14 Days after ordering a "Card" still no delivery!

I sent 4 "Cards" from the "Cards" program on my iPad3 - from May to July 2012.  All were delivered in 5-8 days from ordering-- Europe and the USA.  BUT on 2 Oct I ordered a card and although the eMail confirmation came in just a few days - it has now been 13 days and still no delivery to the recipient.  How to contact Apple?  (Delivery is by the US post office so I don't thing Apple can do anything after telling me via eMail that the order was processed…)
Expensive but nice cards-- but if this is the result-- 14 days with no delivery, then this is the 5th, but LAST time I use that service.
Any comments from anyone appreciated.

    Let me also copy and repeat -- since the developers' club apparently has chosen to not give it any weight or credibility -- a comment by a completely different user, in a different thread:

    So, the developer's club position remains, "there really isn't much need for a 64-bit version", despite comments like that. Hmmm . . .

    The $1 charges will not be completed, they will fall off the account in a few days without removing funds as they are the system reaching out to verify that the bank and the account exist and that funds are available. The problem that you are having is likely the billing address. You need to look on a bank statement and enter the address exaclty as printed on the statement; all the same captal letters and puntuation.

    I would wait like a week or so after you cancelled but after that you should call their customer service and see what's going on on their end of the transaction.

        scodaddy, that is a wonderful question. We are super excited about the new iPhone. You can always pre-order your new iPhone online and then start the mail in rebate by following this link: http://bit.ly/GGnDDC Or you can always go into the store location and do it all in store on the 19th when the phone is launched. That would depend on if the store has them in stock when you go in. I hope that this was able to address your concern.

    It depends upon the restrictions set on the pdf.
    If the creator of the pdf has set restrictions against copying then you will not be able to copy the content.
    Are you facing the same issue with all the pdf's?
    Would it be possible to share the pdf with me.

    In most cases, you can't use a Debit card anymore. So, either redeem an iTunes gift card or use a credit card.

  • Cablecard charges still showing after returning the card to Verizon

    How long does it usually take for the cable card charges to get dropped after returning the card?  I sent my cable card back to Verizon (in prepaid box that they sent me - TY!) a month ago, and the charges still show up on my account.  When I talked to the customer rep, they suggested that I wait a bit longer to see if the cable card removal will automatically show up under my account.  However, I somehow doubt that the system will show that the card was returned.  I have pictures of the box and the tracking number, as well UPS' tracking info (accepted by Verizon on 3/19/2013 and signed by Taylor).  Does it usually take that long for Verizon to update their system?

    I have to shutdown and power back on. My iMac was purchased in January 2011 and no longer in warrenty.  The energy saver 'sleep' and 'display' settings are set at 10 minutes. When I changed to 'never' the machine got very hot and I changed the settings back.  I have checks by: Put hard disk to sleep when possible and wake for network access.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
    The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
    Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.
    Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a Fusion Drive or a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
    Safe mode is much slower to start up and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
    The login screen appears even if you usually login automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
    Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
    After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

  • Order status is still saying processing items

    I ordered my IPad 3 on the 16th of March, so it was after the pre-order thing and I was going to just buy it straight away from a apple store but dicided to order online with engraving and the apple smart cover. Both the items are still saying "processing items". I have recieved an order confirmation email but not the shipped confirmation email unless I didn't read it right but the email just said that they can get it deliverered eariler than expected. This is my first time ordering on the apple website although I have an IPhone 4S which i recieved as a christmas present and I think was brought from o2 so I have no idea how long this would take. Why is it still saying "Processing Items"? Surely it doesn't take apple this long to process the items.

    Further to my original post, I received my iPad on the 29th which was a day after the earliest possible delivery date. The order status did not change until the day before it arrived so don't worru about that. I realised that it had dead pixels, rang up on Thursday evening and arranged for it to be picked up, replacement arrived on the Wednesday after (4th). This one also had dead pixels and a new one arrived today which I hope is not going to have dead pixels! I am impressed by the speed in which they ship out replacements but annoyed at the quality control if I'm honest.

    I want to use the Default Days for Order Cancellation field in the Document Settings/Per Document tab - Sales Order.
    Questions:
    1. Does it calculate based on the posting or document date?
    2. If you change that date field, will it recalculate the cancel date based on the new date or does it still have the cancel date calculated based on the first date?
    3. If the Order Cancellation field number is changed, are the cancellation dates for existing orders recalculated?

    I will answer your question after I finished replicate it in my database. Based on SDK file description as follows :
    Sets the default number of days before cancelling a sales order. After this date the goods are not to be eccepted by the customer. The default value is 30 days after the Delivery Date.
    1. It is based on delivery date
    2. It will recalculate the cancel date based on the new date (because it is updated)
    3. It is also recalculated by the system
    The company data table for the field is i.e. CINF.
