08/05/15 And I'm still not seeing a solution to the " - " in the capacity window of my MyCloud Drive
Has anyone come up with the answer? I've rebooted, rescanned, re uploaded, and the only thing that worked TEMPORARILY was a factory rest. As I uploaded my files back to the drive few at a time the capacity would show, change, go to a dash, show again, and then at one point after uploading a certain number of files to the drive the " - " just started hanging around and now that's all that there is. The drive shows Scanning as being in the Idle state. It worked fine for a long time and just started this **bleep** after I began uploading a bunch of files. Answers anyone? Mac OS 10.10.4
Maybe you should try contacting WD's Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.

I updated Firefox and now it will not open at all. The hourglass shows that it's working but then nothing. I went to add/remove and removed mozilla and reinstalled it and still the same thing. It worked fine before I updated. Now I can't even remove the program at all. Why is this happening?
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.
If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

For unknown reasons iTunes will no longer open. I have an HP laptop running windows 7 with Kaspersky protection. It worked fine before but now won't open. I tried downloading the most recent up-date and it will still not open. Any suggestions?

Recent history for Premiere Elements points to the program having problems when more than 1 video card/graphics card is
being used by the computer on which Premiere Elements is running. This observation may seem contra indicated by the fact
that you say that the program did work well about 2 years ago in the same setup. But other factors may have set in with regard
to drivers, drivers versions, and driver conflicts. But this factor, does need to be ruled in or out.
Can you disable one or the other card to determine the impact of this on your problem?
But, of prime concern with regard to video card/graphics card is the use of a NVIDIA GeForce card with Premiere Elements 10.
Even if your NVIDIA GeForce were the only card, Premiere Elements 10 will not work properly unless the NVIDIA GeForce driver
version is rolled back to about May 2013. This may be one of the major factors here.
a. Device Manager/Display Adapters and find out Driver Version and Driver Date
b. Read the background information for the Premiere Elements 10/NVIDIA GeForce issue

I recently downloaded iMovie on my iPhone 5 and it is telling me to connect to wifi or use itunes to download iMovie well I have done both and it is still not working can someone please help me?

I'm sorry you are having issues with the iMovie app you purchased for your iPhone5.
The first thing I would suggest is to log out of your iTunes Account on your iPhone, turn the iPhone off and then on again, and see if app finishes downloading/updating.
Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Tap on your Apple ID account > Tap Sign Out
If the issues persists, the article below will give you a few more troubleshooting steps:
iOS: Troubleshooting applications purchased from the App Store
Try the following steps to resolve your issue, testing the app after each step.
1. Update your device software
Update your device to the latest version of iOS.
2. Check for app updates
Ensure that your apps are up to date:
Open the App Store and tap Updates. If updates are available, tap Update All.
When prompted, enter your iTunes Store account information. App Store will then download and install the application updates.
Note: Some applications may require a Wi-Fi connection to update.3. Install another app from the App Store
4. Restart the application
If the issue affects only a single app, try closing just that app:
Press the Home button to return to the Home screen.
Double-tap the Home button to display recent apps.
Tap and hold the affected app until the red minus appears.
Tap the red minus to quit the app.

Search for the application and then download it again.

I have only had my phone for 1 week and wanted to download a ringtone from itunes. I got a message that stated I needed iOS5 downloaded. I have tried to update this via itunes on my home computer but it's been over 2hrs and it's still not donw syncing. Is this normal?? I do have a lot of music on itunes is that the problem?? Thankyou for the reply, the pop up window is labelled backing up ,I can see the progress line its really passed 3 hours still as mentioned about 10 15% progress .Please all i want to know is it worth continuing or its a waste of time.Its worth mentioning that since i've got the phone 2 years ago I've never updated it and the sole reason I'm doing it now is since 2 days ago i can't get my emails on my phone but i do get them on my PC.
Went to an Apple store an advisor told me to update it as it might solve the problem.Although i did delete my account internet account then register it again , also turned the phone on , off.Unfortunately still can't get my emails on the move .

Yes, if you repurchase it you may lose your progress. The exception would be a game that stored all your progress on a server under your ID
If you want to retain your progress you have two choices:
1. Don't apply the update.
2. Use your fathers account password to update the game. -
I am being prompted for the questions for my apple ID. I have put what I think are the answers and it is still not letting me purchase games from my account. I try to send the answers to my e-mail and I am not getting them. I had account issues about a year ago where my id was spelled wrong. Could this be associated with that?

When you respond, also indicate which country and carrier you're using. Also, is your phone brand new? can you make a phone call / access the internet while on cellular? -
My Siri and microphone in other apps hasn't been working lately. I've cleaned the mics, took off te case, and it's still not working. My camera only picks up audio when it's off of vibrate. And now I can't answer texts with the new pull down thing. please help
