Trace Users with attachments in shopping carts

I want to pick up all the users who have cretaed shopping carts with attachments. How will i do this?

Creation of User defined field in Shopping Cart

We are using SRM 4.0, we have requirement to have MRP controller field on basic data screen of shopping cart(for services as well as material). This field will get transferred to R/3, based on which release strategy will get triggred.
We have table in which we maintain user & his MRP controller. Requirement is that the MRP controller filled should get filled with the table value (in case of shop on behalf, MRP controller should of respective user on whose behalf the SC is being created).
I know how to create the field. I want to know the flow/logic to achieve this.
Please give suggestion to me.

Hi,
i'm working in SRM rel 5.0 and i have this requirement.
In detail screen of shopping cart document i need to see texts screen but not attachments screen.
I see that this operation is managed by BBP_PDH_TEXT service and there is gs_ui_control_flags structure that have HIDE_ATT_SCREEN field, set to blank.
I try, in debug, to change this value with 'X' and result is that no attachments screen is showed.
How can i set this field? Perhaps in attribute of my service using SICF transaction?

We had a similar reqt.However we finally modified the ITS template in service BBP_PDH_TEXT for that.however this will disable the attachement feature for all the documents(SC,Bi etc..) as this is a common template being used across.

Help with purchasing from shopping cart
When I try to purchase my shopping cart, I receive a message that my "session has timed out. Please start this operation from the beginning." I have purchased and downloaded songs on this computer before (my macbook), but not for a few months (I don't buy songs very often). I tried updating to the latest version of itunes and restarting my computer but it is still giving me the same error message. Any suggestions? I have quite a few songs in the shopping cart that I want to buy
This is a bit of a long shot, but it worked for another user, so it's worth a try. Create a normal playlist and title it anything you like ("Buylist", for example), and drag the items from the Cart to that list so you have them for reference. Then go to the iTunes Store preferences, select "Buy and Download Using 1-Click", close the preferences window, reopen the preferences window and reselect "Buy and Download Using Shopping Cart". Then see if your Shopping Cart will work; you can click the "buy" button for each track in your "buy" playlist.
If not, another user reported that the problem occurred when his credit card expiration date needed updating. Log into your iTunes Store account and check your credit card information.
If neither of those suggestions helps, you may need to contact the iTunes Store customer support department through the form linked from the bottom of their web page and explain the problem to them.

Problem with buttons in shopping cart layout

can anyone explain what i'm doing wrong here...
i'm simply trying to use my own buttons in the shopping cart layout but the tag descripton is appearing alongside the buttons (and the buttons don't work) after i've changed the code.
Old code:

Frank.i got this reply from Sidney (Bc) and it worked - reset the page to the default and rebuild...
Humm strange...
When I restore the checkout layout back to original and apply the {tag_clearcartbutton,<img alt="" src="/img/btn_clearcart.fw.png" />} + {tag_buybutton,<img alt="" src="/img/btn_checkout.fw.png" />} reference it works fine which leads me to believe something in your current code might be conflicting.
I would look into this or perhaps look to restore the layout back and go from there.

Pass parameter with product to shopping cart
I am creating a checkout for an after school program. I have a page where parents see the list of classes that their children (could be more than one)
are signed up for... I have a button by each class to add it to the shopping cart, and jquery to add a notice next to the button that the class was added to the cart after the button is pressed.
But if a parent has multiple students, I would like to have the shopping cart reflect which student the class is purchased for.
Is there any way to pass this information to the cart and order?There is no field in the order PER item (where the childs name would go I assume)... there is for the order itself, the only idea I could think of would be a summary of the items in the order and which child ordered what class.

We are trying to transfer a Word-document as an attachment in a SHC to R/3 Backend Pur.Req.
As far as we know, we followed the necesary steps documented in various places but still the document, which can be attached and viewed in the SHC is not transferred to the backend PR.
This is what we did up to now:
1. We activated in SRM a implementation of BADI: BBP_CREATE_REQ_BACK

We try to transfer an attachment from the SC to the Requisition or PurchaseOrder in the Backend. We implemented the two BAdi's
BBP_CREATE_BE_RQ_NEW
BBP_CREATE_BE_PO_NEW
The method 'FILL_RQ_INTERFACE' contains the following code:
CS_CTRL_ATT-BE_DOC_TYPE = 'SRM'.
CS_CTRL_ATT-BE_STORAGE_CAT = 'DMS_C1_ST'.
CS_CTRL_ATT-TRANSFER_ACTIVE = 'X'.
The storage_cat and the doc_type existin the backend as they are sap-standard-settings.
The Requisitions are created in Backend, but the attachments do not arrive there ... lost ...
We are on SRM Server 5.5 SAPKIBKT14 and backend ECC6.

thanks a lot for your replies. At least one of your links given above led to the solution for our problem.
We also had the error Network address DEFAULT of your computer is not maintained . This error is normally not visible, but it also occurs when trying to create a document via transaction CV01N in R/3, so that is a simple check.
We could solve it by maintaining entries via
R/3 ->SPRO -> Cross Application Components --> Document Data --> General Data --> Define Data Carrier
In category "Define data carrier type server frontend" the entry: type=PC, Description=Windows PC, Path=C:\temp, Online=X
When marking this entry a doubleclick on "identify frontend computers" in the left hierarchy tree should show at least the entry Data Carrier = Default, Type=PC, Net.address=DEFAULT, Description=PC no hostname.

Shopping cart not appearing in users sourcing cockpit for completion
Hi
A user cannot see his shopping carts in his sourcing cockpit in his worklist. He finds them with the find tab but he cannot mark them as complete. The completion check box column is not there. However another colleague can find these shooping carts and the completiong column is there. Why this occur?
Does it have anything to do with where the user is placed in the org. struture? Please advise.

seems that the requirement is assigned to a different Pgroup. Therefore one user does see it, and the other one not. When you adjust the assignment in the Org Model, the user will see the requirement.
Check the responsibility and assignment of your Pgroups.

Hi there me again......
Yet another really interesting post.......
I know that everyone is always asking for a shopping cart sollution for their web sites.... and I have looked into a few myself.... So then I discovered oscommerce WOW what an amazing thing all my problems answered....... well...... I wish is a great opensource shopping cart program.... really great but still cant fine tune it to how I want..... namely because I cannot edit it easily .... I have to get into the php code and change stuff...... CSS as well...... TOOOO much for me to take in.... I still struggling with DW and ADDT...... So.....
In the end I still want to use DW to create my site and ADDT to control it......
I decided that I wanted people who are looking at my site to be able to contact me directly ... on yahoo messenger and order whatever they liked..... not very professional I know but is a start..... but I stil want to have a functioning cart.... just an easy cart.....
I could go the other way and just use an existing oscommerce template with the whole shopping cart and payment gateways set up..... but that's defies the point of learning how to do things myself..... and getting there is half the fun so...... I want to design my own sites with my own feel....
So..... I found a site that has a simple shopping cart that works the same as all the other carts but has no paymant gateway..... only the products that you have added to your cart and a total at the bottom and a space to enter your address and phone number etc..
So does anyone know how I can go about making such a simple cart....
Or is there a program that can do it ..... or a DW extention......?

SRM 4.0: Source of Supplier not copying in line item on Shopping Cart
We are using SRM 4.0 in an extended classic setup and currently experiencing a problem with the source of supplier not being copied on line items. The user stated that when copying a line items in a shopping cart the source of supplier is not copying to the new line. It happens sometimes but not everytime the client uses the line copy option.
It was initially thought that based on the amount of the line item (>=$25,000) that would cause the source of supplier (vendor) not to copy to the new line item but it has been verified by client that is not the case. If anyone has seen this issue and know of what the root cause could be please let me know.

Actually this is occurring when the user is creating a shopping cart from scratch. He added a line item either from catalog or free text, sources the item and then uses the copy function to copy the line item. When the client does this the item is copied but the vendor disappears from the 2nd line item and client has to add it again.
So that OSS notes doesn't apply unless I'm missing something. -
Problem in shopping cart rejection when the approvers added manually

My requirement is with regard to shopping cart rejection. In this scenario the user will manually add the approver list during shopping cart creation, however incase of rejection of shopping cart by any of the approver, In the check status change mode, the user want to default the approver list which he/she already entered manually during the creation shopping cart creation. Any points regarding this will be highly appreciated.
