Able to select in list.

Question

Dear Java-ers
I have a questions about the use of JList. I want to built a program with two list boxes, the content of first list box is hardcoded, and at run time, when user click on the content of first list box, then the second list box will be filled. Then when user clicks on second list box, JLabel1 will show the clicked content. I have tried to build the application, but when I tried to clicked on my first list box, nothing happened, no event fired, and it seems there are no mouse clicked (pressed) event. Could you help me on this problem ? Thank you very much for the help.

Hi,
I think you found the limits of JBuilder!
(Personnally, I don't use JB because I find the generated code very confusing and complicated... even if it is perhaps the quickest one ? Didn't verify this)
Try removing the line
jList1 = new JList(test);which I think is removing the preceding listener put on the list...
