Update button issue in updating supplier bank details R12

Hi,
My current Prod setup is Release 12.0.6 and 10.2.0.4 database OEL 4 64 bit
We currently facing issue of when we navigate thru AP superuser-->supplier-->entry--> update any exisitng supplier
banking details we get following error:

We tried clearing cache from backend as well as front end
Also bounced apache services .
Post bouncing application issue gets resolved but then crops up in 10 to 15 minutes
Help is appreciated.
This issue is not reproducible on our latest clone.

Update supplier bank details for already paid invoice

Hello, I have an invoice which has already been paid as part of the payments process. The problem is that the supplier bank information was not setup properly (the last one was end dated) and as a result, looking at the ap_invoices_all table, you will find that the external_bank_account_id column is empty. Is there a way to update this already paid invoice and set the external_bank_account_id for it as my custom report is missing the bank information.

Cant Update iSupplier Bank details after approved,need to modify account no

I created the bank details in iSupplier and approved it. Now While trying to update the bank account number, in update page the field is not editable. The only fields that are editable are End dates and Bank Account Name. Is there a way i can make Account number field editable?
System on R12.1.3
Steps to reproduce:
1) Login to iSupplier
2) Go To Admin Tab
3) Click on Bank Details
4) Press Update for bank details with Approved Status
5) Account Number field is not editable
Any suggestions??

PA30 and ESS behave differently when updating other bank details

I am trouble shooting an issue with maintaining other bank details in ESS. In PA30 when a other bank details record is updated SAP code just updates the record with new data. it will change the date changed to sy-datum with no changes to the begda and endda,

In this IMG activity, you can specify a certain date as the default value for the start date of data records in the Own Data area. You can specify the following dates:
A date that will be displayed as the start date on the overview page
A date from which the user can maintain his or her personal data
You can thus specify whether a user can change only present and future dates or if he/she can also change data records whose validity periods are in the past.
For example, if a customer wants to allow their employees to maintain their family dependents information as of the previous year, the customer can implement this BAdI specifying the date from which employees can maintain their family data.
Requirements
The current system date is currently set as the default value. You can overwrite this setting with a date of your choice.
Activities
To change the default start date, you can use the Business Add-In (BAdI) HRXSS_PER_BEGDA. You can set the date in the DEFAULT_DATE method.

I want to validate the Supplier - Bank Details in the Supplier Bank Screen. The objective is to validate the sort code and account number against an external package. I will be calling a pl-sql call statement but I was wondering whether I should extend the EO or the VO.

I've written my validation in the BexExtBankAccountsEOImpl.java which is below and compiles fine but I've few issues.
I'm currently working on 12.1.3 and using jdev 10.1.3.3
1) My extension didn't create a EOImpl.class file. It has only created a EO.xml , EOImpl.java & *EODefImpl.java. What would be reason.
2) On this version of Jdeveloper I can't find the substitution sub-menu. In the earlier versions of jdeveloper it used to pop-up on clicking the edit Business Component Project.

Update supplier bank account details using open Interface

In R12, how do you update/create the supplier bank accounts for existing supplier and supplier site? Is it correct that the bank account details cannot be
imported individually and it can only be imported along with the supplier or supplier site? Please provide the steps if we can update the bank account details (like the import program and all that?)

One of the reason of this error is incorrect object_version_number. In API iby_ext_bankacct_pub.update_ext_bank_acct there is a parameter p_ext_bank_acct_rec, in this record type one field is object_version_number. Pass the correct version number which is same as for the given bank account.
Below is the query to find the correct object_version_number --
SELECT object_version_number

USING LSMW TO UPDATE VENDOR BANK DETAILS

Hi SAP gurus
I have used LSMW for mass updates of vendor bank details by recording the Tcode FK02
But the problem is .. after I load the data, its replacing the old bank details with the new one which Im updating with.
I want to keep the old bank details and add the new bank details as another entry.
How do I do that..
How Do I retain the old one and also the add a new entry to the bank details section of the vendor master record.
Is there any other way for mass updating the vendor master records
I have tried using MASS or XK99...but i cant add a whole entry with that transaction. All I can do is updating one of fields (Like Reference Details) in the bank details.

when you record the transaction for bank details in LSMW in , try to create record in last line. Automatically it will go to top line.

Problem update IBAN bank details with IDOCs segment E1KNBKM

Hi all,
i use Idoc DEBMAS07 in which i use the segment E1KNBKM to create IBAN in customer bank details. If bank details do not exist, the IDOC is integrated, IBAN is created.
If i recreated the same Idoc, with same data (just change bank name) the Idoc is in error with the message : 'No batch input data for screen SAPMF02D 0130'.
In debugging, we see that the dynpro sequence is wrong. For vendors it's work. I can create and update IBAN.
i don't find SAP notes, or help forum on this problem.
Any ideas ?

Updating multiple bank details for each vendor, through LSMW

Hi,
We need to do a massive update on our vendors bank details, and I'm trying to do it via LSMW. I have two problems.
Each vendor may have several bank accounts. In XK02 they appear in a list, and in LSMW the bank detail fields are inside arrays (for example the bank key on first line would be LFBK-BANKL(0)), but I don't know on what lines are stored the banks I want to update. Is it possible to determine the index n° of the array (line number) just by reading the table LFBK ? I can't go into XK03 for every vendor to check at which line the bank details are stored.
Second, I don't know how to update a different line each time with a single batch input recording. When I record a LSMW batch input, I have to chose a specific field to update, which includes the line n°. How can I specify the line n° as a variable part of the data? Or alternatively, I could record the batch input to update enough lines for each vendor (say 5) and only provide data for the the lines to be updated, but I assume the lines without data would get deleted when the batch is run?

You may create your LSMW with a vendor which has n banks (say 5). You will write 5 rows of bank info. LSMW will create new field names for these areas. 01-02...

Change a suppliers bank details

How can you run a report to list which users have the relevant permissions to change a suppliers bank account details?
And does Oracle EBS have any sort of change control facility for such changes to ensure if a request to update bank account details has taken place, than an administrator must first review and approve the change before it comes into effect?

R12: Supplier Banking Details - LOV does not return value

Hi!
I am having a problem when selecting a Bank for a supplier.
I click on the icon to open the LOV and search for the bank i want to add for a particular supplier.
When i click on the select button, the value of the bank name does not appear in the text box.
In another environment it works perfectly.

In R12, while defining the bank and bank accounts, there is a section called ACCOUNT OWNER and USE, where we specify that this bank can be used for which application for e.g. Payables, Payroll, Recievables and Treasury,
Can you please check that the above bank account is enabled for use by Payables application.
I am thinking that might be one of the cause , why the bank name is not available at the supplier level..

1) In R12 EBS i have a supplier named "TEST SUPL". In the inquiry form i retrive the record for this supplier.
2) on the left side of the page i click on "Banking details".
3) I create a new bank accounts ans save it.
4) the page now display my supplier with the new bank accounts just created. So, with the "Save" button, the transaction was commited on DB.
5) the select retrive me the situation via db:

thi select retrive ONE record.
6) reproduce step 1, 2, 3
7) when the page display my supplier with the new bank accounts just created, i click on CANCEL. So, the supplier "TEST SUPL" have only one bank account associated (and only this was displayed), but the bank account created are two.
8) but the previous select

i checked that but i still not able to get a query which retrieves all suppliers & sippliers who has bank details it retrieves that as well

TS3297 I've updated my bank details on my account and now each time I try to buy something it says to verify my details. I enter these and then it says I cannot connect to the iTunes Store and to try again later. Please help!

If that's so then how are Apple expecting me to fix a payment problem if they can't tell me what the problem is :/
They are telling you what the problem is; your payment method has been declined. They will not tell you specifically what apps you still owe for, but that's rather irrelevant.
If I went to my bank would thy be able to tell me what's wrong or will I need to contact Apple?
It depends on what the problem is. First, make sure that you're using one of the accepted cards. If you're sure you are, then I again would suggest you contact your credit card company, tell them that an on-line merchant is declining your card, and ask for assistance. If the credit card company can't or won't help, you can try contacting the iTunes Store, but my guess is that they'll tell you the same thing I'm telling you; contact your credit card company or try a different card.
