2 reports on one sheet

Hallo,
I would like to visualize 2 queries under each other on one sheet. Both have almost the same columns, therefore I would like to get the second one directly after the first one (so without title, needless space, etc…). How can I do that?
The second question is, how can I change (increase) the width of a column?
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
It seems that nobody can solve my problem.:) So, once more!:)
I would like to have 2 queries on one screen (web reporting) but IMMEDIATELY after each other, so I do not want to have title, etc... for the second one, but the 1st row of the 2nd query should be the next row after the last row of the 1st query.
And the 2nd question is, how can I set up the width of a column manually in web reporting.
Thx,
J A

  • How to subscribe the report into one excel multiple sheets in ssrs

    1.I have a Emp_Report where i could subscribe my report into excel format,but here i want to subscribe this into multiple sheets in one excel form.
    2.Is it possible to subscribe the two reports in one excel with mulitiple sheets.i need this also.
    please guide me hw we can achive me ,so that i can start working on that .
    am using sql server 2008R2 sql server edition.
    pls help me out for this

    Hi Ychinnari,
    According to your description, you want to perform subscription for one report or two reports into multiple sheets within a Excel file.
    In Reporting Services, when we add a page break within the report, those pages will be exported into separated sheets in Excel.
    For first requirement, subscribe one report into multiple sheets in one Excel file. We can add a page break within a group, then the report will display on multiple sheets when subscribe into Excel format.
    For second requirement, subscribe one report into multiple sheets in one Excel file. You can add one report as a subreport into the main report, then add pagebreak between main report and subreport.
    If you have any question, please feel free to ask.

  • How export a report in Excel where show Page Header in one sheet and the Body in other sheet?

    Hi,
    I need help!, because I need export a report in Excel where the Page Header shows in one sheet and the Body in other sheet. I have SQL 2008 R2, is it possible?
    Thanks a lot for your answers.

    Sukey Nakasima

    Hi Sukey,
    If I understand correctly, you hope the Page Header shows in one sheet, the body and hidden page headers in another sheet when exports a report to Excel. To achieve this goal, we can put page header content into a rectangle, then set the visibility of rectangle
    using expressions. For more details, please refer to the following steps:
    1. Add a rectangle to the page header, then drag the page header content into it.
    2. Click the rectangle, in the Properties window, click Visibility, in the Hidden text box, click Expression, type the following expression:
    =IIf(Globals!RenderFormat.Name="EXCEL" and Globals!PageNumber <>1,true,false)
    3. In the Report Body, right click the Table Header row of the first tablix and select Tablix Properties, check Add a page break before check box.
    4. Click the tablix, in the Properties window, click PageBreak, in the Disabled text box, click Expression, type the following expression:
    =IIf(Globals!RenderFormat.Name="EXCEL",TRUE,FALSE)
    If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask.
    Thanks,

  • Power View can only print one sheet at a time with Power BI Mobile Apps

    Thank you for reporting this issue. This is a known issue that we had fixed last week. In a few days, the updated version of the app will be available in the Windows store. At that time, your app should automatically get updated to the newest version, if
    you have not changed your default settings.
    If you still experience issues next week this time, please post back and perhaps share your workbook, so we can do a thorough investigation.
    Thank you.

  • How to display several axis systems in one sheet

    Hi all,
    I want to use diadem script to display 4 axis systems in one sheet (top left, top right, bottom left and bottom right). Each system contains one curve. I have no idea which script command should I use. Would you like to give me some hints? Do I need to use the variable like "D2AxisLeft" ?
    Thanks in advance
    Kind regards
    Zhiyao

    Hi Zhiyao,
    I would recommend that you manually place 4 axis systems onto your REPORT sheet, in the orientation you prefer, then save this configuration as a *.TDR file, then programmatically load that *.TDR file with the PicLoad() command, followed with the PicUpdate() command.  Ideally you would also configure each of the axis systems with one curve on them that pulls data from the correct group/channel names in the Data Portal, so that loading the *.TDR file will give you exactly the report you want with just those 2 script commands.
    Please specify if you need to accomplish more than this programmatically,

  • Run two report in one Excel sheet1 and sheet2

    Hi all;
    I want to have my one report in sheet1 and another one in sheet2 when I opened my excel sheet. How can I perform this two report in one excel sheet. I can copy the report and paste but then there would be no drill down or other functionality.
    thank. you.

    Hi Krishma,
    You can save this workbook to your PC and email it to your user. They need to open the workbook (with Bex running in Excel). When they click the refresh button they system will prompt them to log on (if they are already not logged in) and then the queries will be executed.
    Hope this helps...

  • Project Report for One Project Using Excel

    Hi,
    Is is possible to create a report for one project using excel?
    I want to create a pdp with an Excel Viewer web part and have the following tabs with data specific to the one project.
    1. Cover
    2. Issues
    3. Risks
    4. Deliverables
    I tried passing the ProjUid to an Excel doc via the Excel Query Filter Web Part and was able to filter the Issues lists only but don't know if its possible to filter out the other tabs by using the same paramater. Is this possible?
    I have not looked at Odata but was wondering if it was possible to pass a paramater to the odata query and still have the spreadsheet work in a web view in SharePoint?

    Hi,
    I'd say that as far as you promote the Proj UID field as a filter in all sheets of your Excel workbook, using the Excel
    Query Filter Web Part should work fine. But testing it should be easy, since you already did half of the work.
    See excellent article from Andrew on this topic:

  • How to Export the BI Beans report to Excel sheet?

    Hi all,
    I have a requirement of exporting the report generated by using BI Beans to Excel sheet (*.xls NOT *.csv)
    Is this possible directly using any feature of BI Beans?
    If not can I get the java resultset object along with meta data like column header and row header, which I can use to write the report to Excel sheet using third party excel writers like JExcel?
    Please provide the code excerpts for getting the resultset.
    Thanks,
    Mrutyunjay

    Hi,
    Currently we only support export to csv file. The code below might help you traverse a crosstab. It is from a demo system, when a user clicks on a data cell it finds where the user clicks and updates a linked graph. So this code gets a query and traverses a particular dimension. It should hopefully point you in the correct direction.
    DataComponentHandle ch = (DataComponentHandle) e.getComponentHandle();
    * Thru the ComponentInfo, you can determine the row and column number
    * where the user clicked. We want the dimension/dimension member combinations
    * for where the user clicked. This is achieved by looking at the QDR - or
    * Qualified Data Reference. Data Access will resolve the row/col into
    * a dimension/dimension member pair
    DataAccess dataAccess = m_linkableCrosstab.getModel().getDataAccess();
    QDR qdr = ch.getComponentInfo().getQDR(dataAccess, QueryDataAccess.QDR_WITH_PAGE);
    // Get the Geography selection from the QDR
    QDRMember member = qdr.getDimMember(GEOGRAPHY);
    // Chnage the Graph to display the data for the Geographical
    // region the user selected in the Crosstab
    try {
    // Get the Query of the top right Graph
    QueryClient query = (QueryClient)m_linkableGraphTop.getDataSource();
    if (query != null) {
    Selection sel = query.findSelection(GEOGRAPHY);
    sel.removeAllSteps();
    // Create a new MemberStep for Geography,
    // and set the member on it to be the one user cliekd on in the Crosstab
    MemberStep ms = new MemberStep(GEOGRAPHY);
    ms.setHierarchy(sel.getHierarchy());
    ms.addMember(member.toString());
    sel.addStep(ms);
    // Apply the new Geography selection to the Graph
    query.applySelection(sel);
    catch (Exception ex) {
    getParentFrame().showExceptionDialog(ex);
    Hope this helps

  • Migrating a webi report from one environment to another using import wizard

    Hi Everyone,
    Can anyone please tell me what all access should I have on my ID to be able to migrate a webi report from one environment to another environment(e.g. from development to quality).
    Regards,
    Neeraj Sharma

    Hi,
    To use the Import Wizard utility, you basically need Administrator, Full Control to Top-level folder, and "Add objects to the folder" and "Edit objects" for this user on the root folder.
    You need the least restrictive role, because you require absolute control for content promotion between 2 entitlement systems.
    the webi document is the cherry on-top,  you;ll have universes, connections, folders to bring over too.
    Regards,
    H
    p.s. check Note 1450708 - How to restrict access to the Import Wizard from a Business Objects Enterprise system
    and

    1.Now I want to show reports in Excel sheet also through web using 9 Internet Development Suit/9IAS .How it can be possible?

    3. In 9IAS no Web DB listener is present so how it can be possible to run the reports through web?
    Thanks and Regards,

    Hi,
    1. To display the output in Excel, refer "Output to Excel with Oracle9i Report"
    at http://otn.oracle.com/products/reports/htdocs/getstart/demonstrations/index.html
    2. The Reports RDF files will be deployed in Report server tier, i.e the place you
    have installed your Business Inteligence componentes of 9iAS.
    3. In 9 iAS, Report servlet/JSP can be run inside oc4j container. Report cgi can be
    run the default http server present in 9iAS. Refer the 9iAS rel-2 manulas for more information

  • How can I print multiple images on one sheet:  PSE 10/Mac?

    When printing, I can have all of my images in the dialoug box - but cannot figure out how to get more than one image on a sheet!  For example, I am printing several photos a 2x2, and want to put as many as possilble on 1 sheet instead of using a seperate sheet for each image.  I am on a Mac.
    Any ideas??  I can't seem to find the answer.  Thanks!

    Barbara B.
    Thanks for the reply to wdwpartners question.
    I am new to PSE 10 (on Windows 7) and having the same problem with printing multiple photos on one sheet.  With 14-20  images both contact sheet and picture package force you into 2x2 prints, not the image's original HxW ratio thus loosing some of the image on paper.  Am I missing something?
    My old version of PSE gave me an option to "print multiple photos" and custom select the image dimentions which was very useful to me.  Please let the powers that be know this user asked for that option back!!
    Thanks for a reply.
