2 Accounts in one line - help!

I've recently moved back in with my parents and hold a line and broadband account, as do they at this address. I called the moving home department and they scheduled cancellation of parents' net oni 22/11 and activation of mine for 24th Nov.
What has happened now is my parents only cancelled their own net and have kept their line because they didn't want to lose the number and want my net account to go on their line rental - which i'm assuming is impossible?
So now we have their line with no net and my line and net account stuck pending activation with nowhere to go.
Any ideas on how to best solve this problem? Can I cancel my account and we just start a new contract on parents account?

Hi Danny,
Welcome to the forums.
Be careful, cancellation can mean charges.
Maybe best to talk to the mods, explain what has happened/what you need, and then see if they can suggest the best solution.

  • Multiple line item in billing but only one line item in accounting document

    Hi Everyone,
    I am having one scenario in which sales order has more than one line item. Only one billing document is create for all line items in Sales Order but billing document contains as many items as sales order has. In accounting document of billing i find only one customer line which has total amount of all line items in billing as debited. My requirement is Accounting document also should have as many line of customer-debit as in billing items i.e sales order. For example :
    (1) Sales order has 2 line items.
    (2) Billing document is only ONE and has 2 line items
    (3) currently accounting document has only ONE line of Customet - Debit ( Total amount of both items)
    My requirement is
    Accounting document should have 2 line item of customer - Debit
    Customer - Debit (amount of first line item)
    Customer - Debit (amount of Second line item)
    Sales - Credit
    How can it be done ?

    Hi,
    This is the SAP expected behaviour
    As far as the values correspond to same account key and same GL account as per account determination, then ti will be posted as a single line item in FI document.
    If you want the customer specific items to be posted in two GL accounts , then you have to do the account determination that way.
    For example, you should have a condition table in FICO as follows.
    Sales org/ Account key / Customer
    For this condition table, the entries shoudl be as follows.
    5110/ERS/Customer A  GL ACCOUNT IS 5000100
    5110/ERS/Customer B GL ACCOUNT IS  5000200
    In this case, there will be 2 entries for the invoice instead of just one line entry.

    Go here and select "Reset your password."  You will receive an email message with a link that bypasses the questions.  You will then be able to select and answer the questions again.

    While going through the FSV, gl account balance is splitting in more than one line item with same account name.  But if we total the line items ultimately it is tallying with GL balance.  What might be the reason.  Why it is splitting the balance in more line items with same name and same account number.

    You might be having Document Splitting Activation.with Bussiness Area/ Segment wise/Profit Center Wise. For this please Check - Path > Spro > SAP reference IMG > Financial Accounting (New) > General Ledger Accounting (New) > Business transactions > Document Splitting > Define Document Splitting Characteristics for General Ledger Accounting.
    Please go through this & will  be able see the Document Splitting is based on Bussiness Area/ Segment wise/Profit Center wise or may be both.

    1. Cost Center - 50%
    2. Order          - 50%
    Is it possible?
    As per my understanding one line item in a PO can have only one account assignment category

    Yes it is possible by Po line item.
    Just go to transaction bbp_poc through the web interface.
    Select your PO
    Select your line item PO.
    goto the account assignment tab (item overview)
    you get a cost distribution field in percentage
    then you get a cost distribution button : click it and you get several lines where now you can split your 100% in as many lines as you want.

  • Problems with sending emails from my Blackberry BIS account - all on one line

    I am using a BB Storm 9500 and have been trying to use the BIS email account.
    However, whenever I reply or forward emails from my device, the email comes out all on one line regardless of the punctuation I put in.
    My signature also appears on one line despite having formatted it differently.
    I've seen some post on this problem before but I wondered whether anyone has resolved it now. It's a pain because when responding to work emails it looks completely unprofessional.

    It's a common way to run multiple OSs, if there's room.  I've had two on my internal HD for a couple of years.  Plus a small partition for a copy of my Snow Leopard Install disc.  Just be sure to leave at least 10% to 15% free on each partition.
    Running Lion on a partition of the disk that also contains your backups is not a good idea; if that drive fails, you risk losing both copies of your stuff!
    OSX will also run somewhat more slowly, because access to an external is slower.  That probably won't be very significant, though.
    Also, would the decision be effected by how long I want to maintain the SL section?  I am assuming once I sort out what to replace Quicken with, I won't want to keep the SL section.  So would it be easy enough to 'clear out the SL data, and open the partition?
    Review #3 in Formatting, Partitioning, Verifying, and Repairing Disks. 
    All things considered, your best bet may be to  "clone" your SL partition to the second one, then (once you're sure everything is cool), erase the original (top) SL partition.  You can use the Restore tab of Disk Utility for that (#7 in the same link), or a "cloning" app such as CarbonCopyCloner or SuperDuper.  Then install Lion on the top partition.
    When you're done with SL, just delete it's partition and expand the Lion partition down into the vacated space.
