Hi, please help me!
I formatted my notebook (win7 ultimate) few days ago and then I tried to install Creative Suite 5.5 few times, but everytime it blocked when try to install adobe help.
Specifically this is the error report:

There's no 64 bit TWAIN so you need to use the 32-bit version of Photoshop. Personally I'd recommend that you use the scanner software as a standalone application and forget TWAIN, which is rapidly becoming obsolete and more or less abandoned everywhere. All it does is call up the very same scanner software, only from within the PS UI, and tying up Photoshop in the process. -
Need to re install creative suite CS5
I recently had to wipe my computer entirely and now need to re install CS5, but when I originally purchased CS5 I downloaded it all from the Adobe site and am now having trouble finding out how to re install it the same way. Any one have any suggestions?
My current laptop is an XP, so I can't use Creative Cloud. Working on getting that fixed in the next couple months, but for now, I would still like to work with the older version on my old laptop till my new one is ready. How many computers can I install Creative Suite CS5.5?

My family has Adobe Creative Site CS5.5. We have three computers and have it installed on 2 of the 3. I was wondering how computers I can install it on.
Also, one of the computers are broken. Is there a way I could deactivate the lisense for only that computer?

You can install the Adobe Software on any number of computer but can activate it on 2 computers only which limits the use of Adobe Software on 2 computers however you can de-activate the software on one computer and activate on 3rd machine and can continue the cycle which will allow to use the application on 3 computer but deactivation and activation need to done.

Can't install Creative Suite CS5.5 on Macbook Pro
I recently purchased a new Macbook Pro and tried to install the trial of Creative Suite CS 5.5 Master Collection.
After pressing the "Download Now" button, a new window opened up saying "Install Adobe Download Assistant."
When I double click that, the download window opens up. But the whole download bar has been loaded, nothing happens. No window pops out or whatsoever.
I tried to contact Apple to see whether they could help me, and the person told me that a possibility is that the system reuirement states that it's compatible for "Mac OS X v10.5.8 or v10.6; Mac OS X v10.6 required for Adobe Flash Builder™." Apparently the one I bought is a newer version of 10.7.
Do you maybe have an installer for the 10.7 version? Or any other solution to this problem?

Updates Fail Adobe Creative Suite CS5 / Adobe Audition 3
So I installed my Creative Suite CS5 after a hard drive fail. Now when I try to update it ; it tells me there's a problem with my serial that works just fine for installation.
Also if someone knows where i can get adobe audition 3 i have the serial just not the installation program.

While upgrading Adobe Creative Suite CS4 ME into Adobe Creative Suite CS5.5 Design Premium, I get an error saying This serial number is not of a qualifying product, please try another. I used to be able to get a code from customer service but I can't get to the chat. Please advise!!!!
MoeGhazal I reviewed your account and it looks like you have have upgraded from a CS4 volume license for Design Premium to a retail upgrade of Design Premium 5.5.
I also show that you made two purchases of CS5.5 Design Premium but the second purchase was canceled. Please make sure you are utilizing the serial number which ends in 7886.
If you are using the correct serial number then it is likely the installer will not recognize your volume license CS4 serial number as being valid for an upgrade. Creative Suite CS5.5 re-install error: Install can't be opened. You should eject the disk image.
I am trying to reinstall the Creative Suite CS5.5 as I have lost my disk.
As soon as I try to open the installer I get the following message:

I have deleted and redownloaded, downloaded from both safari and chrome and also downloaded it on different network connections.
I have also checked my privacy settings to 'Allow applications downloaded from: Anywhere'

I am trying to re-install Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard on my Widows 7 Professional computer after I had to replace the hard drive. I keep getting error message and I get "Exit Code 15: Media DB Sync failed". I have run C Cleaner with same results. Have Disabled UAC and Startup items and Services with no success. make sure you're using the adobe cleaner, not crap cleaner, Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6

You are welcome to post any specific errors you are able to discover within your installation log to this discussion. Since you are using Windows then Exit Code 15 could mean one of the following:
Installer database is corrupted
Update pending to your operating system
Improper permissions set for the Media.db
The installation log file should provide additional insight into the exact error you are experiencing. Please make sure to use the find command to look for the words 'ERROR' and 'FATAL' to locate the relevant error messages. -
good morning , I have installed Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium and I want to uninstall the Adobe Indesign CS5.5. Deactivation of the license is necessary before then reinstall ?
Are you just uninstalling ID, and leaving the rest of the suite in place? You don't need to deactivate to do that.
A suite license does not permit you to install individual components on many different machines so that different users have access to them, if that is what you are contemplating. -

I am trying to install the adobe creative suite CS5 downloaded from the internet, and what I have is a dmg file. When I open it, there is only a read me and a folder named "English". In the read me I go to the install instructions, and they tell me to double-click in Install.app, a file which doesn't exist. What am I doing wrong?
I downloaded it from Adobe Store. When I open the dmg file I see the read me.pdf and the English folder, nothing more. Perhaps the problem is that I have already installed the program in one computer, this is happening to me trying to install it in another one. Could that be it, that I need another license in order to make it work?

One license, one platform (Mac or Win)
Mac software works on Mac only.
Win software works on Win only.

2.11 Dual Boot Platform. The Software is licensed for use on a specific operating system platform. You
must purchase a separate license for use of the Software on each operating system platform. By way of
example, if you desire to install the Software on both the Mac OS and Windows operating system platforms
on a device that runs both of those platforms (i.e., a dual boot machine), then you must first obtain two
separate licenses for the Software. This is true even if two versions of the Software, each designed for a
different operating system platform, are delivered to you on the same media.
From your repeated questions on this topic, does it mean that you have a Mac desktop and a Win laptop and you're trying the find the cheapest route to get DW and Flash Builder on both? -
Install creative suite 4 "Install Fails"
I am trying to install Creative Suite 4 onto my "D" drive, analizing sytem works ok and I select the programs i want installed.
Photshop/Illustrator/Dreamweaver plus essential programs required,but after 10% the install program reports that it cannot install the items i requested?

but adobe recommends the installation on the root drive,

I am the licensed owner of Adobe Creative Suite CS5.5. Unfortunately, I recently had a hard drive failure and had to have my MAC hard drive re-imaged. That process wiped out all my Adobe apps (as well as others). I would like to know HOW to download CS5.5 Creative Suite. I have my serial number. Thank you for any help you can give me.
