404 in log files (newbie)

Question

I am having the same issue on the 4 pages with flash on my site, so I'm sure I've made the same mistake on each.  Here is the link to the example:

The page appears to load correctly, but when I look at my log files I get a 404 entry with every load that looks like this:

This happens every time.  Does anybody see an obvious mistake in the code?

Your reporting query is being chosen as a deadlock victim. You have to enable trace flag and figure out the problem first: Detecting and Ending Deadlocks
