can anyone tell me how to add a link to the shopping cart page (rather than using the View cart link on the module_shoppingcartsummary)?

I am getting pretty frustrated with all the broken links in here. Why can't you guys forward these deprecated links?
If the only results in my searches for help end in broken links to a decrepit website, then you erode any hint of professionalism here.
These links are only a few months old and yet youve shut them down without even a thought of who've you have left hanging.
We pay for this abuse?

Help with purchasing from shopping cart

When I try to purchase my shopping cart, I receive a message that my "session has timed out. Please start this operation from the beginning." I have purchased and downloaded songs on this computer before (my macbook), but not for a few months (I don't buy songs very often). I tried updating to the latest version of itunes and restarting my computer but it is still giving me the same error message. Any suggestions? I have quite a few songs in the shopping cart that I want to buy

This is a bit of a long shot, but it worked for another user, so it's worth a try. Create a normal playlist and title it anything you like ("Buylist", for example), and drag the items from the Cart to that list so you have them for reference. Then go to the iTunes Store preferences, select "Buy and Download Using 1-Click", close the preferences window, reopen the preferences window and reselect "Buy and Download Using Shopping Cart". Then see if your Shopping Cart will work; you can click the "buy" button for each track in your "buy" playlist.
If not, another user reported that the problem occurred when his credit card expiration date needed updating. Log into your iTunes Store account and check your credit card information.
If neither of those suggestions helps, you may need to contact the iTunes Store customer support department through the form linked from the bottom of their web page and explain the problem to them.

Link Between Shopping Cart and RFx SRM

Hi all,
We have a reporting requirement in BI/BW to merge Shopping Cart and RFx data -- e.g. how many Shopping carts got converted to RFx..etc
I can use Transaction Code bbp_pd and see that the links are available between Shopping cart and RFx.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the two tables CRMD_ORDERADM_H and CRMD_ORDERADM_I contain information regarding individual process, but not the link between the two.
Do you know the underlying tables that contain the 'link' between the two processes.
Appreciate your help!

if you call BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL - you should be able to get all the links in the tables
E_HEADER_REL
E_ITMLIM_REL
After, you can call
BBP_PD_BID_GETDETAIL to get info for RFX

Problem with buttons in shopping cart layout

hello,
can anyone explain what i'm doing wrong here...
i'm simply trying to use my own buttons in the shopping cart layout but the tag descripton is appearing alongside the buttons (and the buttons don't work) after i've changed the code.
Old code:

i got this reply from Sidney (Bc) and it worked - reset the page to the default and rebuild...
Humm strange...
When I restore the checkout layout back to original and apply the {tag_clearcartbutton,<img alt="" src="/img/btn_clearcart.fw.png" />} + {tag_buybutton,<img alt="" src="/img/btn_checkout.fw.png" />} reference it works fine which leads me to believe something in your current code might be conflicting.
I would look into this or perhaps look to restore the layout back and go from there.

Pass parameter with product to shopping cart

I am creating a checkout for an after school program. I have a page where parents see the list of classes that their children (could be more than one)
are signed up for... I have a button by each class to add it to the shopping cart, and jquery to add a notice next to the button that the class was added to the cart after the button is pressed.
But if a parent has multiple students, I would like to have the shopping cart reflect which student the class is purchased for.
Is there any way to pass this information to the cart and order?

There is no field in the order PER item (where the childs name would go I assume)... there is for the order itself, the only idea I could think of would be a summary of the items in the order and which child ordered what class.

Tables to link Shopping Cart to Workflow

I have a request to report on total dollars for shoppng carts that are sent to a particular inbox and total dollars for shopping carts that were rejected in that inbox. I've written dozens of Quickviewer queries to report on shopping cart data however I've never linked the shopping cart to workflow items.
Can this be done without writing an ABAP program to extract the workflow data?

You may want to form joins between the following Shopping cart tables and workflow tables.
Shopping cart tables
CRMD_ORDERADM_H
CRMD_ORDERADM_I
Workflow tables
SWWWIHEAD
SWW_CONTOB (The field Object key in this table will have shopping cart number)
SWWUSERWI
SWW_CONT(Workflow container table which will store whether workitem is approved or rejected)

Yet another really interesting post.......
I know that everyone is always asking for a shopping cart sollution for their web sites.... and I have looked into a few myself.... So then I discovered oscommerce WOW what an amazing thing all my problems answered....... well...... I wish is a great opensource shopping cart program.... really great but still cant fine tune it to how I want..... namely because I cannot edit it easily .... I have to get into the php code and change stuff...... CSS as well...... TOOOO much for me to take in.... I still struggling with DW and ADDT...... So.....
In the end I still want to use DW to create my site and ADDT to control it......
I decided that I wanted people who are looking at my site to be able to contact me directly ... on yahoo messenger and order whatever they liked..... not very professional I know but is a start..... but I stil want to have a functioning cart.... just an easy cart.....
I could go the other way and just use an existing oscommerce template with the whole shopping cart and payment gateways set up..... but that's defies the point of learning how to do things myself..... and getting there is half the fun so...... I want to design my own sites with my own feel....
So..... I found a site that has a simple shopping cart that works the same as all the other carts but has no paymant gateway..... only the products that you have added to your cart and a total at the bottom and a space to enter your address and phone number etc..
So does anyone know how I can go about making such a simple cart....
Or is there a program that can do it ..... or a DW extention......?
Anyway any help or ideas would be great

SRM Shopping cart reviewer

Hi All,
I have a requirement where a mail has to be sent to a reviewer with the link to shopping cart when the shopping cart is created.
In the approval badi, it is possible to only give approvers and not reviewers. Please let me know if this is possible and what changes needs to be done in the workflow and coding required.

I am actually a technical consultant only. I am not sure about adding reviewers and as per my knowledge only approvers can be added. As per my knowledge, only the creator of shopping cart and the approvers can view it.

Develop simple shopping cart using ADDT

Hi, I'm new here.I just wondering if its possible to develop a very simple shopping cart application using ADDT?Anyone have any ideas?
I'm thinking to develop a very simple shopping cart with no shipping cost,tax details and all that.Just an image,description of the product and price.All the orders with be send to 1 or many emails.No payment gateway needed.That's it.And of course got basic common shopping cart features like 'Add to cart','Remove item',session, that's all.Any ideas guys?

I am having a problem when looping not sure why. I think
because I'm deleting an item in the array it tries to loop to that
index in the array. It will say "The element at position 3 cannot
be found". I guess I normally wouldn't have to delete multiple
positions in the array with a normal shopping cart unless they
selected two different id's. I'll work on a more advanced shopping
cart and post again.
