11.5.10.2 - How to personalize Confirmation page of Forgot Password link

We have implemented the Forgot Password functionality in our 11.5.10.2 system. We need to personalize the Confirmation screen message.
How do we personalize the following message:
"An email has been sent to the email address on file. Contact the system administrator if you do not receive your password within the next few hours."
Reason:
Our help desk is getting calls from our users because they think that they will have to wait for a few hours to receive their temporary password. Our goal was to eliminate calls to our help desk regarding forgotten passwords but this message is causing more calls than necessary.
We need to change the message to read as follows:
"An email has been sent to the email address on file. You should receive the email within a few minutes. Please contact the Support Center if you do not receive your password within an hour."
I have accessed the CommonMessagePG that appears to control the Confirmation screen (/oracle/apps/fnd/umx/util/webui/CommonMessagePG) but I cannot find where to change the actual text of the message.
Any advice?

Try this:
Go to "Application Developer" responsibility
Select "Messages" from the menu
Query the message name and then enter your message text in the "Current Message Text" field
Save changes and exit
Clear cache and bounce Apache to see the change.

If you've forgotten the passcode then you will need to connect the iPad to the computer that you normally sync to and you should then be able to reset the iPad and re-sync your content to it (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212) - you may need to put the iPad into recovery mode in order to be able to reset it : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808
If you do it via a different computer then :
If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present.

How to get in messenger if forgot password

I can't access my old number to get a password resent . is there anyone who knows how to log on Fb messenger? OAM Lost password confirmation page

Hi,
I am working with 10.1.4.2 and need to customize lost password app pages , i have changed lpm_changepwd.xsl for GUI changes ,but not able to figure out how to remove or modify confirmation page post change password . currently , I get "User Application" and your password has been changes with Back button.
Please provide any detail if anyone has done UI customization.

Confirmation email to change password is not recei...

I forgot the password. of my other skype account.
II click forgot password link and fill in my email account, (it's gmail account) and the press submit.
I check my email account and after waiting for a couple of minutes, I hadn't received the confirmation email yet. I already check my spam folder but it's not there.
I did this about a week ago. It's the same, I hadn't receive the confirmation email.
Does anybody have the same problem ? How can I get access into my account. ?

How do I save pages from my website, [link removed] into a PDF file, with proof of the date the pdf file was created on? I need to display the content of each unique url of my site in PDF format for compliance purposes, and prove the image was taken from a given date. Anyone can help that would be great.

Impossible to do with Reader. If you own Acrobat and use Create PDF from Webpage. The document will have a creation date. If you then sign the pdf on the date of creation, you have proof of when the document was created and proof that the document wasn’t altered since signed.

How to submit a page and set the focus on the next field?

I have a form with some fields and below this a report with a column link. If I change values in the form fields and I click the on a column link the changes in the fields are lost because the page is not submitted.
I try this: I set on the fields in HTML Form Element Attributes the following:
onchange="doSubmit('AENDERUNG_UEBERNEHMEN');"
And I create a branch to the same page. This works great, I dont lost the changes in the fields and I can use the column links.
But: If I want to walk through the form with the key "TAB" I have to press the key 2 times to come to the next field.
How can I submit the page and go to the next field?

how about submitting the page when the column link in the report is clicked. To do this, create a column link with an URL target and specify a target like
javascript:doSubmit('#ID#_AENDERUNG_UEBERNEHMEN').After that I would create a process, that checks if
substr(:REQUEST,instr(:REQUEST,'_')+1) (or something like that)
equals 'AENDERUNG_UEBERNEHMEN'. If so, save the change, set the PK value of your target page to
substr(:REQUEST,1,instr(:REQUEST,'_')) (to extract the ID)
Afterwards, create a branch that jumps to the target page.

How to create forgot password feature

How can I create a "Forgot Password" link on the apex login screen that asks for users email address or userID and resets their password to a random one and emails it to them..

I think we took the wrong path, that wont work out. I was looking at the APIs and found that we can change the user at run time.
I think this should work..
1. create login page as public
2. In case password reset, grab the user name and change the current user as any admin user using the API Procedure SET_USER( p_user IN VARCHAR2)

3. Now that you have the admin user , you know the current user's ID and you know the API to change the password for a particular user
