Access to iTunes Store?

Question

Until last week I have been able to connect to the iTunes store on both mine and my wives computer. Now when I try to connect on my wives computer I get an error “We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (-50). There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later.” I’ve run the diagnostics within iTunes and it says things checked out ok, but I still can’t access the iTunes Store. I’ve totally uninstalled all iTunes / Apple software and reinstalled iTunes but it’s still not working. I’ve flushed the DNS settings. I checked the Firewalls and made sure that iTunes and all its parts had access. Have not been able to find any web accelerators or ad filters that I could change to give access to iTunes. I’ve searched on your website and all over the web for the last few days trying to get connected to the iTunes store. Please, any help would be appreciated.
