Account Disabled by Apple Staff

My account was disabled by Apple Staff as they misunderstood my complaint. Now they are telling me they cannot enable it as ACCOUNT SECURITY can only do it. They have told me to call ACCOUNT SECURITY to get the account enabled again but the numbers they have given me for PAKISTAN are not operational. I have sent numerous emails on the Support section of the Apple website but no one is contacting me. I am very dissappointed at the attitude of the Apple Staff that is just sending me polite emails on apologising for this delay and not helping me solve the problem. Please help. I need a telephone number on which I can speak with ACCOUNT SECURITY urgently as my account has now been disabled for over two weeks and it is effecting all my Apple devices.

The number Natalie provided is the only support number for Pakistan. There are ways to call a US 800 number from outside of the country; search the web and you'll find suggestions. Skype is one such method. Whether the US Apple Support line could help with a diabled Apple ID even if you could reach them I don't know.

    I am suddenly not able to purchase items from the itunes store as itunes keeps rejecting my billing information. The funds are there so I contacted customer support through email. Their response via email was that they wanted me to send them my last bank account statement through email to an apple point of contact.
    This seems very fishy, sending my bank account information via email to a person unknown to me. Has anyone else received this from apple customer support?

    Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
    You might then need to log out of your account on your iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.
    If that doesn't fix it then contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

    Dear all,
    I loved iTunes match for almost a couple of years. However for the last 3 months or so what ever songs I add to my iTunes library on my iMac and then send to iTunes match will not play on either my iPhone, or iPad. I am extremely annoyed about the whole thing as I have phoned Apple technical support on 2 separate occasions and gone through all the usual try this and try that. I have even restored my iPhone and iPad but still it does not work. Strangely all songs work fine on my Apple TV's and my iTunes library on my iMac.
    What annoys more than it not working is the fact that I have had 2 members of staff promise to look into it and call me back, they never do! I have had a direct email for the 2nd member of staff and even had a few replies from him arranging a suitable time to call but he didn't. I then tried to email him the other day to find that the email got an automated reply saying no such address. I can only assume the member of staff in question has left?
    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE someone help. Apple staff - do you read these posts? If so SOMEONE CALL ME BACK!
    For the record all devices are up to date. I even upgraded to ios8 and have even bought an iPhone 6 but the problem still occurs.
    I love Apple and their products but this is a complete shambles. 3 months of a service I cannot use and my subscription is about to renew. I am a music teacher so this feature used to be great. I think I will not be using this anymore unless it gets fixed asap?
    Can Apple wipe the iTunes Match data for my account so I start again and upload my library as if all brand new?
    Moan over I await a response but I won't hold my breath.

    I have probably spent 15 hours over 3 months trying to solve this problem.......to no avail.

  • My 5-minute-old AppleId account was disabled immediately for security reasons. I have followed instructions carefully and although I seem to be able to change my password, I cannot login using the new password bcs account disabled for security reasons!

    It is probably something to do with the fact that I am in the Philippines, but what am I supposed to do? According to the support options I have to pay to open a support ticket. My account was not verified when it was disabled and I think I might be in some sort of deadlock in which the password reset won't work because I'm not verified, and the verification won't work because I can't log in.
    I've never bought a single Apple product before and this has got to be the worst intro I could have imagined!

    Solved.
    After about an hour on the phone with US support (who were very helpful I must say) it turns out that if you do not have an iTunes account with credit card information and a billing address, you are very much more likely to get your AppleId account disabled "for security reasons". This begs the question of course as to whose security we are talking about here! But there you go. If you are an Apple first-timer, get an iTunes account, fill in all your details, and you should be alright.

    Just be cause the account was disabled (Apple ID) doesn't mean you can't reset the password and have access to your iTunes purchases.
    Use the iforgot link to reset your password > Apple ID: "This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons" alert appears

  • User Accounts Disabled For No Apparent Reason

    We're having something where Entourage users are apparently handing off the incorrect user name and password when logging in to read email and thereby disabling their Apple user account on our mail/webmail OSX server.
    I don't know how to stop the accounts from being disabled, nor do I know when the user has been automatically disabled by the server. We only know when the customer contacts us (which can't be by email).
    This has already cost us some accounts and business.
    Users who are not Windows or who are not using Entourage are having no problem. Since the problem also happens with Mac Entourage users, it may have more to do with Entourage than Windows.
    Anyone know how to set the authentification of OSX Server or Entourage to be more tolerant? We do not have disable login after xx failed attempts selected.

    Are you sure it's isolated to Entourage? Is there any other process/program running? Weather Bug did it for me. It had cached my password then I changed my windows password then my account was disable every time I logged in. Maybe they have an incorrect password stored in their keychain that another program is using.

    The latest Apple driver support begins with the MP 171.
    Here is Ricoh's official driver download page specifically for the Afico MP 161. Note that new drivers for this device were released on Aug 2, and include Lion and Mountain Lion.
