When user use FV70 Tree on button ,they can see all users Account assignment templates list,how to control use only see themselves account assignment templates,current user can not see another users account assignment templates?

Hi,
Definition: Account Assignment Category: - A key indicating whether an item is to be assigned to an auxiliary account (such as a cost center).
The account assignment category determines which account assignment details are required for the item (for example, cost center or account number).
Generally used Account Assignment Categories are Cost Center (K) in case of Miscellaneous Purchases, Assets (A) in Capital Goods Purchases, etc...
You can configure Account Assignment Category in Transaction OME9 OR you can go with following path;
SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Account Assignment > Maintain Account Assignment Categories
Her you have to perform following Activities;
1. Check the attributes of the account assignment categories
2. Maintain the account assignment categories to suit your requirements

Deleting Account Assignment Templates
Hello.
We currently have a large number of account assignment templates that are no longer being used. The problem is the employees who created them are no longer with the company and therefore can't delete them. Other users are unable to delete or make changes to these templates.
How do we go about deleting these old templates?
Thank you.I found this thread because we received questions from users who wanted to delete Account Assignment Templates from collegues that have left the company.
We found that with transaction FKMT you can delete an Account Assignment Model, but not an Account Assignment Template which is made by an other user (in FB50). SAP does not allow you to delete them. You can remove them from your list in FB50, but they still remain in the datatable and can be added to your list. This can not be done centrally, but on user-level.
The only way to remove them from the database is by copying the ABAP code for the Account Assignment Template Remove-program and delete the function that checks if you are the correct user.
We have meanwhile decided not to do so. We added authorization object T_ASGTTNPL to the users so they can remove the templates from the list. -
How do I save vendor field in account assignment template?
I created an account assignment template in t-code VF60. However, when I try using it, the field 'Vendor' does not get populated with vendor number. All others, such as GL, D/C, amount & cost centers get populated. Any ideas why the 'Vendor' field with vendor number doesn't get saved/populated?

About account assignment category
Hi, I have a question about account assignment category.I hope someone give me the answer , and I would appreciate it.
If there is a final product A, and the planning strategy for A is 20(MTO), the procurement type of A is F(external procurement) at the view mrp2 in the material master datas.
step1: I creat a sales order.
step2: run MRP for A.
step3: transfer the purchase requistion into a purchase order,and the field of acc.***.cat. in the purchase order will be filled out M automatically, because the acc.***.cat. in the planning strategy 20(MTO) is set with E.
Well, the purchase order is created, what is the relationship between the sales order and the purchase order? What will be happened about costing between the SO and the PO?
If I delete the E, I make the PO become a standard PO, what is difference between standard PO and the PO including E?

Account Assignment Template not showing in FB50 screen

We are live on ECC 6.0 and we are dealing with one very strange issue. For some of the users, not all account assignment templates are showing in transaction FB50 under the Overview screen if you have turned on the Tree On option. Have you seen this before? Can you help me resolve this issue?

In our company, just one user can automatically view all the u201Caccount assignment templates for itemsu201C created by other users.
But other users can not automatically view templates created by him, if they want to view it, must be added first (Add Account Assignment Remplate functionality).
Note:
u2022 I have simulated in DEV system, not because the role assignment. Not because the user parameter ID default..
u2022 Is there some control parameter for the specific user?
u2022 There are two tables for the templates:
KOMU -- for all the templates created by all the users.
PKOMU -- for personal template spool.

Account assignment template (FB60) Line item Value date
Hi Gurus,
I have an issue regarding the value date on line item level on Account assignment template on FB60. When user activates an Account Assignment template, on each line item system populates the value date equal to the date of the template creation date and not the current date. I created the template with several GL accounts and before saving it I deleted the value date from the line items. Now I want to reuse the same template after a week, it shows the correct GL accounts but with the value date equl to the template creation date (last week date). Any suggestion please, how can I fix this.

FB50: Account Assignment Templates
Hello Gurus-
I have a problem. My users have saved templates when using FB50 with G/L, D/C, Cost Center. When the template is saved, the Functional Area is populated. The template is saved and all is well.
However, when the user accesses that template again and completed the date, and amount, he/she gets an error "An entry in field functional area is not permitted". This then requires the user to clear out the functional area and then save again where SAP enters the same functional areas again.
Where in SAP, setting or whatever can this be changed so the user can proceed without clearing out the functional area.
There is no way to save the template without the functional area unless we do not enter the Cost Center.

The likely reason why you cannot save the account assignment template without functional areas unless you do not enter a cost center has to do with the fact that, either functional areas have been maintained in the various cost centers in KS01/KS03 or the G/L account requires an account assignment object which does have functional maintained in them.
The only way to avoid this is to remove the functional areas from the cost centers in KS02 which I will never advise you to do due to data inconsistencies. I would rather urge you to explain to users the main use/reason of account assignment templates.

About account assignment group in Sales Order.
Hi gurus,
I am working in SD for the first time and I am facing below problem
1. Material code was created with account assignment group (MVKE-KTGRM) as blank (Sales Org 2 view)
2. Later this material was entered in Sales Order.
3. Subsequently Sales Order BOM and Production Order were made against this material.
4. We maintained account assignment group in material master after creation of Sales order but account assignment group was not updated in Sales Order.
5. Now the field is gray out or non-editable is there any way by which we can maintain account assignment group in the sales order.
6. As the field is non editable we are unable to do Invoice by VF01.
Is there any way by which we can maintain account assignment group in Sales Order??

As you have mentioned that you have maintained the acct assignment grp in the material master after the order was created, it will not appear in the sales order item already created and it will only reflect in new orders and changes to existing orders for that material.
Proposed solution:
If it is order related billing that you are doing, then goto VA02 and delete and re-enter the item with same material and qty.
The account assignment group will appear.
If the item is delivery related and if the delivery has already been created but PGi not done, then delete the delivery and then delete the item in the sales order and re-enter the item as told above. If PGI also done, then reverse the PGI, delete the delivery and re-enter as suggestd in above scenarios.
The account assignment group will appear in the billing document document tab in item level.

The account analysis is only possible if you have assigned a G/L accounts for your transactions of Billing type G2.
Ckeck VK0A.
here you check your pricing condition types account keys and G/l Assignments.
after doing so check your billing documents of G2 type you will be able to do account analysis.

FB60 Account Assignment Template
Hello,
Is it possible to change the table setting configuration of a specific template without affecting the settings of the other templates? When ever I make the changes, I get a message that the changes have been recorded accross the system and I see that the other templates have been changed as well. Please advice.

Issue with Account Assignment Model - FI - GL Account

We are facing an issue while trying to post F-02, by selecting an account assignment model. This issue started when we updated the Production client with Support Packs (SP-12 and SP13)..this weekend.
While going for F-02, and selecting Account Assignment Model. A message Pop up with the following information - " Screen template VNU06 of acct assignmnt model Changed"..
_In the HELP Screen the following details are appearing :-_**
Screen template VNU06 of acct assignmnt model changed.
Message no. FX260
Diagnosis :-
The entry screen VNU06 of the selected account assignment template has been changed inappropriately.
System Response:-
The account assignment template can only be loaded when screen VNU06 has been corrected.
Procedure:-
If entries exist for a screen variant, the relevant entry screens must contain all fields that have already been filled (technical note: In this case, at least field AUFNR on screen VNU06 is missing).
Carry out the following activities:-
Add the fields to screen VNU06 (In the following transaction, choose Posting -> Account Assignment Template
Proceed)
Only then can you assign a new screen to the account assignment template or delete the fields not required.
1.) Interestingly i went and check whether any value is there in field (AUFNR - ORDERS) in the Table KMZEI...No Value is seen.
2.) Also this field (AUFNR) is not selected in the VNU06 Screen varient templete, by us.
Please help us.. This being a Critical Issue.. any of your valuable suggestion, is awaited.

My question is about account assignment in SRM PO during conversion. We are trying to use FM BBP_BC_PO_CREATE for uploading POs from legacy. To handle account assignment on item line, is I_PO_ACCASS right table to populate value into? Which are the required fields(25 fields in this table) we need to write value into?

Mrudula PatelYou will have to be a little more specific about account assignment. Not sure what kind of document you are concerned about.
For G/L accounts, the account assignment (Field Statu groups) is done in customizing under SPRO -> Finacial accounting -> Document -> Line Item -> Maintain Field Status Variant. The settings for the fields to be displayed can be maintained here.
You need to know the field status variant used for the account. This can be found in transaction FS00 under the create/bank/interest tab. You can also reach the maintenance transaction for the variant by double clicking on it.

And if you click again the 'Start' button for second timethen the search results the PO list. In summary, the search criteria with an entry in the 'Account Assignment Cat.' and without the 'Account Assignment Value' for every second click of the 'Start' button the search results the Purchase Order list.

And if you enter only the 'Account Assignment Cat.'and not the 'Account Assignment Value' then the search will not result the PO list and you will recieve the message 'No account assignment details were adopted'.
