i have tried to download online premiere elements 13 and due to some internet problem i had to click the down load more than 5 times and now it doesnt allow me. so can any help me in suggesting how to get this done

use a different browser and/or different wired connection and/or a download manager. (or dl from prodesigntools.com).

Media cache files are not involved in the removal of the Adobe watermark from the project.prel file from a tryout.
Just a re-enforcement mention...you cannot remove the Adobe watermark from a tryout "saved" exported product; whereas, you can from a saved/closed project file (project.prel).
By exported product, I mean a burn to disc in the tryout or the Timeline of the tryout exported to a file saved to the computer hard drive.
In the case of removing the Adobe watermark from the tryout project.prel, classically you delete the rendered files (Timeline Menu/Delete Rendered Files) in the purchased program. In no way is media cache involved in this. Some of us have found that there was an automatic removal of the Adobe watermark resulting from just opening the tryout project.prel file in the purchased program.

You can try a soft-reset of pressing and holding both the home and sleep buttons for 10 to 15 seconds so that it reboots, but you are likely to get the same screen. If it does then it will need to be connected to a computer's iTunes so that it can be reset back to factory defaults - do you have a friend with a computer with iTunes installed on it, or is there an Apple store nearby that you could try going to (if there is then preferably make a Genius Bar appointment at it, or don't go at a busy time) ?
Has she been backing up to the cloud ? If she has then she should be able to restore to that. If not then what she can redownload for free from the stores will show in the Purchased tabs in the store apps.

Creative cloud won't remove my credit card, and now it won't let me cancel! How do I get off this ride?

I first tried to remove my credit card because I no longer want that card charged, but the card keeps coming back. So I decided, after all the trouble I've had with Dreamweaver crashing and Photoshop throwing up 'welcome screens' and all my settings getting changed with every update, to ditch Adobe CC for good.
However, I cannot cancel my account! The instructions show that when I click on CANCEL ACCOUNT I will get a window warning me of what I'll be losing, but instead I get a window telling me I have to contact customer support. Then when I follow these windows, there is no email address!
I've been using Adobe products since 1990. I've written books on Photoshop and Pagemaker, and lobbied (successfully) at the university where I taught to replace Quark with Indesign. I've pioneered Adobe Acrobat 3 for newspaper prepress.
But this is the last straw.
Please, someone tell me, how do I get off this damned ride???

Firefox stops downloading and corrupts the file after I exit the brower. It didn't do this before I updated it to 3.6

Back then, before I had updated to the newest version of Firefox, I could close all the browser windows and still have the downloads remain active. However, now that I have updated my Firefox to its most up-to-date version, whenever I close all the browsers, the download who stop. Even though the file is nowhere near completion, the program would think it's finished downloading and ends up corrupting it. Is there any way to revert back to the way it was when I first had Firefox? Thanks.

It's possible that you are having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
Whenever you have a problem with Firefox, whatever it is, you should make sure it's not caused by one (or more than one) of your installed add-ons, be it an extension, a theme or a plugin. To do that easily and cleanly, run Firefox in [http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode safe mode] (don't forget to select ''Disable all add-ons'' when you start safe mode). If the problem disappears, you know it's from an add-on. Disable them all in normal mode, and enable them one at a time until you find the source of the problem. In photos: I have tried to select and delete some duplicate pictures that I transferred from my other iPhone 5S on this new iPhone 5S and when I select the only options available is moving the photos or email/text. I cannot put in trash bin

How did you transfer the photos from your other iPhone? If you did it by importing them from the old phone to a computer and then used iTunes to sync them back to the new phone, then you would delete them by syncing again using iTunes but this time change the selection of which photos are to be synced. Each time you sync using iTunes, it sets the non-Camera Roll photos on the phone to match the current settings/selection in iTunes.

First if you haven't done so already click on the Apple Logout > and make sure you don't have more than one user account... If you don't log back in and see if your files came back. Try this:
press command + space keys > Search for terminal then hit enter.
from command line > type: cd ~/Documents (or Desktop or Pictures just depends where you had your files)
then type: ls -a (this will list all files even hidden ones let me know if you see your files or not)
*Note: Be sure to read the instructions carefuly and ask questions if you don't understand something.

Since then I have looked at all my settings and the Apple ID appears correctly except when I try to do updates and it asks for my Apple ID which is the original one when I first set up the iPad and I can't get the password for and it doesn't show my new Apple ID so I can't update my apps. How do I fix it so I can get my apps updated??

Delete them and then download them from the desired Apple ID. This may require repurchasing paid applications.

Just installed a new SSD C: drive. The old C: drive is now H: drive. I am unable to uninstal from the old C: (H:) drive and cannot install on the new C:drive. How do I get around this issue ?

When I attempt to start up Photoshop CS5, I get an error code 6. Is there a way to uninstall the Adobe Suite from the old C: drive.

That is what I ended up doing. It was a chore but it worked.

You should not have to uninstall Premiere Elements 12/12.1 in order to install and run Premiere Elements 13 on the same computer unless your computer is overloaded and the computer resources are compromised. Just use one program at a time.
Can you still use 12/12.1 on this same computer that will not let you use 13?
What specific Window operating system are you using?
Let us go through the usual drill...
1. Does the problem exist with and without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
2. Are you using a pen and tablet device instead of a mouse?
3. Did you install the program with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
4. Disable the SLCache Folder found in Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit
Local Disk C
Program Files (x86)
Common Files
Adobe
and in the Adobe Folder should be the SL Cache Folder that you delete or disable by renaming the Folder
from SLCache to SLCacheOLD.
5. Are you running the program as Administrator and is the latest version of QuickTime installed on the same
computer as Premiere Elements 13?

Yes, sometimes the problem can happen before the window is able to show up.
As for the administrator password I'll double check if that's normal or also a symptom, but helping you with the password is not our area of expertise, you'd need to get support from Microsoft. Do you know if your account is admin or limited? You can try putting your credentials in.
