A page called...txtapplynowbulletsgif came up on my mozilla, i tried everything including uninstall and reinstall i cant get rid of it, please help is this a virus

using mozilla just getting on face page. a strange page popped up called...txt apply-now bullets-gif. i tried everything to get rid of it including uninstalling mozilla and reinstalling it. same page appeared. is this a virus, how can i get rid of it . thank you

Please proceed as follows.<br><br>
