877W config help please
Hi,
I have a telnet session running and the first thing it has asked is for me to change the default username and password.
The screen shows “ yourname# ". After this I have entered “ username <myuser> privilege 15 secret 0 <mypassword>”.
I then press enter and It comes back with invalid input detected at `^` marker, which is showing the first word i entered.
Am I entering this correctly.
Many Thanks
Dave.

1 SATA + 3 IDE Config help please
Hi, I have an 865PE - Neo2 - LS.
Currently I have 1 SATA HD configured as the first boot device + a CDRW and a DVD on IDE2.
I would like to add a second standard IDE HD for some extra storage but try as I might I cannot get the bios to recognise the second drive.
I guess what I am asking is this:
1 is it possible to have the following config on this board
1 SATA
1 IDE HD
1 IDE DVD
1 IDE CDRW
2. If so, could some kind soul tell me how......PLEASE
Thanks
AusAUS,
I personally have the following drives running on my MSI 865PE Neo 2 S mobo without any problem...:
1 x DVD-Writer(IDE 1, Master),
1 x DVD(IDE 1, Slave),
1 x Seagate 80GB HDD(IDE2, Master),
1 x Maxtor 80GB HDD(IDE2, Slave),
1 x Seagate 120GB HDD(SATA 1).
I'm using this config:
ATA OnChip Operate Mode: Native
ATA Config: SATA
PATA Keep Enabled: Yes
PATA Channel Selection: Both
And running in Win2k SP 4, AMIBIOS v1.0
Check and make sure that you are not using any old IDE cable for the HDD and make sure that you did set to either Master or Slave mode, not Cable Select and make sure that you are getting power from the +12v molex connector that plugged to the HDD. -
B1UP Validation Config - help please
Hi Experts
I would like to create a validation on Sales Order for when a customer has a particular payment terms of Cash Basic.
In these cases I need users to record the method of payment on a UDF called U_CashBasicType
The UDF has a linked table and 7 options (not including blank) - BA, CA, CC, CH, OK, RP, VO
I would like SAP to throw an error message when the customer is cash basic (GroupNum field 139.47)
I have so far created a B1 Validation Config in Add/Update form mode on event Validate
The SQL condition is:
IF(SELECT GroupNum FROM OCRD WHERE CARDCODE=$[$4.0.0]) =-1 and ordr.U_CashBasicType is NULL)
BEGIN
SELECT 'CASH BASIC' FOR BROWSE
END
the function to execute is a simple status bar error which block the event.
All looks okay to me but it doesn't see to run when the customer is cash basic and the UDF is blank (null)
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
Fairly new to B1UP and my only training has been through the samples on the Boyum website (not great!) so apologies if this is an obvious fix.
Best Regards
GeoffHi Geoff,
i thing you want to Stop the Sales Order let suppose Payment Terms Is 'Net-30' And UDF is Null So
IF (ordr.[GroupNum]=-1 and isnull(ordr.U_Fetch,-1)=-1 )
BEGIN
SELECT 'CASH BASIC' FOR BROWSE
END
You can Also do it on the Back end in Transaction Notification SP ...
I Hope this may be Helpful .

2 x Airport Extreme's or 1 Extreme + Express? Config Help Please!
Hello,
I have just purchased the MacBookPro Retina and want to reevaluate my WiFi setup.
My current configuration:
*Baement* > Cable Modem --> Airport Extreme [5th Gen] ---- Cat 5e ---> Switch GB ---> Netgear G AP > *study*
There are a few other Wireless G rated AP's around the house.
Do you think I should get another Airport Extreme for the study? or should I go for the new Airport Express - The Extreme is 3 Stream, can use 5GHz
I have a 120/mbit Cable Connection, so the Express throughput may be limited?
Can I use a second Extreme just as an AP?
Thanks guys,If you plan to connect a hard drive to the "new" AirPort that you will be adding, the AirPort Extreme will support a USB hard drive, the AirPort Express will not.
If you do have a 120 Mbps connection, then the AirPort Extreme would be the better choice as well since it has Gigabit Ethernet ports while the Express is limited to 100 Mbps.
While the Extreme does have 3 LAN ports and the Express 1, you could always add an Ethernet switch to either device if you need more connection points.
Finally, the AirPort Extreme has the better antenna package, so if your budget permits, another AirPort Extreme would be the logical choice for use as an access point.
Configure the Extreme to "create a wireless network" using the same wireless network name, same security settings and same password as the "main" AirPort Extreme and be sure to configure the "new" Extreme in Bridge Mode to work correctly on the network. -
Netgear rangemax & AEBS & AExpress Config - help please !
Hi
Here is my current set up. Just need to know whether I'm doing things right here !
I have a Netgear Rangemax wireless Modem/Router to which I have attempted to hook up the AEBS via the ethernet port to act as an extension to the wireless network. I have used Airport Admin utility to give the AEBS the same network name as the router and under the internet tab it is connecting using Airport (WDS) and has the also allow wireless clients box checked and is configured using DHCP. Under Network tab I have disabled the option to distribute IP addresses. Finally under WDS tab It is checked to enable use as a 'Remote base station' and to allo wireless clients.
Have I got this bit right ? The AEBS has the middle power light solid and the right and left lights flash together intermitently.
If this is correct. How do I configure the Airport express to further extend the network, as everything I have tried so far just leaves it with a solid orange light.
Thanks for taking the time to read this ! Really do appreciate any guru's knowledge !Configure your AirPort Express (AX) following the directions in KB 302153, AirPort Express: How to join an existing wireless network in client mode.

Tomcat won't work after XP SP2 install?? help, please
Help please!
Hi, I installed a fresh JDK (1_5_0_02-windows-i586-p), JRE (1.5.0_01), J2EE (1.4_2005Q1), Apache web server (2.0.53-win32-x86-no_ssl) and Tomcat (5.5.7) . Everything seemed to work. I installed XP Service Pack 2 and now Tomcat won't compile JSPs. (I don't know if the SP2 install was the cause).
The service Starts okay, but when I try to hit a jsp, Tomcat takes over my processor (at like 80%) and it starts writing to the stdout log (stdout was set to auto), repeatedly. After being up for like 20 min the log was well over 1 GB in size. It showed the below exceptions repeating ad infinitum.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Tomcat, repaired the Apache installation (that shouldn't matter, should it?), and I am going to try reinstalling JDK/JRE/J2EE, but does anyone have any ideas of how I can fix this?

Mar 13, 2005 9:15:15 PM oIs it possible this is resulting from classpaths not
being setup correctly? Could someone please tell me
what my CLASSPATH and PATH enviro variables should be
fod JDK, J2EE, JRE, etc...? Both in general and
specifically to be found by Tomcat. They are
installed in:
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.5.0_02
C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_02
C:\Sun\AppServer
Thanks!Could be.
I think installing anything in directories whose path has spaces in it is a terrible idea. I'd reinstall the JDK to c:\SDKs or something like that.
There's no need for a system CLASSPATH - ever. You shouldn't have one. Use -classpath when you run javac.exe and java.exe to set the CLASSPATH. Tomcat has its own class loaders. You should deploy your Web apps in WAR files - they'll have the CLASSPATH set for you that way.
Your PATH should include the JAVA_HOME\bin.
set JAVA_HOME=C:\SDKs
set CATALINA_HOME=c:\Tools\Tomcat, or wherever you installed Tomcat.

Can anyone help please?
5.0.1 Firefox, application froze then crashed. Restarted it, but no 'restore session' and i've lost all my tabs. Help please?!?!
Done config:restoresession, and nothing. There shouldn't be any numbered sessionstore-##.js in the Firefox Profile Folder
*http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox
The presence of such files usually indicates that that was a problem with accessing the main sessionstore.js file that prevented Firefox from renaming the temp file with the number.<br />
In this case you may be lucky that the file with the highest number may have that session.<br />
You can try to rename the file sessionstore-3.js to sessionstore.js to see if that brings back the lost tabs.
If you use the Time Machine then you can try to restore a copy of sessionstore.js from around the time that you lost that session. -
Help help please... I'm running Photoshop CS, on a Windows XP machine. After re-booting the machine after an unexpected power failure I have been told that the "Configuration appears to have changed since the time this product was activated. To continue using this product I must re-activate it". BUT the activation link informs me that they no longer support the product (neither online nor telephonically). So how can I re-activate this software?
Hello Helios & Eb29075,
+1. Please check log file for error message.+
+2. Check status of EM.+

+How To Drop, Create And Recreate DB Control In A 10g Database [ID 278100.1]+
+Problem - emctl start dbconsole Fails with Error OC4J Configuration issue OC4J_DBConsole__ not found [ID 555218.1]).+
As you said above, yes, I did find OC4J config issue & EM Config issue and resolved them. But still I couldn't get my DBConsole started.
Yes, I was able to drop DBConsole<sid> service using 'emca' repository drop. But, when I started recreating repository for DBConsole service, I wasn't able to do it. I tried several times but in vain.
Thanks,

Hi,
Help, please.
Intranet DOWN!! Help, please!! I installed SP2010 SP2 and the Configuration Wizard Stopped at Step 5. I found errors 100 and 104 in the Event Viewer!
Acording to these entries:
http://blogs.technet.com/b/sbs/archive/2011/08/19/two-commands-you-should-always-run-first-when-troubleshooting-companyweb.aspx
https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=auto&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.techtask.com%2Fsharepoint2010%2Ffehlermeldungen-nach-sharepoint-2010-service-pack-1-installation%2F
In order to fix this, I need to run:
PSConfig.exe -cmd upgrade b2b -force -inplace -cmd application content -install -cmd install features
But SP doesn’t recognize “b2b”. is the the content or config db?
Thanks in advancedYour Syntax is bad. b2b should follow -inplace, it doesn't make sense anywhere else in the command. Have a look here for more detail:

@puebloryan, I realize this thread is a bit old, but I have encountered a similr problem and wondered if you had found a solution. I've been using home sharing from itines on my PCs for years, but two days ago, it suddenly stopped. I can share from my Macs, but not from the ONE PC library where I keep all my tunes. I tried all the usual trouble-shooting measures.
After turning home sharing off on the PC's iTunes, turning it back on and turning some other settings off and on, my Macs and Apple TV could briefly "see" the PC library, but as soon as I try to connect -- the wheel spins for a bit and then the connection vanishes. It's as if they try and then give up.
Since this sounds so similar to your problem, I was hoping you finally found a solution. I am also starting a new thread. Thanks! -
My iMac 24 can no longer be paired with the keyboard; it doesn't recognise any keyboard at boot up, even the one it is paired with. Can anyone help, please?
Thank. SimonBrian - The batteries are fine and there has only every been one keyboard paired with it. We have tried my MacPro keyboard as well, and it will not even recognise that there is a discoverable keyboard nearby.
Thanks, Simon -
Photoshop Elements 6 on Mac help please !!!!!
Hi there,
I need help please !!!!!
I have PSE 6 for my imac and bought myself a NIKON D60 so far so good. I have installed PSE 6 which comes with ADOBE Bridge CS3
I have bought a book as well as I am new to photoshop and in fact DSLR cameras.
I have got my photos into Bridge OK by the way they are JPEG format. According to the book I can open the JPEG in camera RAW by either selecting the JPEG and then pressing cmd+R or by selecting the JPEG and select open with and camera RAW should be available to selct.
I cannot get of the options to work any ideas please
Secondly I have taken some photos in RAW format and put then into Bridge again I cannot get the camera RAW interface to open with these neff images.
If I try to open the image PSE 6 opens and gives me an error that the file format is not supported by PSE 6
Am I missing something here as I have been trying for a week now !!!!!
Sorry if this comes across a stupid question but it is new to me
Chris UKThere's no "theory" about it. You should be able to open a raw file from bridge by double-clicking it, but it will open in ACR in PSE. You can't just use ACR within bridge in PSE, if that's what you're trying to do. To open a JPEG in ACR, go to file>Open in PSE and choose Camera raw as the format after you select the file but before you click Open.
If you've correctly updated ACR, bridge should show you thumbnails of your raw files. If it doesn't try emptying the Bridge cache.
