0% Score and "1" Grade - Captivate 3 and TotalLMS 7.6

This is a problem that we have had with all versions of
Captivate and SumTotal Aspen, TotalLMS 7.2 and 7.6.
When a user closes down a CBT before answering any questions
he receives the Score of 0% and Grade of "1".
It also shows a status of "Completed" and "Failed." If the
user answers any of the questions, it generates the correct score
and grade, but again marks the CBT "Complete" and "Failed", or
"Passed" depending on the score.
We were experiencing the popup at beginning of CBT, however
Andrew Chemey's Scorm code alleviated that problem.
The quiz settings are for "Pass/Fail", but I believe it does
the same for "Complete/Incomplete"
Would anybody have an idea of how we can set Captivate so
that the LMS reports any unfinished CBT as "In Progress."

Well, it appears that I had not tested using
Complete/Incomplete instead of Pass/Fail. I changed the Quiz
preference and now it works.
Sorry about the premature post, but hopefully it may help

You can calculate or read course module scoring information from System Variables in Captivate. Look at the cpQuizInfo set of variables. For example, cpQuizInfoPointsScored
If you also want the know the percentage of slides viewed, or number of quiz questions answered/unanswered, then sometimes you can also get this from the existing variables, but other times you may need to set up your own User Variables and increment them with Advanced Actions as the user progresses through the modules.
In any case, this type of thing CAN be done in Captivate. But you need to set it up yourself.

How to add Score and Timer in Adobe flash

Hi guys I am making a android game. I am new in actionscript programming and i can't find to get this right.

It should have coins for adding the score and a countdown timer for it's gaming time.
When the countdown timer goes to zero. The game stops then the stage will remove the game scene then a new layer will pop up with the total score in it.

There are many ways to do countdown timer. Here are two examples to countdown from 60 seconds to zero. Theoretically they should work the same, but practically not always. Since heavy processing can slow down frame rate and hence method #2 will not be accurate. Really depends on your need.

As for your score part. It really depends on what exactly you're looking for. There are a lot of ways to do it, and for each way to do it there are even more methods to implement it. Maybe you can try to describe in more details of what you have in mind, so people can help you easier. Don't worry if one method doesn't work for you, since there are so many ways to do things in Flash with AS3. Good luck

You can't, all content is tied to the account that purchased / downloaded it and it can't be copied or transferred to a different account.

My name is Kyle, and I just started using GarageBand. I have been a Mac user for quite some time, and I just recently purchased the Jam Packs. I have been a composer for about 5 years, and I am really interested in electronic music and the possibilities that it has. GarageBand seems to be a great program, and considering it is a program that is standard on Macs now makes a lot of wonderful technology available to the general public.
I have started using GarageBand to help me with some of my compositions, buy using the software instruments and improvising, to give me an idea of what some chordal structures sound like, and how I could interwieve some of the parts together. Is there any way to view the full score? I know that you can view the notes in note view, but is there any way to select multiple parts and view the score of the parts? This is something that I don't see, and I think it would be very helpful to view it as a full score, while also having the ability to do a single instrument input.
Also, I was wondering if there was any way to print the notation for each part? Also, this would be helpful from score view. I use Finale 2007 for my notation for compositions, and sometimes Sibelius 4. I would like to transfer some of the stuff that I have played into Finale, so that I can do a little more editing, and incorperate it into a piece. I don't want to have GarageBand open, and read it note for note. I don't think there is any way to export them either, so that Finale or Sibelius could read the notes and rhythms. Am I asking for too much from a program that is essentially free with my system? I just see a lot of potential for the program, and I know most of my friends who are also composition majors are Mac users. I think this could be easily fixed, if these things aren't available already. If anyone knows anything about this, or has any suggestions, please let me know, as this is something I would like to use more as a tool, and I feel has a lot more potential to grow into an even better program.

Thank you. I have heard of Logic Pro 7, but I have never personally used it. I'm still growing in the world of Composition, and I know that it is something I will be studying in one of my Computer Music classes coming up for my degree. I think it is something I will look into getting once I can justify the price of it. I guess for the time being, I will continue to play and grow in my ability to use and take advantage of GB, and then see what I can do about or with Logic Pro when I'm ready. The thought of spending $1000 for a program is hard to bite, because I've already spent a lot to produce my music, not only electronic music, but also chamber music and so on. I had no idea it would be so expensive to dive deep into the world of composition! lol.

I'm trying to e-mail music scores and audios, but I receive an error message saying Preview doesn't recognize the file format, regardless whether I use .mus, .pdf, or .mp3. I haven't come across Preview or this problem before. Any suggestions?

Firstly, your country is detemined by several factors, including your phone's regional settings, your SIM card and your NokiaAccount settings, if you used this phone whilst abroad then you may need to check that your regional and account settings are up to date since you have arrived in Canada.
For services like Gigs, you should also ensure that the MixRadio app has access to your phone's GPS location as well as the main location being on in the phone settings. To check this, as well as Location being turned on in the phone settings, in MixRadio itself go to Settings>Location>On:
The concern with favourites may also be related to location, if the music from certain artists is available in Canada but not where the service might think you are, availability of content may vary from region to region.
If all settings in both the phone, your Nokia Account and the MixRadio app are correct, we may have to investigate deeper.

Greetings, I need to urgently create a flash
game with 10 questions, 3 answers per question. At the end of the
quiz I need to get the time the quiz was completed for, what answers the player answered correctly and the time its completed into a database, + a couple of fields like name and phone that the user fills also needed to be added into db with the score and time. Using Movie Score and Exporting to iweb

Hi all
I had previously editing with imovie, and exported the film to iweb no problem, just dragging into the iweb movie page. Now I'm gone over to adding sound effects and music in garageband ("movie score") and have nearly completed the project. I may be being very dim, but I am having problems exporting the film now in a way that iweb likes. I went to Preferences, and changed the export settings, and one time it came out really low quality, the next I got a warning the film would be too big for many web viewers.
Is there an easy, foolproof way to export, like in imovie? Thanks in advance. Hope question makes sense.

Just export from FCP via Compressor (FILE>EXPORT). Choose QUICKTIME 7 STREAMING. Bring this into iWeb.

How Fuzzy score and Score() function works in HANA?

I read fuzzy developer guide of HANA, but i am not getting how HANA calculate score() and fuzzy score?
As per developer guide, Score() is calculate using TF/IDF, and I also try to calculate TF/IDF as per WIKI page, but it gives different values. and Score() value is changed as per x value of fuzzy(x) .

It seems that the column "Companyname" has data type "SHORTTEXT" and here is the quote from SAP HANA Developer Guide Ch. 10.2.4.8 (p659)
"Text types support a more sophisticated kind of fuzzy search. Texts are tokenized (split into terms), and the fuzzy comparison is performed term by term.
When searching with 'SAP' for example, a record like 'SAP Deutschland AG & Co. KG' gets a high score, because the term 'SAP' exists in both texts. A record like 'SAPPHIRE NOW Orlando' gets a lower score, because 'SAP' is just a part of the longer term 'SAPPHIRE' (3 of 8 characters match)."
So for text columns the score calculation is much more complex than tf-idf.
As for the different fuzzy score, there is an explanation in the FAQ section ( Ch. 10.2.4.14, p736 "Is the score between request and result always stable for TEXT columns?")
Basically, for each token, its similarity score will be used to calculate the overall result only if it is higher than the threshold given in fuzzy(). Any token with a lesser similarity score will be excluded. Therefore, slight change in the threshold may influence the overall score greatly.
Here is an example.
I added id 7 "SAP ASAP" to the data you used.
Note that the similarity score between "ASAP" and "BSAP" is slightly over 0.74 and similarity score between "SAP" and "BSAP" is 0.75:
For

As for tf-idf, it is used in the so-called freestyle search across multiple columns.

Credit Monitoring....PLUS Score and VantageScores?

Besides free Credit Karma that I use. I also subscribe to USAA's current CreditCheck Monitoring in which on August 20th it will be changed to CreditCheck & ID Monitor. I did notice other changes for the same price but wanted to know what is it, (is it upgrade or downgrade)? Current: "Monthly Experian, TransUnion & Equifax Credit Reports and PLUS Score" New: "Monthly Experian, TransUnion & Equifax Credit Reports and VantageScores" What's the difference between PLUS Score and VantageScores? I tried joining FICO but it won't let me because for some reason, Equifax does not have suffiecent info on me (**bleep**!?!?) so I'm stuck with CreditCheck for now. Thanks!

Credit Score and Loan Rate

Hi Everyone, I posted here a couple of weeks ago regarding whether or not I should look into buying a larger car and taking advantage my credit union's good rates. So I applied for the loan earlier today and I'm waiting to hear back. The loan is for 1.99% for 60 months on any new car (2010-2015). I decided while I wait to check my credit score on Experian since that's the bureau the credit union said that they would check. My credit score is 743 which is pretty good given I had a short sale 5 years ago due to my divorce. The short sale is the only bad mark I have no other lates. So given this score what do you think the chance are of me getting the 1.99% interest rate? Thanks!

Rates don't matter until you lock, personally I'd have grabbed onto the Sebonic offer immediately as that's not a bad rate quote from the sounds of it. Looks like my own employer (I don't work in their lending arm) would have you at 4.125% base at 5% down and no closing costs, but we do charge a bit based on size of the mortgage and don't know what your purchase price is: that variance would be either .125 or .250 if you fell into one of those categories which sounds to be in the middle of your two; don't think we're necessarily as low as Sebonic though historically.

the correlation score is based on pixel intensities where as the score of the geometric match considers also the geometry features. See the NI Vision Concepts (Geometric matching -> In-depth discussion).

Score and logo on the bottom of the screen

Is it just me, or does anyone else find having the score and logo on the bottom of the screen during football extremely irritating? It seems to be in your face all the time. Far better to have it at the top, where most of the time it blends in with the crowd and you only notice it when you want to look at it. I remember Sky did this for a few weeks a couple of seasons ago but soon switched back. I've emailed BT about it and they say they're sticking with it. If enough of us complain they should change it.

I don't find the logo/score at the bottom a problem during footie matchess .... It is however a problem during tennis coverage when the nature of the camera position (normally it is full court view from one end) when the server is at the top end the receiver and their movement is often obscured by the logo or score.
There was one broadcast a few weeks ago from Canada where the broadcaster had an extra large name and srore box in the bottom left - and the player was almost full obscured when hitiing a shot out wide.
