Accessing keys values individually

Anyone know how i can access a key..I know the get method those this..but my key values can be any number and i need to be able to access them individually without knowing what they are..There is a method called keySet() which returns a list of the keys..Can i access these numbers in the list..or is there a simpler way of doin this..Anyone able to help me..Please..

Yes im able to return the keySet() values
[2, 8, 1]But what i need to do is access these values to then access there elements.
as
2 = {1, 4, 5, 6}
8 = {2, 6, 8, 9}
1 = {3, 5, 7, 9}I was trying to do this in a for loop..by implementing it to a size 0f 3(the size of the map)

  • Had a Search Criteria and the result as table in header.Wanted to bind the result table to bean for the key value access

      Had Search Criteria and the result is displayed in the table in a panel header .  I want to get the selected  row value and parse the value to next Vo in next page for a bind variable . So i need to handle the  tbale value by biniding to the bean , but there was no option to bind the table for a bean.So how can i get the value selected .
    Regards,
    K M Krishna.

    First of all tell us your jdev version, please.
    to get to the selected row you don't need to bind the table to a managed bean. You can e.g. drag the needed attributes from the VO onto the page and drop them as inputText components. the Framework then generated the attribute bindings and sets the values of the current row to them. As you don't really need the inputText components switch to source mode (!this is essential!) and remove them. This will remove the visual component but the attribute bindings are kept.
    Know you can access the values via their EL or like you get the value from an attribute via it's binding.

  • How to specify the storage access key for a ResourceFile?

    The azure batch tutorial shows how to put program file into a public container in a storage account and let azure batch to download them to TVMs and run.
    In real world scenario, if I don't want to use a public container or a shared access signature and want the azure batch to use a access key to access the container where my task program file is located, is it possible? How to do it?

    I see that you are conversant with the issues here but for other readers let me provide a quick review:
    The properties of a task (ICloudTask/CloudTask) include a collection of ResourceFile instances. ResourceFile instances
    map blobs in Azure Storage to local files in the Container/VM/Guest-OS.  Azure Batch copies the files from storage into the VM before the task runs and it uses the SAS (and other data) in the ResourceFile to do so.
    The ICloudTask/CloudTask.FilesToStage collection exposes the object model's mechanism for customizable file staging.
     The collection accepts instances of IFileStagingProvider which ultimately are invoked to create/augment the ResourceFile collection on the task.
    A default implementation is provided: FileToStage.
    An instance of FileToStage maps a file local to the client library to a file ultimately in the VM (indirecting through
    blob storage/SAS).  When instances of FileToStage are added to the CloudTask.FilesToStage the following occurs on Commit()/AddTask:
    A container is created in the given storage account.  The name is constructed to avoid collisions.
    The container is given a restricted SharedAccessBlobPolicy.
    All of the local files specified are uploaded to that container
    An SAS for each blob is created
    (24hr expiry)
    and a ResourceFile is constructed for each FileToStage
    The ResourceFile for each FileToStage is added to the CloudTask.ResourceFiles collection.
    FileToStage and the FilesToStage collection are intended to assist the customers that either want a shortcut around the issues of blob containers and SAS or want to control the file staging process via a custom implementation of IFileStagingProvider.
    When using the default implementation FileToStage to stage local files, care should be taken to monitor the number of containers created and the storage cost implications.
    Your concerns about SAS based methods are not directly addressed by the default implementation.  I would only note that SAS values can be re-used across tasks and jobs so the existing implementation can be used to get local data into storage and usable
    SAS values.  However, you already have these sorts of features implemented it seems and as you point out, there is the problem of SAS expiry.

  • Set JArray values with invalid key value: "LastUpdatedTime" on new alert rule creation

    Hey all!
    I'm trying to create a new alert rule using version 0.9.11 of the Monitoring Library and am getting this error on alertsClient.rules.CreateOrUpdate:
    "Set JArray values with invalid key value: "LastUpdatedTime". Array position index expected."
    That's interesting because LastUpdatedTime is a DateTime object, and whether I set it or I don't, if I set a breakpoint, it does set itself correctly, but the API appears to be expecting a JSON hash?
    I've tested alertsClient and I'm able to get existing alerts (also metrics with metrics client), so I don't believe it's an access issue.
    Any ideas?
    The full code I'm using for the test (borrowed virtually verbatim from the Cloud Cover video
    here):
    Rule newRule = new Rule
        Name = "CPU Over 90%",
        Id = Guid.NewGuid().ToString(),
        Description = "CPU Has been over 90% for 5 minutes",
        IsEnabled = true,
        LastUpdatedTime = DateTime.Now,
        Condition = new ThresholdRuleCondition
            Operator = Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Management.Monitoring.Alerts.Models.ConditionOperator.GreaterThan,
            Threshold = 90,
            WindowSize = TimeSpan.FromMinutes(5),
            DataSource = new RuleMetricDataSource
                MetricName = "Percentage CPU",
                ResourceId = "",
                MetricNamespace = ResourceIdBuilder.BuildCloudServiceResourceId(<cloudservicename>, <deploymentname>)
    RuleAction action = new RuleEmailAction
        SendToServiceOwners = true,
    newRule.Actions.Add(action);
    OperationResponse alertResponse = alertsClient.Rules.CreateOrUpdate(new
    RuleCreateOrUpdateParameters { Rule = newRule });
    Console.WriteLine("Create alert rule response: " + alertResponse.StatusCode);

    Hi Greg,
    Thanks for your post!
    Error "JArray" has been fixed in the latest nugget package.

    Hope this helps!

  • Creating a New Row Using an ADF Iterator Binding without primary key value

    I dropped a Create action onto a DataAction which forwards to a UIX entry page which contains an enabled Commit button. Part of the primary key value is held in a session bean and it is also current in another view on the model side, but I am unable to access this value to set the EntityImpl primary key attribute.
    Upon submission the following error message is returned from the model:
    ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("GTR"."EMPLOYMENT"."ACCOUNT")
    I would like to accomplish this with databinding and not create a custom create method on the application model. Is there a way to update the binding value for the new row in cache before the submission? Any advice would be welcome.

    I should add that I want the user to enter every attribute value, except for the account number. It must be possible to create a new row and have the account number supplied to the bindings another way.

  • Key-Value coding question

    So I've implemented countOf<key> and objectIn<key>AtIndex: methods, but I still can't get access to any array elements. My object contains a number of scalars along with an NSArray called list, and to get the first element of it, I've tried
    [ object valueForKey: @"list.0" ]
    [ object valueForKey: @"list.@0" ]
    [ object valueForKey: @"list@0" ]
    [ object valueForKey: @"list(0)" ]
    [ object valueForKey: @"list[0]" ]
    and probably several other strings. None of them ever call the methods above, and all crash. The Key-Value Coding Programming Guide makes no mention of how this works. This is frustrating because when I call simple scalar values, everything works as described. What am I doing wrong? Any help here would be appreciated.

    To make this work, you would probably have to create a value for the "bar" property inside Foo.

  • VB Script to accept PC names in text file and get registry key value out of those systems

    Hi All,
    My task: Create VB script to accept PC names from a text file, process each host name to get Registry key value of individual host name and finally export them to a text file or an excel sheet having registry key value against each pc.
    I want to pull key value of LSFORCEHOST located in HKCU/Environment of each PC and export this value against each pc in a text or Excel file.
    What I achieved: I am able to process against single pc name but failed to process 3000+ systems listed in a text file which I tried to process through VB script. I am not pro and learning the VBS and cant write complex code.
    My VBS code written so far(It failed many time with issue):
     Option Explicit
     Const HKEY_CURRENT_USER = &H80000001
     Dim oFSO, sFile, oFile, sText, strComputer,oReg, strKeyPath, strValueName, strValue, objFSO, objFile, strContents
     Set oFSO = CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")
     sFile = "test.txt"
     If oFSO.FileExists(sFile) Then
      Set oFile = oFSO.OpenTextFile(sFile, 1)
       Do While Not oFile.AtEndOfStream
        sText = oFile.ReadLine
         If Trim(sText) <> "" Then
    strComputer = sText
    Set oReg=GetObject("winmgmts:{impersonationLevel=impersonate}!\\" & _
        strComputer & "\root\default:StdRegProv")
    strKeyPath = "Environment"
    strValueName = "LSFORCEHOST"
    oReg.GetStringValue HKEY_CURRENT_USER,strKeyPath,strValueName,strValue
    Const ForReading = 1
    Const ForWriting = 2
    Set objFSO = CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")
    Set objFile = objFSO.OpenTextFile("C:\destination.txt",1, ForReading)
    strContents = strValue
    Set objFile = objFSO.OpenTextFile("C:\destination.txt",2, ForWriting)
    objFile.Write strContents
    objFile.Close
    End If
    Loop
    oFile.Close
    End If
    I think when I tried to process each PC name from text file against registry key value, above code not working. As per my knowledge some issue in loop. Do I need to add FOR EACH feature?
    Please help to correct it. Thanks in advance.

    Your code contains numerous errors. Furthermore you make things difficult for yourself by giving similar names to the objects used for your input and output. If you are a systems administrator then your best bet is to make an effort to learn the language
    instead of grabbing a few code fragments from here and there and hoping that somehow they will work.
    Try the cleaned up code below for this particular project. Note the consistent code indentation. It helps you enormously when trying to understand the structure of the code. Remember also that you must fully qualify all file paths. Writing to "Destination.txt"
    will cause endless confusion because you never know for sure where this file will reside.

  • Editing Access keys in ADF

    Hello All,
    There is a property called access keys in adf for each component, I am using access keys and i found that access keys can be used with a combination of keys like ALT+SHIFT+ 'access key assigned' . Like i have assigned access key 's' to any submit button on my jspx page so i need to press ALT+SHIFT+s in order to invoke that button.
    My question here is can we change this default value ALT+SHIFT ? Is there any method I can overwrite this default property?

    I get the above issue and the one below at a client site; the error started with the error below then changed to the one reported above and back to the one below. Everything is working as it should but the issues
    started when one of the admins at the data-centre incorrectly applied a gpo which affected a number of service accounts (sccm inclusive) and they expired....hence reporting in sccm got broke as well as this error in the ccm.log file appeared.
    Remote client install still works but I believe this error affects new client discovered by sccm, so in other words devices discovered by sccm do not get the client installed automatically....but if all access and permissions are in place...pushing out the
    client to the new discovered system works, it just not done automatically, which kinda defeats one the reasons for using sccm.
    I have searched the breadth of the tinternet and I can only find two technet reference to the same error  - one says to edit the stored procedure on the sql server which I don't think should be done... Like Jason said and I concur....its bad joo joos.
    The second suggestion, said you should select all the options in the Client Push Installation properties, I have tried this but hasn't solved the problem.
    I am planning to upgrade the site to the R2 CU3 before the end of the year but I would like to resolve this error before the upgrade.
    The site is currently sccm 2012 sp1
    Any idea?> Resolution? sil vous plait!
    Merci

    Hi ,
    Please back up the database of the SCCM site. Then run the following query against the Site DB and see how it goes.
    DELETE FROM System_SMS_Resident_ARR
    WHERE ItemKey IN (
    SELECT ItemKey FROM vSystem_SMS_Resident_ARR
    GROUP BY ItemKey
    HAVING COUNT(ItemKey) > 1

  • Suppress Repeated Key Values in EP

    Hi Experts,
    In BEx, i am able to "Suppress Repeated Key Values" via Query Properties > Display Options.
    However, when i execute the same report in EP, and in the context menu (right click) of the query, choose Enhanced Menu > Query Property, there is no option for "Suppress Repeated Key Values". Why is this so? Is there a way for such?
    My client is requiring it, but their access is limited to EP.
    Kindly, provide assistance.
    Thank you very much.
    julius

    Hi Julius
    In the WAD, if you use the properties pane web item and set data binding to the analysis web item, when you run the report on the portal you should see the settings of the analysis (table), under Data Specific setting you can toggle the "Display Repeated Texts" option, this functionality is also available in the setting link in the 0ANALYSIS_PATTERN default web template.
    Hope this helps
    Josh

  • VOFM access key problem

    Hi SAP Gurus,
                          I want to write a customized routine in VOFM with routine number 601.For this i need to have the access key.So i have generated request for access key at Service market place, based on the object name RV64A601 and the object type is VSED.I even got the registration key but when i am using this regsitration key on VOFM for the respective routine creation, I am getting "incorrect entry" message.
                         If any one of you have requested for an access for any customizing routine pls help me ASAP.

    Obviously one (or all) of these items are incorrect:
    1) it's not  RV64A601
    2) it's not VSED (actually I think it should be PROG)
    3) System Release # is incorrect
    4) you got a wrong key
    When requesting a key, make sure to select the same values that you see on the screen where the key is requested. SAP is looking for an exact match. If anything is off, it's not going to accept the key.
    If you also need to enter the developer's key (which doesn't seem to be the case), make sure you have the correct key and correct user ID.

    var context = new AuthenticationContext(string.Format(
                      ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["login"],
                      ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["tenantId"]));
    and when I am trying to add client_secrete key to code
     AuthenticationResult  result = context.AcquireToken(
                          ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["apiEndpoint"],
                           new ClientCredential("*******", "******"),
                             new UserAssertion("*****", "client_credentials", "*****"));

  • Accessing map values via each keySet

    I am trying code a method where each key in a Map is iterated through keySet in a for-each loop but while each key is being accessed I need to also access its values where the values are of the type Set<Integer>. The Map is named bookIndex and I have tried using bookIndex.values() but this accesses all the values of the Map and not just the values of the key being presently accessed. Ive tried using a List to do this but was advised that this was not needed in another thread (Accessing Map values through a List). Ive tried creating a Set to contain these values but bookIndex.values() does not do it.
