/BI0/OISR_SVP_LSY exist in your system? Maybe any transport is missing (InfoObject OISR_SVP_LSY)

but there is no OISR_SVP_LSY infoObject from our system BCT.

Hi,
Just check whether the /BI0/OISR_SVP_LSY object exists/installed in your system. This kind of error comes when some object is not present in some table and if you are using the table (with /BI0/OISR_SVP_LSY as one field) in the routine. Or the infoobject itself doesnot exist in the system.
Just check the above mentioned points in your system.

Delta functionality for LO datasource 2LIS_06_INV for enhanced Z fields

Hi Experts,
We have enhanced standard data source 2LIS_06_INV by appending some Z fields. When we are doing full load values are getting populated for the entire Z field but when we are running delta request, values for some Z fields are not getting populated.I have put the code to extract the value for Z fields in user exit under include ZXRSAU01.
If any one have faced this isuue , Please help me out .

Ur error is a very common error
need not panic
this can be solved
check whether all the v3 jobs are maintained properly or not
check whether the datasource is in active status or not

PO Qty and GR Qty is not coming for 2LIS_06_INV

Hi Expert,
I am trying to load data on 2lis_06_inv datasource but after filling the datasource, PO Qty(BSMNG) and GR Qty(WEMNG, BPWEM) fields does not contain any data but the invoice fields are contain data.

How to extract data into the set-up table for 2LIS_06_INV LIS structure

We are using ECC 6.0 and SAP BI NW 2004S. I activated the 2LIS_06_INV (Invoice Verification) structure. Interestingly, I don't see any Events under this structure (MC06M_0ITM) - my understanding is the events usually determine what type of data is generated for a given structure.
I see Invoice Verification when I use the Inventory Management -Perform Setup option when doing the set-up tables. However, when I use this option, I get a message saying " No extraction structure active or no BW connected".
Can someone list the pre-requisites and the steps to load the set-up table for the 2LIS_06_INV structure.

Error in Installing the Business Content for 2LIS_06_INV data source

Hi Experts,
We are trying to install the Business content for 2lis_06_inv. When we replicate the datasource, we are not seeing it in 3.x version. It is only vailable in 7 version. There is no transformation available in Business content for this data source. Please let me know how we need to proceed with this installation. Should we install the 7.0 flow or 3.x flow? Please provide th details if you have implemented th same in your system. Thanks is advance.

Follow bellow steps:
1. Goto RSA1.
2. Select the BI content.
3. Select the Grouping as' In Dataflow before and after'
Then,you can get the data flow which are haveing the DS/TR/Data targets.
4. Select the Install by setting the 'Install in background'.

2LIS_06_INV Delta Procssing with invoices blocked for payment

Hi all-
I am using the 2LIS_06_INV data source to determine invoices that are blocked for payment. The required fields I am reporting include SPGRM and SPGRP.
2LIS_06_INV picks up these fields when first blocked with transaction MIRO (setting a qty or price block during posting). However, updates to these fields using MRBR (releasing the qty or price block) are not captured in delta processing (as stated in OSS note 1494379). If the 2LIS_06_INV data source specifically does not handle delta processing of MRBR updates, how does SAP handle the reporting of blocked invoices using this data source?

Perhaps a bit late, but interesting for future reference. I had the same issue and logged this with OSS. The response was that it was a design decision not to include MRBR, MRKO, MR11 and MR11_SHOW in the delta process for 2LIS_06_INV.
This means that you have 2 options :
- Ask SAP to create this new functionality (check note 11)
- Create a new datasource (based on the change management CDHDR and CDPOS table, I would suggest) to ensure the correct status is sent to BW (that is what we are planning to do). This can then be extracted after the 2LIS_06_INV datasource.

I had try MB5B, in which information has been download in vertical format, but we need in horizantical format same data...so there is any other option.

You can do such manipulations in Excel
In Excel
Copy
Then Edit ==> Paste Speical ==> Select transpose
Your verticals will become horizontal and
horizonals will become verticals.

hi,
Not all Data sources support Early Delta Initialization. Early delta initialization is done to capture the deltas when the initialization is being done between BW and source system (init with data transfer). As init with data transfer takes large time and during this time any records created will also be not captured so we do early delta initialization, also the same can be achieved by executing the init without data transfer and then loading a full repair request. The init without data transfer creats a time stamp and delta is generated for newly posted records.

We got a requirement. We have to work on Data Source Enhancement.
2LIS_06_INV is a LO Data Source. 3 extra fields required in existing Data Source.
That 3 Fields are available in single Table only.
I never worked on Data Source Enhancement.
Please can anyone tell me the steps.
I have read the forums but i did not understand it.

Every organisation has different structures so, the standard structure dosnt fit for all, in this situation u need to go for enhancement. based on your need u have add some field to std structure.

2LIS_06_INV Extractor problem

Hi,
I Want to use Invoice Verification : 2LIS_06_INV data source. When i see description of this datasource in Businee content ,its taking data from RBKP,RBCO,RBEX,RSEG.

But if i see in LBWE ,maintain Datasource , It is showing RBCO,structures RBHD,RBITM,RBKEY.
why this difference. Even if i check the data in RSA3 i am not getting RBKP ,RSEG ECC data through that datasource.
Do i need to do some settings.?

we are also facing the same issue .
I had raised a message with SAP OSS & after a long follow up they came back with a reply saying.
Firstly;
For all invoice documents with an entry in table RBEX with
NOQUANTITY = 'X' the following quantity related keyfigures will be
initial
MENGE, BPMNG, BPRME, MEINS, WEMNG, REMNG, BPREM, BPWEM, PEINH, NETPR,
BSMNG, BPUMN, BPUMZ.
The indicator controls whether the quantity information should
be considered or not.
Because of this indicator all quantity related information as detailed
above is deleted during the recompilation run in subroutine
BW_SET_QUANTITIES (SAPLMRMBW).
Therefore these will not be available for invoice verification.
Secondly;
Invoice documents which have been posted before the activation of the
BW extraction do not have an entry in table RBEX.
Because of the missing entry in table RBEX the system does not delete
the above listed quantity related fields.
All invoice documents which have been posted after the activation of
the BW extraction are stored in table RBEX.
So goto transaction SE16 and select the entries in table RBEX.
Look at the CPU date (CPUDT) in table RBKP for the first
invoice document listed from table RBEX.
Any document from this date backwards will not have this data.
Can you please check if this explains why this data is not available.
If so this is the standard system behaviour and will not be changed.
This reply seems very very absurd & I am still not able to digest the fact that the Logic is so logicless.
SAP says you will not get any data records for any records posted before your extractor was activated.
SO if you started implementing BI say after 5 yrs of live ECC , then it means you wont get the data for those 5 years.
this seems so senseless.
Please update me if you find anything that works or any alternate solution.

Actually what problem your facing with your data source?

2LIS_06_INV - Records not getting into the setup table ..Please help..

Hello Gurus,
I am trying to setup 2lis_06_inv but i am not able to understand why i am not able to get any records in the setup table.The job shows finished in few seconds.
What can be the possible reason for this?
I activated the datasource using RSA5. I setup the Update Mode to 'Direct Delta' in LBWE ( Extraction Cockpit). I deleted the data in the setup table and then ran the OLI6BW tcode and gave tomorrow's date for finishing the job and then ran the job. The job shows finished in a few seconds but no data gets into the setup tables.
Error message in log says:
Recompilation has not selected anything -> Refer to error log
Message no. MRBW015
Diagnosis
This error message was issued for one of the following reasons:
No documents exist
No selection criteria were entered
BW updating has not been activated
Any help is deeply appreciated.

Check table RBEX on R/3 side whether any entries exists in that or not.
if it does not contain any entry it will not bring any data.

2LIS_06_INV - Dump when loading data

Hi all!
I'm having a problem when I try to load data with IS 2LIS_06_INV. The infopackage starts in background but it seems to be very slow. Suddently the error appears:
Short dump in the Warehouse
Diagnosis
The data update was not finished. A short dump has probably been logged in BI. This provides information about the error.
System Response
"Caller 70" is missing.
Is there any error with SAP standard extrator?
Does anyone face with this problem yet?

This error is thrown when the processing time for extraction is too long. In this case, it most likely was caused because of large data volumes. This can also occur if there are multiple, concurrent background jobs running on the source system.
The two most common resolutions are:
1) Wait for more background processes to free up on the source system and re-start the InfoPackage.
2) Reduce the package sizes for the extraction.

2lis_06_inv - No data when extracting delta information

Good day,
I did an initial extract from ECC for the 2lis_06_inv DataSource and the records where extracted, when executing a delta no records are extracted. Changes have been made on ECC but these no records are added to the delta queue.
I used transaction OLI6BW to fill the setup table and no errors where reported. I have checked table RBEX and there are 4 records in this table, these are the recored which where updated.
Does anybody know why the delta queue is not being filled ?
Any help would be appreciated.

RSA3 returns 0 records.
The Job Control in LBWE is not set, and the update mode is Queued Delta.
if I have to set the Job Control Parameters, when do I set it, after the data has been extracted into BW ? after I have run the setup in ECC ?
