ABAP DUMP during clearing the document

Dear All
I am facing a probllem when clearing the account using transaction F-32 it is giving the Dump, when I give the smallest range it is working fine
Runtime Error :COMPUTE_BCD_OVERFLOW
Eception: CX_CY_ARITHMETIC_OVERFLOW
anybody have some idea why Overflow dump has come? is there any patch or notes to avoide this type of dump, I am using SAP ECC.5 with updated patches

Now while doing the GRN in MIGO, after excecise capture , its throwing runtime error (ABAP Dump) during Posting. Message is "Tax code V0 does not exist in Taxinn" . But we have not maintained V0 in PO. We have used V2.

ABAP dump while running the tcode MIGO

I am getting the abap dump while running the tcode MIGO when I searched I got two relevant sap notes but our functional team said that its not applicable in our case.

ABAP dump during workstatus chaning in SAP BPC 7.5

We are working with SAP BPC 7.5 Ramp-up version. We faced a problem - during changing workstatus the system generates ABAP Dump.
We checked ST22 with ABAP Dumps. It contains the following:

Hi Pavel,
This is obviously a bug and it looks like from the code block you copied into the forum that there is an issue with the actual select statements dynamic where clause. I haven't specifically seen this bug but I recommend you do an SAP Note search on the following component EPM-BPC-NW-WS (for work status) in your search criteria put the class name that you found in the dump. This should help you find whether or not a correction has been created (i.e. an SAP note) that solves your issue.

Trading partner while clearing the document

Hi All
while making posting the GL account is taking one trading partner,,,,,,,,and while automatic clearing it is taking another trading partner.
in GL master data there is no trading partner has given.
for same GL account it is showing two trading partners after clearing a document.

the copying the trading partner is based on the document type check boxes "inter-company postings" check what document types used by the same GL for two transactions...and check the behaviour of those document types...

Regarding ABAP dump during time ticket confirmation.

Hi PP Gurus,
I'm getting an ABAP dump while doing time ticket confirmation for a process order using COR6N. The dump is coming only for one plant and all the plants are working fine.
The reason for dump is
The current application program detected a situation which really should not occur. Therefore, a termination with a short dump was triggered on purpose by the key word MESSAGE (type X).
I tried to analyze the dump and got OSS# 385830. But this note only talking about the conversion of message from A to X type. What should be the reason (configuration/product error) behind that?
If anybody came across the same, please comment on this

Hi,
Since this dump is happening only for a particular plant, compare the config set of this plant with the other plant which is working fine, you should be able to resolve it.
Alternatively, ask your abaper to analyze the dump in ST22 & he / she should be able to let you know the exact reason why the dump is occurring.

Short dump during activating the BC Set in SCPR20 - "GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED"

Hi experts,
We have upgraded from SRM 4 to 7.0.We are facing an issue when activating the BC Set in SCPR20. A short dump is occuring inside the program 'VIRSA/SAPLZVIR'. We got the solution that some correction instructions mentioned in the SAP Note 1095700 needs to be mplemented. The steps mentioned in the Note are,
1) Run transaction SE54 and click the button 'Edit Function Group'.
2) Next, enter the name of the function group /VIRSA/ZVR1.
3) Select the radio button option 'Re-generate group-specific programs',and press the 'Change' button.
4) In the following popup please mark only the option 'structure spec.data declaration renewal' and press enter.
We were able to proceed with the first two steps but stuck up during the execution of step3. When we selected the radio button u2018Re-generate group-specific programsu2019 and when clicked on the change button, we are getting a message like u2018the name space u2018/VIRSA/ZVR1u2019 does not exists. Because of this we are not able to proceed with the last step.
Kindly provide some ponters as of how to overcome this issue ..

To overcome this error you need to go to se06 and make the "/VIRSA/" namespace as Modifiable.
Also, you should have a look at the following note if my first suggestion doesn't work.

ABAP Dump while Changing the Layout fields in Report output - RCOPCA02

I Copied the Standard Program RCOPCA02 to ZRCOPCA02. I added two new fields(AUART, AUGRU) in the report output. It is executing correctly with default layout, While Changing the layout for displaying new fields it is dumping.

Getting dump during opening the workflow definition

Hello Experts
I created one Workflow 2 months before and it was working fine till yesterday. when I check the workflow definition by clicking on push button 'Workflow builder' from transaction 'PFTC', I got dump.it is not opening workflow definition.
I tried to open the workflow definition is from transaction 'SWDD' but I got dump from there as well.
the short text of the short dump is 'Access via 'NULL' object reference not possible'
I check the tables and all the steps included in workflow is present.
Could you please let me know what could be the issue and how can I resolve it.

Hi Vibhor,
Is this issue happening with all the users trying to open this particular workflow?
If this is a user specific issue, then it could be authorization or roles related. Else it could be more serious than it looks like.
Also, check with the basis team if there were any OSS notes / patches applied in the system since yesterday which could have resulted in this issue.

Line items in AB document during clearing?

Is it possible to get clearing document without line items, like here:

where clearing document 100050060 doesn't contain any line items.
In the first example, why system, during clearing, produce line items in AB document when alll happens on the same GL account?

Clearing :
1) Manual Clearing :
Manually you have to select the line items and clear invoice with the bank line item - in this case payment document is the clearing document
or
Manually select the two open line items (both dr & cr), clear the line item. - In this case there won't be any line item but you will have a seperate clearing document. Here either dr. line item / cr. line item are not the clearing document.
2) Automatic Clearing :
Using the F110 - in this case payment document is the clearing document
or
Using F.13 - selects one dr.line item & one cr. line item with as per the clearing criteria and clears the document using the clearing document, which doesn't have any line item

Clearing the user specific documents in F110 - Automatic Payment Transactio

Hello Everybody,
Good after noon!,
This is regarding the transaction F110 - Automatic Payment Transaction.
The issue is, if we run the tcode F110, it needs to clear the documents posted by that user only.
In an elaborated manner, for example, different documents are posted by different users, and when a particular user is running the tcode F110 to clear the documents, it has to clear only those documents posted by that particular user only, where in current existing scenario all the documents are being cleared.
In my efforts I have tried to get the same functionality by using assignment field and trading partner field, but those two fields are being used for some other functionality in the same project.
Could you please help me out?

Trading partner required during clearing of Customer

Hi,
System is not allowing to clear two line items which is open in customer Account.
First document is posted with reconciliation account which is generally used for external customer for which trading partner is not required during document posting. Then we changed the reconciliation account which is used for internal customer for which Trading partner is required, but during document posting system did not capture any trading partner. No trading partner captured during both the document posting.
When we are trying to clear both these document using F-32 , now system asking for a trading partner.
Can any one suggest, how to clear both these document?

Add trading partner in the customer master before clearing the account in cust code f-32. The trading partner is available in Control data of the cust master

Casting error ABAP dump...

Hello, I am getting issue when casting is done. I get a ABAP dump. In the constructor of call following code is there. I get dump during "refCX_SubRC ?= Imp_ExcObj_Ref. "" object casting"
IF EXC_CLASS_NAME CS 'ZCX_AL_SUBRC'.
        refCX_SubRC ?= Imp_ExcObj_Ref. "" object casting
        tp_app_log-subobject = CO_LOG_SUBOBJ_AL.
      ENDIF.
It says, "A cast operation tried to assign a object or interface variable to a refernce variable. However the contents of the source variable do not fir the target.
Source type, "\PROGRAM=Y4MIG_DIT\CLASS=ZCX_AL_SUBRC"
Target Type, "CLASS=ZCX_AL_SUBRC".
