Sending multipart-SOAP to JMS-queue

Hello,
we have SAP -> IDoc -> XI -> JMS -> Sonic MS scenario.
On JMS-receiver adapter, we are sending the XML-message with a SOAP-envelope. We do that by selecting Entire Message = JMS Payload. XI creates so called a multipart SOAP-message, where the XML-message is linked to the SOAP-body.

First, is this possible or are we doing something totally wrong? Since the people at Sonic-side complain that our SOAP message is not a real SOAP-message. They would want the XML-message inside the SOAP-body message.

You can easily create a SOAP message with an XSLT mapping.
There are some examples in the forum.

I am using Weblogic 10.3 JMS. I have a .NET producer sending messages to a JMS queue using a threadpool. A Java consumer will be consuming the messages. Is it possible to pool the conections/sessions from the producer side to send messages concurrently from the threadpool. Please help.

You can use standard .NET threading to produce messages in different threads.
Keep in mind that producers and session instances themselves must not be multi-threaded, although they can all share the same connection.
When you code, each thread could have a dedicated session and producer.
Alternately, you could write a very simple pool that the threads share to cache producers. On the other hand, sessions and producers are light-weight once they've been created, so there's often little need to go through this trouble.

Error while sending the messages to JMS Queue

Hi ,
I am trying to pick the file from JMS Queue and send the response xml as outbound message to JMS Queue again using XAI Sender
I Created XAI Sender, Outbound Message Type(DM-RCVRESP) and configured these two with External System.
I am able to pick the file from JMS Queue but unable to send the message through XAI Sender (Real-time)
Plz find below the error trace getting.

What have you configured for the response tab for the sender? Are you using the MPL or the MDB?

Integration Broker : Sending peoplesoft Data into JMS queues using IB

I am working on integration of peoplesoft and SOA middleware. I am basically SOA middleware developer. So not much aware at peoplesoft side.
My requirement is that need to extract information from peoplesoft and send it to third party systems(through JMS queues) and also i explored that Integration broker is going to help in such cases.
Could you please answer my some of the questions.
1)How can i extract information of peoplesoft. lets say i need to extract customer data from peoplesoft.
2) steps to send above extracted customer info to third party system using integration broker.
It would be sending information to JMS topics.
So please let me know how we can handle JMS queues in peoplesoft.
Please refer the related documents for outbound interface strategies.

Biztalk do have Peoplesoft Adapter. Just configure it and use appropriate Component Interface to push or pull the data.

I am doing a project on JbossSeam.
I am using JMS. I am sending/adding plain text to the JMS queue
and geting it back from the JMS queue as
I wanted to send/add an xml file to the JMS queue and wanted to recieve the same xml file from the JMS Queue .

Can we use container managed transactions to send message to JMS queue and make DB updates in a sigle transaction. If yes then do we need 2pC license. I am using weblogic 6.0 SP2 and my database driver do not supports XA

If your JMS provider is XA compliant, you can.
If you are using WebLogic 6.0 JMS, it supports 2PC.
The JDBC resource that does not support XA can participate in the global transaction
creating a TXDataSource and setting "enable two-phase commit"=true in the Configuration
panel.
About the JMSConnectionFactory, on the console, in WebLogic 6.0, in the "Transaction"
tab folder, set "User Transactions Enabled"=true.
In your code, use non-transacted sessions.
For 2pc protocol, you need a license or you'll get an exception.

How to send to Weblogic 9.1 JMS queue from EJB running in Glassfish?

Hi.
I hope this is the correct forum.
I need to send a message to a jms queue on a remote weblogic 9.1 server. To this end I believe I will have to:
1) Install one or more weblogic client libraries/jar files on my glassfish application server. The weblogic server expects communication in the "t3" protocol, which I believe tunnels iiop, jms etc. inside their own proprietary protocol
2) Define the jms queue in my glassfish application server with a queue connection factory that creates the queue using classes from the weblogic jars?
3) Otherwise code the EJB methods sending messages as I would code and send messages to any jms queue
It's the first two steps that have me baffled. The more I dig in glassfish administrator's manual, the more confused I become.
Anybody have any idea if/how this can be accomplished?
Some reference to where I may find information as to how to accomplish this?

How to remove header data from JMS Queue while sending by jms adapter

Hi.
I have a problem regarding the MQ-series JMS adapter.
When writing the file the JMS adaptor putting some additional tags.
Actually we are converting idoc-xml to flat file by using ABAP mapping which is available in SAP document. We are using JMS Receiver adapter, whiel sending flat file to JMS QUEUE, it is displaying some extra xml tags. I think this is the header data available in IDoc XML. Can any body help me in removing header data.
There must be some way for XI's JMS adaptor to not include these information.
My example looks like this:

¸MQSTR
¸ " is junk that I really dont need in the file.
How can you setup the JMS adaptor not to put in these information?

I checked my system staus and found PI_BASIS as a component.
I got to know that sending data to the JMS queue is not a big deal. All one needs to do from the CRM side is to call a stub behind which sits the Java code. Once this stub has been called, the Java code has to take care of it.

Receving Value Object from JMS queue

I want to receive a Value Object from JMS Queue. I am able to send Value object to JMS queue successfully using "Send Message to Queue". However, Receive message from Queue is not working as expected and throwing below error:

Hi,
As far as i know, JMS Object Messages is not supported by XI JMS adapter.
you need to have the JMS provider to transform the message to bytes messages.
(Refer to SAP note 856346)

Make jms queue forward messages to a proxy service

Greetings!
Here's my task. I have a pretty complex proxy service that routes the message to different web services. This proxy has a conditional branch. Now, what I needed to do was implement a JMS queue and fuse it with my proxy. I have successfully created a proxy and a business service that send messages to the JMS queue. However, the queue doesn't forward the messages to my routing proxy. My guess is that when the queue tries to send the message to my proxy, it encounters a conditional branch and doesn't know which branch to use. I have tried to put a log action in the default branch to determine if the message ends up there, but it doesn't.
If anyone knows a way to forward messages from a JMS queue to a proxy with a conditional branch, please advise a solution.

Hello Andrew,
To communicate with JMS (either to poll JMS for dequing messages or to connect to JMS to enqueue a message), you have to use JMS transport in Oracle Service Bus.
I am still not sure if this would have worked had I left the conditional branch in my Message Flow.It will work. You may try configuring it.
Could you please be more specific as to where I can enable message tracking for my proxy service?You may enable message tracing in "Operational Settings" of a particular proxy/business service. Please refer sections "Configuring Operational Settings for Proxy Services" and "Configuring Operational Settings for Business Services" on below link to know more -

Should it be enabled for a specific proxy service or for all of them?You may enable it for all or for a particular service. It depends on requirement.

During sending messages into internal JMS queue we sent messages bigger than 1MB. After that, JMS queue was not able to process any other messages even if it was smaller than 1MB. Same issue occured if there was more smaller messages sent in short time (e.g. in 2 seconds). We don't have any significant error message in any log.

-if there is any log which indicates this behaviour without making thread dump
-which limits must be fulfilled to process messages without this error
-how to unblock this lock for processing correct messages without restarting NW - or if there is any predefined timout which kill this locked session and disable uncorrect message
-how to manage records in bc_jmsqueue table for removing big messages from queue if there were loaded already
-how to stop application which caused this problem. If we try to stop it through standard stop_App, application stays in Stopping mode forever.
This problem occured in test environment and also in productive environment using the same SAP NW. Now - we do not have any work around solution..... therefore periodically we need to restart SAP NW....

I am sending Message through Serializable Object.
 
I have JMS Proxy which gets invoked when i send message to JMs Queue. JMS Proxy then calls business service.
 
 
Business Service has two functions. One is taking String as input and one is taking Serializable Object as Input.

When I am sending Object Message it takes as a TextMessage.

Reg: Consuming missing data by JMS queue.

System1 is configured to send XML messages though JMS queue to my WL-server. But some times i have observed missing of message consumption at my server end.
what may be the reason? How can i consume the missing XML messages? is there any place where missing data will be stored?

When I meant there is an expiry time set with the message. It means the message is received by your WLS, but you are not able to see it because the message has expired.
You can only view the messages that are not expired.
If you think you are not even receiving the message, may be you can enable debugging on the WLS JMS and see if you are able to get more details in the server logs.
