0FC_INVDOC_00 for invoices from IS-U

Hello,
we have read all the post regarding 0FC_INVDOC_00 but we are still enable to use it. When we create an invoice in IS-U (invoice which are posted in FI-CA) and close the relevant reconciliation key the table DFKKINV_BWTRIG remains empty.
First we want to be sure that is the correct datasource for invoices created with transaction code EA19, EA26, and EA10.
Does anyone manage to use it with IS-U/FI-CA ?
thanks in advance for your answer.
Kind regards,
Emmanuel

Hi Emmanuel:

  • BI content for invoices from vendors

    Hi guys,
Can you please help me in finding the appropriate BI content (DataSource, ETL, Cube, etc) for vendor invoices. I must find a way to put together the invoices that have been received from all the vendors, both on header and item level.
    Thanks in advance!
    Andreea

2LIS_02*extracts the data Invoice Qty and Amt with respect to PO number and it will not give the vendor Invoice number. There is a BI Content in only ECC6.0 and you can see the Data source 2LIS_06_INV in help.sap.com. Vendor Invoices are stored in Tabale RBKP and RSEG. These tables are Vendor Invoice tables with respect Purchasing only. You will not see Top side FI entries.
If you are not in ECC6.o, you can create a Generic Data source on those tables.
    Hope this helps.

  • Paying invoice from another company code

We need to pay for invoices from company code A through company code B. How do we do that. Can we achieve this by setting up the variant in RFFOUS_C by putting in sending company code as A and paying code as B. Or  additionally do we have to maintain it in OBYA also.
But in my case if we have to maintain it in OBYA, I cannot do it, because there are GL accounts setup in OBYA for intercompany clearing. I dont know if there is a way to create new entries to maintain this in OBYA? Please advice.

I think the steps maintained by Paul is all you need to configure.
Lets take your scenario when GL clearing accounts are set in OBYA for cross-company between Company code A and company code B.
And company B is the paying company, then a vendor invoice (say Cr$100) in Company A will be cleared by payment run by following entries in the 2 companies
    Company A
    Vendor Dr $100
GL clearing account (in OBYA) Cr $100
    Company B
Cash Outgoing Bank Account Cr $100
    GL clearing account (in OBYA)
Lets assume that company A will pay back the money to company B on weekly basis. And lets say by that time company B has paid $100,000 onbehalf of A.
GL clearing account (Balance in company A) Cr$100,000
GL clearing account (Balance in company B) Dr$100,000
So, after a week company A has done a wire payment of $100,000 to company B to settle the due to. This can be captured by following clearing entries
    Company A
GL clearing account (in A) Dr$100,000
Cash Outgoing Bank Account Cr $100,000
    Company B
GL clearing account (in A) Cr$100,000
Cash Incoming Bank Account Dr $100,000
This way your Inter-co GL clearing accounts are cleared, and the Bank outgoing and Bank incoming will be cleared when you will do you Bank statement posting

  • Issue in creating Credit Note for road carrier invoice from SAP TM system

    Dear All,
I am facing issue in creating Credit Note for road carrier invoice from SAP TM system.
The following steps I have performed:
    1)
    1)    1) Create Freight order with Amount 20,100
    2)     2) Create Freight Settlement Doc and send it to ECC. Hence PO and SES will be created in ECC with Amount 20,100
    3)     3) Invoice verification (MIRO) done w.r.t. FO in ECC with Amount 20,100 and following entries posted :
    Carrier A/c - 20,100Cr
    GR/IR A/c – 20,100 Dr
    4)    4) Created Credit Note in SAP TM against freight order with Amount 1,010 and transfer it to SAP ECC.
    5)    5)  By this a new PO and SES was created with negative values (with amount 1,010) in SAP ECC
    6)    6)  In transaction MIRO, Credit Memo was created against the freight order.
    7)    7)  By this it is showing value 21,110 by adding the line items of Original Purchase Order and Credit Note Purchase Order as 20,100 and 1,010 respectively.
    8)    8)  By posting this following are the accounting entries which is not correct:
    Carrier A/c – 21,110 Dr
    GR/IR – 20,100 Cr
    GR/IR – 1,010 Cr
    9)    9)  In report FBL1N which is showing the remaining liability of value 1,010(21,100 – 20,100) instead of 19,090 (20,100-1,010=19,090) for the carrier.
Please suggest how to resolve the issue and get the correct accounting for credit memo?
    Regards,
    Vibhu Gupta

    Hello,
Like my reply in Linkedin group, I got the same issue and solved with BADI in TM side(REQREQ...).

  • EDI for Services Invoices from CRM

    Hi All
Does anyone know if it is possible to output billing documents from CRM to external customers via EDI?
    Cheers
    Gavin

    Hi Gavin,
I havent sent invoices via Idocs from CRM but have done so for Service orders. You have to find the correct replication object to use, one that allows you send Bdocs through the External Interface (XIF adapter) that will convert the Bdocs into xml/Idocs, for example the object BEABILLDOCFINA looks like it will send bodcs from CRM to the XIF. In smoeac you have to set up a new site with XIF as the site attribute which lets you specify an EDI partner profile for IDocs or an RFC destination for XML, then assign a subscription that references the Bdoc replication object BEABILLDOCFINA . Then when you have done this maintain an entry CRMXIF_C1 which links the site and Bdoc to an XIF interface, there seem to be a number of interfaces for invoices CRMXIF_INV_RELE_SAVE. This interface is where the mapping from Bdoc to Idoc or XML file is done. If you are using Idocs then you need to ensure that you have the correct partner config set up with the IDoc type assigned. THe idoc types seem to be CRMXIF_INVOICE_SAVE_M01 or CRMXIF_INVOICE_SAVE_M02 .
    Cheers

  • IDOC for Invoice Issue from Delivery

  • Hold AP invoice for payment from project

My clients project managers want a say on AP invoice payments , after supplier invoice has been created against a project. Typically we are looking at some kind of "Hold" that can be put on Supplier invoice from projects module and then AP invoice should be disable for payment processing. This invoice should be enabled for payment only after this hhold is removed from Projects.
Do we have this kind of function directly or indirectly?
    Cheers

    Hi
The feature you are looking for in Projects is part of the newest release of 12.1 or the next point release.
You could use a trigger for puting an hold, but then you need to have in place a work process where AP person sends an email to the project manager to ask for its approval, and upon the off-line approval the AP user will release the hold.
Alternative approach is to utilize AME - Oracle Approval Management. You can set up the approval rules of the supplier invoices, so for project invoices the system will trigger the workflow and send notification to project manager. The Project Manager approval is releasing the invoice and make it available for payment.

    Hi all,
I want to create a single invoice from several delivers, just like VF01.
I just tried BAPI_BILLINGDOC_CREATEMULTIPLE, and the problem is that this bapi creates an invoice for each deliver, and i need to create only one invoice.

  • Does anyone know of an app that is for invoicing that can be accessed from more than one iPad at a time?

I have a roofing business with my husband and we both have iPads we need a invoicing program app that we both can use and see the same material on both iPads is there any apps that anyone knows of that can do this?

You'll need a program that can open and edit the invoices. You can search the app store for "invoices" and see what you can find - perhaps there is a cloud-based one that would allow you to store the invoices on their server.
Or if the apps are fairly simple, you could open them in a Word Processing app that does sync two ways with the cloud and do your work on them - and then store the receipts in Dropbox/iDisk/Sugarsync. Loading the actual documents onto those services is very easy and self-explanatory once you sign up for them.

  • Get all invoices from the system and their details

    Hello Experts,
Whats the most efficient FM to use for getting all the invoices in the system with details to transfer them to an external system?
Should I get a list of all invoices and then call BBP_PD_INV_GETDETAIL on each?
    Thanks,

    Hello,
You can use the Function Module "BBP_PD_INV_GETLIST" to get all the invoices from the SRM system.

  • Customer Down Payment invoice (from delivery) not automatically assigned

If I create a Down payment invoice from Sales Order (and I paied it) on the final invoice the sistem automatically assigne the down payment invoice on the final invoice for the order.
If I do the same think but crerating the Down payment invoice from the delivery (and I paid it) when I create the final invoice I need to assigned it manually.
    SBO 8.81 PL 06
I haven't found any set up for this, so I think is an error the sistem must work on the same way if the document is copied from the Sales order or delivey.
Someone know if there is some set up? or I need to open an error message to SAP?
    Thanks

    My question is:
If I make a sales order.
I create a down payment invoice using copy from SO.
I make the incomuing payment for the down payment invoice.
I create the delivery from the SO
I create the invoice from the delivery
The system apply automaticaly the down payment invoice to the invoice (because I select a delivery that is linked to the so that I used to create the down payment invoice).
If I make a sales order.
I create the delivery from the SO
I create a down payment invoice using copy from delivey.
I make the incomuing payment for the down payment invoice.
I create the invoice from the delivery
The system DO NOT apply automaticaly the down payment invoice to the invoice (even if also this document is linked to the delivery that I use to create the down payment invoice).
I know that I can select it manually. But I can select it manually also if I use the SO to create the down payment instead of the
delivery. Why if the situation is the same in the firs case the system do it automatil^cally and in the second case I need to do it manually?
Of course if I create a Down Payment invoice without selecting any document (SO, delivery..) the system don't know if you want to apply the payment to the final invoice.
But If I select the delivey to create the down payment (the same if I select the SO): I want to apply the down payment to the final invoice of this delivery and not to another delivery.

  • Migration of  Approved Invoices from 11i to R12

    Hi All,
I am migrating all approved invoices from 11i to R12 using Invoice Interface tables and "Payables Open Interface Import" Concurrent program. But in R12 the Approval status changes and to "Required" and the Accounted status of distribution line changes to Unprocessed. We do not have the set up for approval work flow process, So the invoice should be validated by "Force Validation" by checking the ‘Allow Force Approval’ in payable options. But when I am running the "Invoice Validation" program the theere is no change in the Approval status.
    Please help.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Subhrakant

I am a newbie to Oracle Apps. I guess Oracle Apps use the "sequence" to generate the Key in the Oracle tables or is there some else mechanism.
When migrating Oracle Apps from lower version to higher version, is there any concept of setting the sequence numbers in Oracle Apps or we don't need to take care of this ie the migration handles this automatically. The migration/upgrade script/driver should take of seeded objects,
For your custom objects, you need to verify it yourself.
    Thanks,

  • How to extract non-sap data (A/R Invoices from Legacy system) into SAP ICR

    Hi
We are trying to bring A/R invoices from a legacy system into SAP ICR special ledger so that ICR tool can be used these items for intercompany reconcilliation. Could you please let's know the way to load these legacy AR invoice items into ICR data base using any function moduels.
    Regards,
    Eswar.

    Hello Eswar,
In what form do you have these "external" open items? If they are contained in a file you should simply import the file in ICR during data selection using the File Upload functionality. There is no need to store them in a special purpose ledger first. Actually you would have to create a BADI implementation to extract the data from that special purpose ledger during data selection. Please consider using File Upload standard functionality.
If for some reason this cannot be used you could implement a logic calling RFC enabled function module FB_ICRC_ADD_DATA_RFC which will take the open items you are supplying in your logic and push them into the ICR database. This strategy could be used to include these external open items without them being processed during data selection.
    Best regards,
    Ralph

  • Sales return - Excise invoice from depot

    Dear all,
We are having a sales return scenario in depot which we are executing in following way.
    1) Return sales order 2) Delivery against sales order 3) PGR 4) Credit memo 5) Capture of excise invoice in J1IG against the material document posted in PGR with reference to original excise invoice.
But when we are again creating an outgoing excises invoice from depot i.e. re-selling the same material to other customer system does not show the excise invoice in list of inward invoice.
Request to please let us know if we have missed out on a step/ configuration to ensure that the customer return excise invoice is visible to re-sell the material from depot.
    thanks & regards,
    mahesh

    Dear  Lakshmipathi,
Thanks for the reply, did go through the thread that you have suggested before i posted this one.
Just wanted to know that we update the register with material document number posted for transfer of material from one storage location to another which is customer return to finished storage location and not with the PGR material document number?
5 Create Transfer posting in MB1B with movement type 453, storage location 0005 and save
6 Note down the material document reference
7 Go to J1IG to reverse excise issue posting
    thanks and regards,
    mahesh.
