1933985 NF-e new layout 3.10 - Versão Obsoleta

Caros,
Estou com uma dúvida em relação a aplicação da nota 1933985 - NF-e new layout 3.10.
Há 2 meses aplicamos completamente a nota 1933985, porém ao baixarmos novamente esta note via SNOTE, seu status não está mais como "Completamente Aplicada" e sim como "Aplicada Versão Obsoleta". Sendo assim, gostaria de saber se o correto neste caso, é voltar o status de implementação desta nota e executar a SNOTE novamente para ela? Ou se há alguma sugestão para este caso?
Temos outra nota na mesma situação e não temos certeza se podemos voltar seu status para executarmos novamente a SNOTE.

Boa tarde.
A última versão lançada para esta nota 1933985 , é a versão 9, do dia 22 de Agosto de 2014.
Acredito não ser possível implementar apenas a diferença entre as versões. Então, tente verificar qual versão foi implementada em seu sistema e atente aos detalhes de mudanças entre as versões, como descrito na nota.
O que acontece é que algumas outras notas foram inseridas como pré requisitos, assim como parte da solução e dos textos, mudaram ao longo das versões.
Então, verifique a possibilidade de reverter a sua aplicação feita anteriormente para proceder, desde o ínicio, com a última versão (9).

Estamos no processo de upgrade da NF-e e iniciamos a aplicação da nota 2039647(NF-e new layout 3.10 - Enhancement Note 04) em nosso ambiente 606-06.
Porém, ao aplicar as notas de pré-requisito, encontramos a nota 1900965(Pre-Implementation Objects) que está adicionando novos campos na chamada da função ME_PRICING_TAX_INDICATOR que não existem nesta função.
Instrução de correção 1650688 da nota 1900965 para nossa versão SAP_APPL 606:
Função ME_PRICING_TAX_INDICATOR, não possui o IO_OUT_ITEM e IS_TAXCODE_DETERM:
Pergunta, alguém já aplicou esta nota? Passaram por este problema? Ou.. poderiam indicar, em qual nota estes campos estão sendo adicionados na função? Não conseguimos encontrar onde estes objetos estão sendo adicionados...
Obs: Estas notas 1793108 e 1871295 citadas na instrução de correção que adicionaram a chamada nestes campos, não estão inserindo estes campos na função...

Ainda não.. revisei mais uma vez a aplicação da nota e os parâmetros da função não batem com os parâmetros que temos aqui. Até interessante, que esta nota está fazendo e desfazendo ajustes na chamada da função.
Abaixo, destaquei a quinta e última instrução de correção referente a chamada da função:
Aqui, nosso último campo no parâmetro de entrada é o I_EGIMP.

Error while creating a new layout in a report.

I am getting this error message:
Failed to save data.
Error occurred when creating xml data.
when I try to save after I create a new layout in my report.
Is there some common problem with templates that could cause this to happen?
I'll continue to look around for an answer but if anyone would like to see the template and a sample set of XML data so they can help me figure out what the problem is, that would be swell.
-Nevermind. The problem seems to have dissapeared. Apparently the appropriate order of operations is
1: Create new layout.
2: Upload RTF Template

Getting "SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC" error while creating a new layout

Hi,
I deleted a layout from a level. When I tried to create a new layout with the same technical name, I was getting a run time error.
Name of the error : SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC
Exception : CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB
I went to ST22 and analyzed the dump. I found that the entries for the layout that I deleted were still present in the following 2 tables:
1) UPP_PARAMT
2) UPP_ELEMT
My questions are:
1) Is there any possibilities that I can retrive the layout that I deleted with the help of the entries present in the above tables?
2) Can I remove the entries from these two tables so that I can create a new layout with the same technical name?

Do a new layout on SAP NetWeaver Portal need more Performance?

Hello,
we want to create a new layout on SAP NetWeaver Portal in the Corporate Design of our company. Somebody said me, that a change from the standard layout needs a lot of more Performance on the server. Is that true?
At the present time our server already works very slowly with the standard layout. Is it useful to change the layout? Or do we need a better server for that?

CSS Flexbox - a new layout method for web pages

As you may all know, css flexbox is a new layout method for laying out your web page, and with Firefox releasing version 22 within the next few days, (should have been yesterday) it is now no longer hidden behind browser settings. Add to this the fact that all desktop browser except IE10 and Safari 5 & 6, no longer require the use of a vendor prefix, and that http://html5please.com/ simply say ’USE’, flexbox is now finally a viable layout alternative, especially for responsive layouts.
Flexbox has been available on all Android and iOS devices, (and any device using the webkit engine, e.g. new blackberry’s and Kindle Fire devices) since they were first release.
To help find problems, and provide help in using flexbox, we would be grateful if you would experiment and provide feedback in the use of flexbox for layouts.
To help you get started a video tutorial, (with files to download) and examples of layouts, (more to be added next week) and tips & tricks to help with some of the more common problems have been provided at http://flexboxlayouts.com/. This site will also be updated to provide you with a list of problems and hopefully the solutions to those problems, so that you will have a ’one stop’ reference site for using flexbox.

Yes I know, and this is why I am asking people to experiment with flexbox.
The fix for IE10 is to give the right hand sidebar, (or the content) a larger flex-grow property, the bug is caused by the flex shorthand property not recognizing % values, and using the flex-basis as a set width instead of a preferred size.
I have logged the bug, (and many others) with the various browser bug bases.
This and other bugs, do have 'fixes', so I hope users will experiment with flexbox and provide feedback.
Flexbox is no different than any other css feature, "we can only find the problems in actual use".
Strangely enough, I have found the most consistent to use is the old 2009 implementation on mobile devices, (no doubt iOS7 will change all that ).

As all the layout taglibs and required classes are in com.sap.portal.pagebuilder application, you should refer to it in your portalapp.xml SharingReference property.

After executing VF04 create new layout, (settings -> Layout). Hide the columns you do not want to be displayed. If you want to change in the options available in the selection screen to the user then Goto -> Variants -> Save as variant.
After that you create Z-transactions using SE93 and assign these Variant and Layout. Then assign Z-transaction to the users.

Creation of new layout templates

Hello,
in the portal there are some layout templates available for pages. They are used for the innerpage of default frameworkpage ,too. I like to change the width of first column of the narrowWide 2 columns layout. Found in online Help that you have to use the developer studio or change the *.jsp file directly to get a customized layout (template). I don`t like to change the available jsp files. Best idea would be to have a new jsp file in place on which a new template is based. I found the narrowWide.jsp in the file system where you can change easily the width of colums. But how can I get a new jsp File? Is this only possible by using the developer studio or is there another way to do that?

I like to go closer to your solution.
Ok, my steps would be:
1. Searching the folder where the narrowWide.jsp and the related portalapp.xml is found (usr\sap\...).
2. Make a copy of the narrowWide.jsp, rename it to narrow35Wide65.jsp and save it in the same folder where the narrowWide were found.
3. Edit the new *.jsp file and change the width of narrow column to 35% and wide column to 65% (result should be increasing the narrow column width)
4. Rename the extension of current portalapp.xml in the same folder to portalapp.xml.bak and make a copy of the file in same folder giving the original file name.
5. Editing the portalapp.xml and paste a new component entry based to the narrowWide component entry. Here I have to change the component name and the jsp file name only like in this example, right?

Layout Par file name not appearing in list while creating new Layout

Hi
I downloaded com.sap.portal.layouts to modify the light_framework page to suit my needs, renamed it to com.mycomp.portal.layouts, modified the page, created a par file and uploaded it thru NWDS.
When I go to the portal to create a new Layout, I do not see my custom par file in the list.
I have even uploaded it from the portal: System Administration -> Support -> Support Desk -> Portal Runtime -> Administration Console -> Archive Uploader. Even after it was successful, I was not able to see the par file listed while creating a new Layout.
How do I get my Layout par file listed do i can create my Layout?

I never had a problem with the JAR files in this par file while opening, nor did I have to manually add anything.
I know it has been successfully uploaded in the portal, as I can see my par file in the Archive Deployment Checker.
What could be wrong? Is there something else I have to put in the portalapp.xml to make it visible in the list?

New layout is a big step back

I am officially complaining about the new layout for Technet's home page. It used to have nice icons on the top that were of interest to me. Now, some of those icons are gone, particularly, the icon to the documentation. It is very hard to convince people that the Oracle documentation is a very good resource. It used to be easy to get to. But now, OTN has buried the link to the docs on the bottom right of the OTN home page. This is a step backward in my opinion. I could rant on the other aspects of this new layout that I don't like, but if you could fix the "documentation link" issue, it would be a start.

Brian...there are now hard-coded links to specific Documentation pages (eg, for Database 10g, App Server 10g, and JDev 10g) as well as the master Documentation index from the top-left corner of the Navigation bar on every page across OTN. This was not available previously.
Furthermore, the Documentation drop-down menu on the home page contains links to those specific pages as well.
We're confident that the new design will expose important content on OTN to greater numbers of visitors (and with less frustration), and our analysis to this point is already proving that out.
So we may have lost the Doc icon at the very top of the page, but we have gained a whole lot more in return.

Since upgrading to 8.0 I can no longer print from Mapquest Classic. I an from IE. How can I fix that? ALSO I don't like the new layout. How can I go back to my pervious version?

Since upgrading to 8.0 I can no longer print from Mapquest Classic. It's not a Mapquest problem it's a Firefox problem as I am able to print using IE. I haven't encountered any other sites problems yet but I'm sure it's to come if I don't get this fixed. I need to be able to print. How can I fix this?
I also do not like the new layout. How can I go back to my previous version?

What precisely do you mean by deleting the podcast app from both the phone and Mac? I have deleted the podcast app from my phone but on my Mac in iTunes->iPhone->Apps it shows up albeit with a button labelled "Install". I've resynced 3 times and when I try to access my Podcast playlist in the Music app, I still get a message telling me that podcasts have moved to the Podcast app. I'm really sick of some of the changes Apple has made to their software.

New layout, CSS errors and Firefox problems

You need to assign to the Planning Area in the Planning Profile under SPRO-Controllig-Cost center Accounting-Planning-Manual Planning
Once you assign it, it would appear as one of the layouts in KP26
