Trying to download Digital Copy of a movie

Ok well I bought a new movie which came with a digital copy of the movie, for some reason I can not get to the web page to put the code in. I have a internet connection, and it will work on a dell. Is there any reason or another way to do this.

It might be a problem that the website doesn't play well with Safari. Try using a different browser like Firefox or Camino and see if you have better luck.

Some Blu rays and DVDs come with digital copies and you inset them into the dvd drive and it downloads the movie to itunes and then you can put them on any iDevice. The new iMac does not have a dvd or disc drive. What can I do?

You will either need to borrow or purchase an external DVD drive, or if you have access to another computer that has a DVD drive you may be able to use Remote Disk:

Can't get past the iTunes install page to redeem a digital copy of a movie.

Trying to download digital copy of The Hunger Games. I click the iTunes button for the download. It doesn't ask for my redeem code, but tells me I must install iTunes. iTunes is already installed on this laptop. I tried reinstalling, but still end up on the iTunes installer page. How do I move past this page?

HT1725 error when I downloaded a digital copy of a movie (error 8328)

While downloading a digital copy of a movie from Universal website, download was interrupted.
When I try to resume, I get error message 8328 "An unknown error occurred (8328) Please check the connection to the network & retry"
How do I fix that??
I tried to go to Universal but it says that the Authorization Code was already used.

Since a Digital Copy download is attached to your Apple ID, the best option would be to delete the movie that is giving you an issue and redownload it via the iTunes Store past purchase option. I have included a couple articles that will show you how to process these steps.

If this does not resolve the issue, then iTunes might need to be notified to let them know there is a problem with the content. I have included the steps on how to let them know.

iTunes and Apple's devices work as an ecosystem. iTunes is designed to sync with Apple's products, not anyone else's. You'll need your songs in a format compatable with the Samsung phone and to use the software transfer program supplied/recommended. It is essentially not an Apple/iTunes problem. You may have better luck finding the information you need on Samsung's forums.

TRYING TO DOWNLAOD DIGITAL COPY OF PROMETHEUS ONTO ITUNES. KEEP GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE OF 5000. CAN ANY ONE HELP?

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

I have these movies downloaded on the old computer from digital hd redeemed codes: Fantastic Mr. Fox, Super 98, Thor, Inception, The Hunger Games, and Star Trek Into Darkness. I bought Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl on itunes with money, and that one isn't showing up either. When I search it on itunes to see if I can just re-download it, that isn't an option. I would have to buy it again. Home Sharing isn't what I want because the old computer will not be here forever and it is not connected to wifi.
It's kind of a lot of movies, and I want them on the new computer.

Error Downloading Digital Copy from Purchased Blu-Ray

Having Trouble downloading digital copy of purchased Blu-Ray. I am logged in, have active internet, and i get an error with a -50 code. It says please check that the connection to the network is active. I'm confused

If those films are only in HD in the store then you will only be able to get the HD versions - what options do the films have against them in the store (HD only, HD and SD ?), and (if the SD version is in the store) if you go to the Purchased link Quick Links on the right-had side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes do you get the option of downloading an SD version of them ?
The 'sync SD' version setting only works if you have the SD and HD versions in your iTunes library, if you don't then it will only sync what you have i.e. the HD version.
