2-4 week delay on iphone from online store
I ordered an iphone from the online store on Friday and my receipt states "Will ship in 2-4 weeks" Does anyone know why there is such a delay. Reports indicate that iphones are still available at regular apple stores.

I didn't like the looks of the line at the Apple Store on Friday so I went home and ordered online. In the morning I got the order confirmation and 2 to 3 weeks to ship.
I like that even less. So I went back to the Apple Store when they open on Saturday. The were more clerks then customers. I walk to the back of the store and said iPhone to lady behind the counter. she replied 4 or 8 GB. I said 8 and she gave me my iPhone.
I then went home and canceled the online order and proceeded to activate and download. So far my major problem is getting use to my large hands and the little screen. I find that I am forever using to much force. It is a learning thing to just barely touch it and then it work correctly.

As soon as they ship, you suppose to receive email with tracking info as well. If you provided your friends email, you can ask him to track it for you. Or if you see the tracking info on your apple.com/orderstatus, you can do it yourself as well. Enjoy your iPhone! -

I bought yesterday online an Iphone from apple store Canada (http://store.apple.com/ca/browse/home/shop_iphone/family/iphone/iphone4s) and there said that was Unlocked but on my email came a message " IPHONE 4S BLACK 16GB GSM- CAN". Does It means that this item is Unlocked?
Was shipped today, October 8, but I don't know if this "GSM-CAN" means taht is locked or unlocked!
I BOUGHT AN UNLOCKED!"GSM-CAN" means that it was a GSM iPhone sold in Canada. It doesn't indicate anything regarding lock status. If you purchased the iPhone from the online Apple Store, then to the best of my knowledge, they don't sell anything other than unlocked iPhones.

Hey, i bought an iphone from online shop as a used phone and its locked by orange france, i contact them to unlock it but they refused, they said that we regret to inform you that we'r not able to unlock second hand phones? I need your help please. Its not fair , apple should figure it out

OrangeThis is no different with any carrier locked phone. Getting a carrier locked phone officially unlocked is the responsibility of the carrier, not the cell phone manufacturer. A cell phone manufacture cannot unlock a carrier locked phone without the carrier's authorization.
An iPhone sold as officially unlocked when new can be used by others as a second hand phone, and the same with any carrier locked iPhone that can be unlocked by the carrier, and many carriers offer it. -
I just bought new iphone from apple store from few weeks only but now i cant even make a phoen call and everytime i try to open "phone" function, it just error and stop on that page without any response.
So i tried to close that app and re open it but it doesnot woek i couldnt do anything means i have phone but cant use it as phone.

If after ALL 4 steps your phone still doesn't work, you've no choice but to have your phone serviced by Apple. As you've found out, the iPhone warranty is NOT and has NEVER been international. You'll have to send your phone to someone in the country of purchase to bring your phone into Apple--and then to have that person send the phone back to you. -

Of course it changed. A phone's IMEI number is unique to each phone. The IMEI number for a phone does not transfer to another phone.
Since your iPhone was exchanged under warranty without having the box and bill for the original purchase, you don't need it now either. The exchange under warranty remains under the warranty for the original purchase. -

I think this is doubtful.
I don't believe Apple ships iPhones outside of any country where it is sold, regardless if sold as unlocked in a particular country. AFAIK, the iPhone sold in each country must be purchased at an Apple Store if there is one available, or via Apple's designed provider or approved sales outlet in each country. -

You will either need to find a local repair shop and pay for it. Or you will need to ship the phone to someone you know in the US and have them take it to Apple for evaluation and then have it shipped back to you. All this will be at your expense. Also note that Apple do not accept direct shipments.

When I turn on the stamina mode it's supposed to turn off the WI-FI when I lock the screen but I still recieving all the notifications, I've read that you have to wait 15 minutes for it to turn off the WI-FI but I've tried and it didn't work, I keep
