VS 2010 error: 'Error while trying to run project: Not implemented'

I added a new Oracle database project using Oracle Tools for Visual Studio 2010. Once the Oracle database project is added to my Solution, my Visual Studio is no longer able to start the debugger and at times not able to run Test Cases. It error with 'Error while trying to run project: Not implemented'. If I unload the project, VS starts working fine.
Any idea on how to resolve this issue?

Error on /SafeMode: error while trying to run project uncaught exception thrown by method called

i try run VS 2012 with /SafeMode. I create new empty Winform. When I start debug, I got:

If still no help, I suggest you repair your VS, and then restart your machine, test the result.

Getting an error msg while trying to run the java class from CMC

I am getting an error, while trying to run the java .class file, that which is imoported into CMC.

I have imported .class file into CMC and trying to invoke the .class file by another java program from eclipse..When i tried to invoke the .class in cmc, i am getting an error msg, mentioned above. I thought there might be version conflict. So i changed the java complier version to 1.5 in my Eclipse. After that is done again i am facing the same problem.

i have installed BO SDK 3.1 , Service pack 3. It comes woth JDK 1.5 version. i have not done any chnages to it. I impoprted all the jar files related to BO into eclipse.
1) Actually, i am writing java code on eclipse. When i run code from the eclipse, it creates a session to cmc and creates folder structure what i need.
2) But the thing is, that code needs to run, when i import the .class file into cmc. The process how i imported the .class file to cmc.
Manage> Add> Program File-->Java (Check Box). In this way i added java class file from the eclipse workspace (class file from the bin directory).
3) So when i run the .class file externally by another java program or also when i log in to CMC and run that .class file, the instance shows sucess, but when i see the logfile i am getting an exception that which i mentioned above.
If my method is worng can you please let me know the stepts how to run java program in cmc.

Error message while trying to run combo update

I get the following error message when trying to run the combo update.
"You cannot install Mac OS X Update Combined on this volume. This volume does not meet the requirements for this update."
I tried with both 10.5.7 and 10.5.8 and I get the same message.
Any suggestions?

1. Be sure you have downloaded the 10.5.8 Combo Installer.
2. Verify that you have 10.5.x installed by opening About this Mac from the Apple menu. The installed version should be displayed.
3. Do the following:
Repairing the Hard Drive and Permissions
Boot from your OS X Installer disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Installer menu (Utilities menu for Tiger and Leopard.) After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the installer. Now restart normally.
If DU reports errors it cannot fix, then you will need Disk Warrior and/or Tech Tool Pro to repair the drive. If you don't have either of them or if neither of them can fix the drive, then you will need to reformat the drive and reinstall OS X.

Error message while trying to run report on Historical Reports

One of my users are getting an Exceptional Error while the userr is trying to run a report on Historical reports on her machine. I am able to run the same report on another machine so i am assuming it has something to do with her particualar machine. Error Message is below

The only thing I'm not quite sure is that it supposedly affects CRS 4.x not 5, however I think you can try the workaround on the machine with problems and see how that works.

Error message while trying to run red alert 1 in xp

I have just bought command and conquer: the first decade for windows xp. All of the games other than the first two (c&c 1 and red alert 1) run fine. (I am running XP through boot camp).
When starting up these two games, I get this error message:
"Error: Unable to set video mode"
These games were designed for windows 95 but I am running it windows 95 compatability mode in xp. They just do not load.
I downloaded the latest patch which was meant to fix this common problem, however it dd not work. I have even gone into the settings folders and upped the screen resolution to 640 x 480 but to no joy.
I have an ATI Radeon HD2400
Does anyone have any ideas?

Do a clean reinstall and download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can skip the step to create a new profile, that is not necessary for this issue.

This is occuring in our DEV environment. It works fine in TEST and PROD.
More than likely it is due to low resources in the DEV...but I figured some one would have seen it before....and would answer my question with a definite answer.

This issue was resolved after changing the user name to "oats" this is the user name of weblogic server and not the OATS console.

Error on Control Center while trying to run jobs

I got a problem while trying to run the scheduled jobs or process flows.
We tried restarting the control center service manually. It is started without throwing any errors at the backend. But when I open the control center service and try to start or stop a job, its throwing the below error.
The error is as below.

There are a lot of queues in DBA_Queues.
But how can we know which queues should be enabled and which queues should be disabled? As I observed, All the Exception queues are disabled and the reamining queues are enabled.
About the parameter aq_tm_processes, we have not changed the value of it. Previously, all the jobs used to execute perfectly with the same setting. So, I dont think the value is a problem.
Recently, we had the below problem in database, because of which all the jobs got stalled/hanged. The system DBA had resolved this problem by extending the SYSTEM tablespace. After that all the database is fine except the OWB jobs. Is there any impact on the on the owb jobs because of the below error?
