to other people who have iPhone and they have the same problem.
When I'm talking and new call come, the people who I'm talking hear the tone and know that I have a new call.

Do you mean put a song as your voicemail message?
If so check with your service provider.
If not, you can't make the people who are calling you hear the ringtone you have put for them (unless of course they are in the same room as you are).

My contacts don't show up when people call

I reset the settings on my iPhone 4s and now my contact names don't show up when people call. It only shows the number, but they are still listed in the contact list. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Which phone do you have ?
This happens when there are multiple entries with the same phone no.
Also if the same contacts are stored on SIM and in Phone memory also and you have selected to show contacts from both these destinations..
In contacts-->Options-->settings.. contacts to display.. select preferably the Phone memory only.. Also save the contacts to Phone memory to get better functionality of the phone book.. There are many limitations of storing contacts on SIM.. Periodically take back-up on PC to avoid unforeseen problems with your device..

My phone goes straight to answer phone when people call

My iPhone 4s sometimes goes straight to answer phone when people call. I don't hear the phone ring at all. It's really frustrating as I miss important calls.

If you see a Crescent Moon icon in the top status bar, check: Settings - Do not Disturb = Off

Try changing the tone to something else - see if you can hear the new tone.
Then switch back, you should hear Old Phone again.

Large photo when people call

I used to get a large photo in my screen when people called. Now it's a small round one. And I have the feeling that some old contacts still come up in big.
How do i get all of them to show in the full screen when they call.

This was added in the iOS 7.1 update as a design refinement. It's a shame because I liked the full screen photo too. However, I'm pretty sure they're bringing it back in iOS 8 this September. You can see it in one of Apple's promo pictures for it and it features in the beta versions:

Those are called Ringback Tones by AT&T. Other carriers may use a different name for them. If your carrier is AT&T, here is a link with FAQs about their Ringback Tones. If you carrier is not AT&T, then contact them to find out what is available.

Have you contacted your service provider to find out if there is a service interuption in your area or geographical region?

I don't hear when i call and when i receive calls. I already formatted my iphone but nothin changed... I hear and i'm heard with headphones and loudspeaker, that's all. Who can suggest me a way to get resolved this issue?

Sounds like there's a hardware issue with your mic and receiver(speaker used to hear people when in a call). If you've already restored the phone as new and you're still having the same problem, you need to look at repair/replacement options. If you are still under warranty(within 1 year of original purchase date) and there is no accidental damage to the phone, Apple will replace it at no cost. If you are outside your warranty then Apple will do an Out Of Warranty replacement, which will cost you $199 for another 4S.

Symptoms
No ringer sound
Go to Settings > Sounds > Ringtone and select a ringtone. Does the device ring? (YES: Issue resolved) (NO: Go to step 2)
Go to Settings> General> Reset> Erase All Content and Settings. Warning: This will delete all user data on the device. Verify that you have a backup before proceeding. Go to Settings > Sounds > Ringtone and select a ringtone. Does the device ring? (YES: Issue resolved) (NO: Go to step 3)
Restore device using latest version of iTunes. Go to Settings > Sounds > Ringtone and select a ringtone. Does the device ring? (YES: Issue resolved) (NO: Contact Apple for service options)

I cannot get my new 5S to emit a sound when people call in. Not the "Do not Disturb".
