Access to Organizational subgroups

Hi,
In my organization, I put groups and then inside those groups I put some sub-groups.. Now I wanted to access sub-groups but when I used the Fuego.Fdi methods to access the group names and used the OrganizationalGroup.assignedGroups[] method to access the group names ..
This is an array and therefore should access all groups but somehow it does not access any sub-groups.. How do I get those sub-group names?

Hi
For sub-groups, you will have to call OrganizationalGroup.assignedGroups[] method again for each group found in the first array, i.e., nested loop.

    Hi,
    Please use the following cmdlet to check the permission of Helpdesk support group on all management roles.
    Get-ManagementRoleAssignment -GetEffectiveUsers | Where { $_.EffectiveUserName -Eq "Helpdesk support group" }
    Then you can remove some unnecessary permissions of the Helpdesk support group.
    Hope it helps.
    If there is any problem, please feel free to let me know.

  • I have been using pse11 on wondows vista and it has certainly started freezing on starting and I am unable to access the organizer, the editor is ok. Have removed and reinstalled but is the same have changed the files as suggested. Have been unable to ope

    I am using pse 11 0n windows vista for years and it has suddenly started freezing on starting, I am now unable to access the organizer it freezes on the blue screen, the editor can be opened. Have removed and reinstalled but is still occurring. Have changed the files as suggested, am unable to open as administrator

    'The installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support\Web kit.resources\inspector\Images\Spinner Inactive Selected.gif.'
    That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.
    XP instructions in the following document: How to perform disk error checking in Windows XP
    Vista instructions in the following document: Check your hard disk for errors
    Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
    Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
    Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?

  • I imported my favorites from Internet Explorer but I need to know how to display my "favorites" in the tool bar so I can access and organize them

    I imported my favorites from Internet Explorer, but how do I display "favorites" in the tool bar so I can access and organize them?

    It did merge them after a fashion, glad I took a backup first even if I did only perhaps create 3 or 4 bookmarks today. So if I have bookmark separators, it's going to figure out which group to put them in (no way). Anyway I thought they would just go down to the bottom of the bookmarks menu like the other method, like when I export and import bookmarks in Firefox where they do go to the end of the Bookmarks Menu folder and would simply delete one folder.
    Anyway this would not be typical because I don't want any bookmarks from IE.

  • IRecruitment - Restrict Vacancy Access by Organization

    All,
    I have a requirement where HR Managers for the company should see the vacancies for their organizations only. How could i design a custom security profile to acieve this ?
    As I understand there is no seeded facility available for this.
    Regards,
    Sabya

    Hi Ivan,
    I have tried what is there in note 307681.1. It works fine in that context, which is "Managers should see vacancies for which they are manager".
    But my requirement is bit different. We have organization hierarchy. I want to restrict vacancy to person by organization hierachy. i.e if V1 is belonging to O1 then a person can see all the vacancies which belongs to O1 and its child hierachy.

  • I tried to access PSE Organizer and received the message"catalog not found"

    Usually this happens when you accidentally move your catalog file.
    What version of PSE?

  • Photoshop Elements 8 organizer locks upas soon as i access it.  How do I free it up?

    I reinstalled the photoshop Elements 8 to correct the view display.  Now I cannot access Organizer as it locks up when i attempt to sign in. It seems to be trying to access a catalogue that I do not use.  How do I gain access to organizer?

    I see that your suggestion to hit Shift before opening Organizer opens the Catalog.  This did not work for me.  Nothing happens.
    Is there any other way to access or recreate the catalog file??
    Thanks,
    BZ
    Bingo! After several hours of trying different things, this finally did it...
    PSE 7: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/408/kb408913.html
    The PSE 7 tech note also applies to PSE 8 – replace 7.0 with 8.0 in the folder name it says to delete.
    I deleted the folder "Photoshop Elements 8.0.0" found in this location:
    C:\Users\USER NAME\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Online Services\
    Now I can go to bed.
    Thanks,

  • Why Can't I Access Organize ?

    Yesterday I created a number of albums, but today I can't get access to Organize.  When I open the  program and click on ORGANIZE the program shuts down and I am returned to desktop.  If I click on EDIT it takes me to Edit.  Once there I click on Organizer at the  top right of the edit screen.When I do that I get the message :  "The Organizer is currently busy and unable to process this request".  Any ideas ?

    I followed instruction # 1 in regard to turning off auto analyzer and auto people recognition.  However, the organizer quit mal-functioning before I did that.  Perhaps a self-limiting or sporadic malady ?  Anyway, I have the 9 other fixes to work through if it begins occuring again.  Thanks.

  • PSE 12 Endless loop at sign in for Editor. can access Organizer not Editor

    I was using PSE 12 when my computer crashed. It was workiing but then I was getting the message that I had a trial copy.  Finally
    I uninstalled the previous version of PSE12, then disconnected the Antivirus and Firewall.  I downloaded and installed PSE12,  When going to the Icon for PSE 12 on my desk top and the program start page comes up with a choice of PSE 12 Editor or Organizer comes up, I go the Editor. I am not accessing the middle of the page where the PSE 13 Ad is. I am able to Access the Organizer.Have tried to enter the Editor from the Organizer, no luck.
    I am still on an endless sign in loop with my Editor. It says that my password and email do not match. When I establish a new password and try to "sign in" it take me to the Editor/Organizer access page. And it starts all over again.   I can access the Organizer but can not access the Editor, even from there.  I have downloaded the PSE 12 from the site that the "Tech" recommended, but still have the problem.  they sent me here.

    First go to this link and see if you can sign in:
    <Sign in - Adobe ID>
    If you can sign in then you need to try to reset your editor to defaults by renaming one file to .old.  the file is located at this link:
    <C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\12.0\Editor>
    Replace USERNAME with your Windows profile name could be something like:triz112 or whatever you use to go into your windows system.
    The file name is currently called:  Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 Prefs.psp
    Rename it to:  Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 Prefs.old
    Now restart your PSE/Editor and then see if it works.

  • Accessing Organizational Unit info of Portal User

    Hi Experts,
    Using UME API I can access almost all data of a portal user, but I couldn't find how to access the "Organizational Unit" data of a user. This information is under the "Additional Information" TAB for NW04s.
    If anyone faced this issue, plase let me know how to do that.
    regards

    HUSEYIN,
    Most probably it's accessible only via generic UME IPrincipal API:
    userObj.getAttribute(namespace, attrName);
    To find out all possible namespaces/attributes use the following:
    final StringBuffer result = new StringBuffer();
    final String[] namespaces = userObj.getAttributeNamespaces();
    for (int i = 0, c = namespaces.length; i < c; i++) {
      final String ns = namespaces<i>;
      final String[] attributes = userObj.getAttributeNames(ns);
      for (int j = 0; k = attributes.length; j < k; j++)
        result.append(ns).append(':').append(attributes[j]).append('n');
    Then analyze output of result.toString() and try to find out what attribute represents OU.

  • Elements Organizer does not install when reinstalling PSE10

    I have a problem that I cannot seem to resolve. Previously Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 had been running flawlessly on my computer and was easily opened by clicking the desktop icon which had a "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Elements 10 Organizer\Photoshop Elements 10.0.exe" target. After uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop Elements 10, when I click on the Desktop icon to start the application, I get a dialog box that says "The item 'Photoshop Elements 10.0.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved so this shortcut will no longer work properly". If I right click the Photoshop Elements 10 desktop icon and check properties, the Target says "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Elements 10 Organizer\Photoshop Elements 10.0.exe". When I open Explorer and navigate to where the target says the application file should be, the "Elements 10 Organizer" directory does not exist. The only directory that does exist is the "Photoshop Elements 10" directory and it contains the 'PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe'. Yes if I click on that file the Editor opens, however when I try to load the Organizer workspace once the editor is open, it does not load because the entire folder and application is missing. I even tried searching the entire C-Drive to find the Photoshop Elements 10.0.exe file but it was nowhere to be found.
    To be specific, I had PSE8, PSE9, and PSE10 installed on my 64-bit Windows 7 Professional w/SP1 computer. I decided to uninstall PSE8 & 9 because I had just purchased PSE12 and wanted to make room for the PSE12 installation. When I tried to first uninstall PSE8, the uninstaller stopped with the warning that PSE8 was installed in the same directory as PSE10. The uninstall then terminated when I clicked on OK. Next tried to uninstall PSE9 and received the same warning and uninstaller termination. The same thing happened when I tried to uninstall PSE10. Faced with the situation that all three products were installed in the same directory and would not uninstall individually, I found it necessary to uninstall all three applications manually according to the directions on the Adobe's knowledgebase.
    To uninstall PSE8, PSE9, & PSE10, first thing I did was create a system restore point which is something I always do just in case something goes wrong. Then starting with PSE8, I first printed out the Photoshop Elements Help "Manually remove Photoshop Elements 8 | Windows that I found at http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/826/cpsid_82673.html. Subsequently I printed out the directions for each product, PSE8, PSE9, and PSE10, are all on the Adobe website. Next I followed the directions contained in each article except for running the product uninstaller as I mentioned above and removed all three applications then rebooted my machine.
    Next I reinstalled PSE10 and tried to open it only to find that it did not fully install especially the Elements Organizer. As mentioned you can open the Editor by going directly to the executable file however you cannot access the Organizer because it did not install and cannot be found anywhere on the computer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled PSE10 five time now each time using the product Uninstaller plus the "Manually remove PSE10" directions and I still cannot get the Elements Organizer to install.
    My question is does Adobe have a utility that can be run after manually installing a specific product that would find registry entries that were not removed after completing the manual removal process? The problem I see is the manual removal process which shows possible registry entries to remove manually is built on the assumption that you were able to run the Uninstaller which is not the case with my problem.
    Secondly does anyone have any suggestions on how to install both the PSE10 Organizer and Editor?

    I believe I found a solution but I need help in changing some of the parameters to reflect for a United States program install.
    If you go to "Elements 10 Organizer is not installed [SOLUTION]" at http://forums.adobe.com/message/4745941 you will note the Poster says it is possible to force the install of Elements Organizer 10 by using the command line:
    msiexec /i "E:\Adobe Photoshop Elements 10\ElementsOrganizer\Elements 10 Organizer.msi" TRANSFORMS=1031.mst ELEMENTS_DE_DE=1 ORGANIZER_DE_DE=1 STARTWATCHSERVICE=1 SUPPRESSREBOOT=0 NOT_STANDALONE=1 /l*v "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\OrganizerInstall.log".
    I found that the above command line input does in fact start the setup for the PSE10 "Elements Organizer" Installer except it is in a language other than English.
    Is there anyone familiar enough with coding and command line prompts to change whatever paramenters are necessary to have the installer run in English.
    Hopefully there are some Adobe Staff monitoring this message that can answer the question for me.

  • Premiere Elements 12 Organizer keeps crashing.

    I recently purchased a retail version of Adobe Premiere Elements 12. When trying to access the Organizer, either from the Welcome screen or from the Edit window I receive this error msg. "Elements Organizer has stopped working"., and then the program closes.  I have tried several things suggested by support, including uninstalling and re-installing, downloaded and implimented Adobe Support Adviser, ( no issues found), but nothing seems to work. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium on an x64 based pc laptop, (Lenovo i7 - 2670QM CPU, 2.20 GHz, 220 Mhz), 4 GB RAM).
    I am new to Adobe Elements so don't know what else to try. If anyone can suggest something further to try, PLEASE advise.
    Thank you.

    GranniNoob
    Please follow the path below and delete or disable the Elements Organizer 12 settings file named psa.prf.
    Local Disc C
    Users
    Owner
    AppData
    Roaming
    Adobe
    Elements Organizer
    12.0
    Organizer
    and in the Organizer Folder change the name of the psa.prf from psa.prf to psa.prfOLD to disable it. If you want, you can just delete it instead. After you close out of there and open Premiere Elements 12 again, a new psa.prf file will be generated by the program and hopefully the issue will be gone.
    Be sure to be working with Folder Option Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives active so that you can see the complete path involved.
    Any clarification needed, please do not hesitate to ask.
    Thanks.
