Problem update IBAN bank details with IDOCs segment E1KNBKM

Hi all,
i use Idoc DEBMAS07 in which i use the segment E1KNBKM to create IBAN in customer bank details. If bank details do not exist, the IDOC is integrated, IBAN is created.
If i recreated the same Idoc, with same data (just change bank name) the Idoc is in error with the message : 'No batch input data for screen SAPMF02D 0130'.
In debugging, we see that the dynpro sequence is wrong. For vendors it's work. I can create and update IBAN.
i don't find SAP notes, or help forum on this problem.
Any ideas ?

maybe you are the first who encountered this error, open a call at SAP yourself

    I created the bank details in iSupplier and approved it. Now While trying to update the bank account number, in update page the field is not editable. The only fields that are editable are End dates and Bank Account Name. Is there a way i can make Account number field editable?

    Steps to reproduce:
    1) Login to iSupplier
    2) Go To Admin Tab
    3) Click on Bank Details
    4) Press Update for bank details with Approved Status
    5) Account Number field is not editable

  • Change pointers triggering problem for vendor bank details

    Hi,
    I have configured change pointers for vendor master  data. IF I change already existing bank account then that account is coming with deletion indicator and it is picking all other bank details with resend indicator. But if only new account added then idoc is not creating. At the same time entry in table BDCPV also not creating.
    Is there any solution to create idoc if new accounts created.
    Note: I am not changing any other information except bank details.

    How are you changing the information either via direct table update or Bdc, change pointers will be created only if you do transcation it means Bdc

  • USING LSMW TO UPDATE VENDOR BANK DETAILS

    Hi SAP gurus
    I have used LSMW for mass updates of vendor bank details by recording the Tcode FK02
    But the problem is .. after I load the data, its replacing the old bank details with the new one which Im updating with.
    I want to keep the old bank details and add the new bank details as another entry.
    How do I do that..
    How Do I retain the old one and also the add a new entry to the bank details section of the vendor master record.
    Is there any other way for mass updating the vendor master records
    I have tried using MASS or XK99...but i cant add a whole entry with that transaction. All I can do is updating one of fields (Like Reference Details) in the bank details.

    when you record the transaction for bank details in LSMW in , try to create record in last line. Automatically it will go to top line.

    Our original definition of the Bank Details Keyflexfield for Germany (*DE_BANK_DETAILS*) was unfortunately overwritten. Now we do SEPA implementation and I would like to know the orig. Definition of the Segments.

  • Updating multiple bank details for each vendor, through LSMW

    Hi,
    We need to do a massive update on our vendors bank details, and I'm trying to do it via LSMW. I have two problems.
    Each vendor may have several bank accounts. In XK02 they appear in a list, and in LSMW the bank detail fields are inside arrays (for example the bank key on first line would be LFBK-BANKL(0)), but I don't know on what lines are stored the banks I want to update. Is it possible to determine the index n° of the array (line number) just by reading the table LFBK ? I can't go into XK03 for every vendor to check at which line the bank details are stored.
    Second, I don't know how to update a different line each time with a single batch input recording. When I record a LSMW batch input, I have to chose a specific field to update, which includes the line n°. How can I specify the line n° as a variable part of the data? Or alternatively, I could record the batch input to update enough lines for each vendor (say 5) and only provide data for the the lines to be updated, but I assume the lines without data would get deleted when the batch is run?

    You may create your LSMW with a vendor which has n banks (say 5). You will write 5 rows of bank info. LSMW will create new field names for these areas. 01-02...

  • Update Request User Details with updateRegistrationUserDetails

    I have the following scenario: The Self-Registration form is defined with the fields First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Manager Login. When the request is created, based on the Manager Login, the other user's attributes are set according to the Manager's Attributes. So when the manager goes to approve the request, most of the user information are already set. To update the User Details in the request, I can call the updateRegistrationUserDetails of Request API.
    Problem: I can not update the fields other than those defined in the FormMetadata.Xml. So I have to add the fields and set them as optional but I don't want to show non required fields to the end-user. I wish to have those attributes as not visible in the self-request form. Then I can update the information using the API.
    Question: How to add fields to the User Details of the request and not show them in the self-request form?

    As I've said, I could not update the request fields that were not declared in the FormMetadata.xml. You can try set them as not visible but I am not sure the visibile attribute works for the SelfRegistration form. If it is not a problem, you can show the fields and set them as optional true. In my exaple, the SelfReg form has a manager employee code field.
    Create an entity adapter and assign it to the Request object, pre-insert.
    1) create two variables: requestKey, requestObjecAction, managerEmpCode (in my example)
    2) test if the request object action is Create Entity.
    3) call the method to update the request. below is my example:

  • PA30 and ESS behave differently when updating other bank details

    I am trouble shooting an issue with maintaining other bank details in ESS. In PA30 when a other bank details record is updated SAP code just updates the record with new data. it will change the date changed to sy-datum with no changes to the begda and endda,

    In this IMG activity, you can specify a certain date as the default value for the start date of data records in the Own Data area. You can specify the following dates:
    A date that will be displayed as the start date on the overview page
    A date from which the user can maintain his or her personal data
    You can thus specify whether a user can change only present and future dates or if he/she can also change data records whose validity periods are in the past.
    For example, if a customer wants to allow their employees to maintain their family dependents information as of the previous year, the customer can implement this BAdI specifying the date from which employees can maintain their family data.
    Requirements
    The current system date is currently set as the default value. You can overwrite this setting with a date of your choice.
    Activities
    To change the default start date, you can use the Business Add-In (BAdI) HRXSS_PER_BEGDA. You can set the date in the DEFAULT_DATE method.

  • Problem while uploading bank details in Vendor Master - XK01

    Hello Experts,
    I am encountering a problem while uploading Vebndor Master Details in Quality server . The bank details for a given bank (Eg : BankABC and Bank Key IN) throws an error saying BANK IN BANKABC DOES NOT EXIST . But , with the same details i am able to upload in Sandbox and Development Servers. Pls suggest on the same.

  • Populating bank details in Idoc basic type PEXR2002 message type PAYEXT

    I need to populate the bank details in E1IDBO2 I2. however, this segment appears on the idoc  if i use RVND free form payment and release it.
    This is not happening if i use FB60. i couldn't see the E1IDBO2 I2 segment at all.
    Is there any setting in config to make this segment appear on the Idoc.

    We tried clearing cache from backend as well as front end
    Also bounced apache services .
    Post bouncing application issue gets resolved but then crops up in 10 to 15 minutes
    Help is appreciated.

    We tried clearing cache from backend as well as front end
    Also bounced apache services .
    Post bouncing application issue gets resolved but then crops up in 10 to 15 minutes
    Help is appreciated.
    This issue is not reproducible on our latest clone.

  • Issue with IDOC segment creation..

    hi,
    i created an idoc  segment thru we31. when i was saving it, and when the transport request was asked, i cancelled it. it so happend that the underlying structure was created (i was able to see that in se11) but in we31, the segment definition did not appear and i got the message "segment does not exist yet".
    so in se11, i deleted the associated structure and tried to recreate the segment, i am not able to !! while saving, i get the error "you do not have authorization for delete for function idoc segment"
    when i performed a segment check (ctrl + F1), i got the message,

    Inconsistent overall length in segment version 000
    Segment version 000 not released
    Entries exist in table of Segments for segment ZZZ
    Entries exist in table of Segment definitions for segment ZZZ

  • Problem with Idoc segment maximum length

    Hi friends,
    We are now creating a new Idoc type. We have started to create the first segment but we encountered a major problem.
    The problem is that we have a field of 4000 characters but the limit of all segment fields together is 1000 characters.
    Is there any way to change this limitation or another way to define Idoc?

    Hi,
    When you create a segment that exceeds the max length, SAP automatically creates a child segment for the exceeded length. For your problem though, you can create 4 segments of length 1000 each and split the data in these 4 segments and then concatenate the data later in the idoc processing function module. On the other hand if it is an outbound idoc, you can ask the receiving system to do the same.

  • Posting of bank detail through IDOC from IBM Websphere

       I am facing a problem during the seletion of the Basic IDOC type in the websphere .I trying to get the bankdetails of the business partner , for that I have selected the Basic Idoc type in the configaration of the IBM websphere BUPA_C_BANKDETAIL_ADD01.
    But after the seletion when we try to connect its showing error like "<b>Segment couldnot be read for the release 700"</b>
    I have checked with the release of the SAP also , it is 700 only .
    Can anyone please help me out in this matter , its really urjent .

    The accounting document can be supplemented and changed in an implemented BAdI ( ACC_DOCUMENT) before the active accounting component is called.
    The class CL_EXM_IM_ACC_DOCUMENT is available as example implementation. Here, for each data record of the parameter that is transferred the ABAP dictionary structure is checked and the content of the fields VALUEPART1 to -4 is set in the structure. If the structure that is transferred contains a field POSNR, the associated lines of the accounting document are updated using the contents of the enhancement.
