4G not showing in Iphone5

I have purchased the Iphone 5 from Dubai, but I am using it in Saudi Arabia. I have 4G plan and I am in network coverage area as well. But my iphone5 always shows me 3G. I have tried doing some basic things like reset, restart but it was of no use.

You are probably never likely to be able to get 4G in Saudi on your iPhone 5 purchased in Dubai. This is due to the frequency differences between the countries and also, it could be that an iPhone 5 does not have the correct frequency on it to support 4G in Saudi. You may find that you have to purchase an iPhone 5s or 5c to be able to support 4G.
However, if you are using the phone in Saudi, then it would be better to buy it there rather than Dubai.

I change Settings>Privacy>Location Services>Camera to OFF and then ON and the locations start to appear !!!!.
It seems to be Apple bug.

When I went to check on line, the fix involved a screen that I did not even have on my phone. Anyone else have this problem and is there a solution? I can't seem to get tech support at Verizon. Boo.

Thanks for the additional details! Let's get this issue resolved. What software version is the device on? Please reset the Network Settings on the device. Go to settings>general>reset>reset network settings. Please Note: Audio alerts may also indicate delivery of incoming text messages or emails. The tone will vary based on the type of information being delivered to the device. Tones may also indicate low battery charge or inadequate signal strength. Keep me posted with results.

IPhone5 not showing up in devices tab on iMac, can't transfer songs from computer to phone

I have a new iPhone5 and an iMac running Snow Leopard. I have scads of songs on my computer that are mostly from CDs. When I hooked the new phone up to the computer, the newly purchased songs on the phone loaded onto the computer automatically. However, the phone does not show up in the "devices" tab on the Finder and I can't see any way to transfer all the songs from the computer to the phone. Many thanks for all help. -J

This has to be one of the most useless forums on the Internet. Of the 15 problems I have posted here, I have gotten solutions to only THREE! Several others I found the answer to myself, and posted them. Many of my problems have absolutely NO responses to whatsoever, including this one.
If any real Apple employees scour this forum looking for ways to help customers, they aren't doing any kind of a decent job at it. In fact, I doubt that Apple "wastes" its money doing any such thing at all. We are left to our own devices, or to call Apple Support with its additional hassle.
I'm a member of several other support forums, and I can tell you that within hours and sometimes minutes, my questions are answered, often with very detailed suggestions from people who are obvious experts. Almost invariably, these are forums where the administrators are unpaid volunteers, and they are full of expert members who just like helping out. Why are there so few such people in this official Apple community?
Does anyone know of any Apple/Mac forums where people actually get help with their problems? -J

First, your carrier must support Personal Hotspot, and second, your account must be provisioned for such. Otherwise, that setting will not appear. So, contact your carrier.

The iPhone and the iPad Air will only connect for the purpose of you using the tethering of the iPhone, nothing else. Even if you use the device with other devices as you describe the iPhone 4, it still has to be paired to the iPhone 5, it is not automatic because it is paired with another iPhone. Check the user guide for the bluetooth device you are trying to pair with the iPhone 5, unless it is the iPhone 4 or the iPad Air, and put the device into discovery/pairing mode. Then the iPhone 5 should see the device.
I would provide a little more support, but you do not say what the Bluetooth device is that you are trying to pair. I'm thinking there might be a little language barrier as it does not appear that English is your first language, so I want to make sure we are understanding each other.

the wifi router could also be blocking
and to really test if the windows firewall is the problem then try turning it off!
if that scare you too much then disable the internet modem / cable modem or the likes while you test
always remove more and more factors when troubleshooting sooner or later it will work and you can narrow down which factor did the job and work on that

If you go into iTunes > Preferences (command-comma) and select the Store tab on the popup, is the 'show iTunes in the cloud Purchases' tickbox ticked ? If not then tick it, if it is then try unticking it, exiting the popup, and then going back in and re-ticking it

Airplay on iOS8 (iPhone and iPads) not showing any of my Apple TVs or base stations on network!

I recently upgraded to iOS8 on my iphone5 and 2 iPad Airs (most recent iPad).
When I have a video to watch and want to stream it to any of my apple tv's, the icons for these do not show up on the airplay button. The only option is "airplay" which doesn't connect with anything. Any sometime when I open the video, there is no airplay button!
I've restarted my Apple time capsule and upgraded the firmware and I've upgraded the firmware in all of my apple TVs as well.
When I try to connect with an iPad that had iOS7, everything works fine and the airplay button is available and shows all of my apple TVs and Base Stations that are networked.
Anyone else having this problem?
