Question

I'm not able to access my database. I get error message '01033'.
My version 10g
Windows2003
I restarted services
I restarted windows
The problem is not solved.
I am not even to get it thru sqlplus.
When I try to connect from sqlplus I get the error message :ORA-12560 TNS protocol adapter error.

I didn't see anything wrong on log
Listener looks like running
I cannot issue any command like startup force because I cann't access to database
The proble occured because of Symantec backup exec. I thing tere is incompatibility between oracle and backup exec. Back up exec tried to shutdown oracle and it hangs since.
