Can any one tell me detailed configuartion steps regarding account planning in CRM 2007.
Ho to create account plan.
Priya

Hello Priya Darshini,
might I ask for what customer project do you want to implement Account Planning? I work in CRM Product Management and I'm responsible for Sales Account Planning. Currently I'm working on a specification to improve the Account Planning process in CRM and would be happy to get feedback from appropriate customer projects.
Kind Regards

  • How do I "Change country with this account" with a family share plan

I have a family that is international. We have two accounts, one each in a different country! wife and I. Both accounts have many books, music apps and lots of iTunes credit still on account. . While trying to set up the new family plan, I keep getting error messages. When I click on the invite email, I get this message: Cannot Join This Family. Which is crazy. Then, thinking it must be because I was still on the same device, I just set up OS8 on another device, and tried it again, with another error now coming up that says I have to Change the Country with this account. How do you do that? Why do you need to have all the accounts be in the same country? Hello, sometimes people live overseas, Apple! I was hoping this new family plan would finally allow me to use content fairly paid for with different devices and not have to suffer that cockamemy 90 day lock out. Help!,

The iTunes stores in different countries are entirely separate.  You can only use an iTunes store credit in the country in with it was created and purchased content cannot be shared across countries.  Family sharing groups must be country-specific, using iTunes store credits for purchases only within that country, and sharing purchases that were made in that country.  You can contact iTunes store support for more details on these restrictions here: https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html.

  • Can I renew my iCloud Storage Plan from Prepaid Credit on account???

Basically, I upgraded to the 50GB plan about a year ago and that was done by using my credit in account through purchased Apple Itunes Cards.  I received an email yesterday telling me that there is a payment coming up and there was a problem with payment (being renewal charges of USD $100/-).  They are requiring an American Credit Card with a matching billing address to my profile to be on file to be charged for the transaction.
I opened my itunes account several years ago when living in the States, however I have moved since then and do not have an American Credit Card anymore matching my previous billing address.  My account is linked to USA store and I dont want to lose that, as access to Apps is limited in my part of the world right now.  I am very glad to add several hundred dollars worth in store credit to have my iCloud Plan renewed.  I just dont understand why Apple would give you the right to upgrade packages by store credit and get you hooked, yet not allow you to renew with the same form of payment.  Can anyone help me or direct me to the right people to get this sorted out???

  • Not Able to Load the data type "Non Currency"in Planning accounts dimension

    Dear All,
We are building Meta data in planning using HAL 9.2 ...while construction of accounts we were able to assign "Currency" Data Type ,but were unable to add the "Non Currency" data types to account members.
We have mentioned "Non Currency" in the the Data Type Field.
    Thanks in Advance.

Hi Guys my issue is resolved..... just wanted to let you know that you will need to write "Non-Currency" in the field name in the csv for marking accounts as Non currency data type.

  • When I want to update my app a different account comes up now.  Wierd.  It's the family plan owners id...why is this happening and how do I fix it?

Upon  wanting to update some of my apps, I now get prompted to login with the owner of the family plans login.
I have my own account attached to this phone.  Why is this now happening and how do I return it to update my apps with my login ID?

Did you by chance accidentally purchase these app with the different account?
Because all apps are tied to the apple id that was used to purchase it.
You can also check settings - appstore - apple id - if it isn't your id, log out and log in with your id.

  • L added her sister R to a family plan. Can R have her own itunes account for syncing the phone and downloading her own apps, or must she always sign in using L's account and password?

So, if R wants to sync her iphone 5C but still have L pay for it on the family plan, can R just get her own itunes account for buying music and apps? Or is she stuck using L's account?

Family Plan as with the cell phone carrier?
Is so, the iTunes account or Apple ID is not related to the type of cell phone plan an iPhone is under.
Will the sisters being using the same computer and iTunes library?

  • Is there any way to combine 2 seperate lines on the same account into a family plan?

My wife and I have our phones on the same account, but the Verizon Wireless salespeople signed her up as 4 separate lines instead of a family plan. I admit she was an easy mark for the salesperson, because she went in to get two smartphones and walked out with 3 smartphones and a home voip device. I was at work and wasn't expecting her to be taken advantage of in such a way, or I would have had her wait to join when we both had the time to do it together. Now we have a smartphone collecting dust in a drawer, and a home phone that only rings when telemarketers call.
Long story short, we are going to have to cancel two of the lines that we don't use, probably pay etf's, and all that fun stuff. If we are to keep Verizon, we will need to switch our lines from being separate services to a family plan or it just won't be worth keeping this carrier. 2gigs of data just simply isn't enough for us both, considering the family plans for 2 people that are comparably priced have 10gigs.
Has anyone here run into a similar situation? Any help you can give in fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

How are you on the same account if they are separate lines?
Were any of these lines on the Edge payment option?

  • HT4847 I have two iCloud accounts, one with 10GB and one with 20GB...how can I merge them into the 20GB plan?

I have two iCloud plans.  One with 10GB that backs up my 1Phone and iPad.  I also have a 20GB plan for my iMAC and MAC BookPro.  How can I merge them so that I only have one plan and one iCloud to manage?    My first instinct is to delete the one on my iPhone/iPad and add the iMac plan, but I don't want to do it without an expert opinion.

No, accounts cannot be merged.  Am I an expert?  I only know what I've read here numerous times regarding merging of plans - the answer is always emphatically NO.  Since this is a user-to-user forum (Apple doesn't participate here), you'll have to do some searching about on this topic and either accept or reject the "common" advice.

  • Have a Friends and Family plan. I have unlimited data and want to keep it. Questions on what I can and can not do with account changes.

    Ok,
So I am on Friends and Family 2000minutes and unlimited Text.
    4 phones.
My phone has Unlimited Data and Hotspot
Other 3 do not have any data.
I am curious what I can do and can't do that will keep keep the plan as is and not force things to share everything.
I am allowed to have 5 phones under this plan. I am curious about adding and deleting phones.
I did try and add a 5th phone. When I tried to activate a 5th phone online it would not let me do it. Tried to get me to change plans.
Here are a few scenarios that I see coming up in the future.
I would like to add a 5th phone. My father has an account and I would like to roll him into my plan instead of his own account. I have already done this once before many years ago with no problem with 2 of the lines that I currently have. Is this possible or is that enough to trigger the move share everything scenario.
Second. how about removing a line from my plan?
One of my numbers is for an 18YO that wants to be more independent and have their own account. Can I down the road either transfer that line and number to its own account which would be share everything (I do understand that). Or can I delete that line from the account without triggering the share everything scenario?
Also it seems when I look online I can change data plans currently three phones are on data block. Can I actually change them to a data plan within the Friends and family or is the Share everything scenario triggered. What about if I change them to a smart phone from their basic/feature phone. I know I can't get unlimited data but can I still get them on my friends and family tiered data plan?
    What is up.
    Thank You

yes to everything; you can add a line (up to 5 total for Family Share), drop a line, upgrade a basic line to a smartphone (and then add a tiered data plan) and stay on your current calling plan ... it may be easier done in your local Corporate Verizon store, though ... just be sure they don't try to switch you to Share Everything if that's not what you want

  • How to make default account assignment category in planned order?

    Scneario Description:
    1. Sales order for a configurable parent item is created in ERP & order BOM is changed & transferred to APO. In APO MRP run takes place for that parent item, which creates a planned order with account assignment category "M" (M:Individual Customer w/o KD-CO.
    2. Now based on the dependant requirement generated for parent item, MRP takes place for one of the child item in ERP & purchase requisition gets created for child item.
    Question:
    1. Can anybody help me how i can make default account assignment as "F" (F:Order) in the planned order of parent item?
    2. PR created for child item also has default account assignment category as "M". we wish to change that to "F".
    Thanks & best regards
    Hemchandra & Sandeep Mandhana

    Hi V. Suresh,
The account assignment category maintained in the requirement class for parent item is 'M'.
No account assignment category maintained has been maintained in the requirement class Semi-finished component (this component is sent for subcontracting).
The business process is as follows:
    1. Create Sales Order for Parent say ME_PARENT.
    2. Order BOM for ME_PARENT is created and subsequently cifed to APO.
    3. PP/DS heuristic is run for ME_PARENT.
    4. MRP for component ME_COMP is run in ERP.
It can be seen that purchase requistion for ME_COMP has a/c assgn category as 'M'. It seems that the ME_COMP has inherited 'M' from ME_PARENT.
We would like to have no a/c assgn category for ME_COMP.
    Any pointers?
    Regards,
    Sandeep

My iPAD cellular data plan was set up with an old e-mail account and I no longer have access to this e-mail.  The password is forgotten.  I am unable to access my cellular data plan to update my 3G.  Any help on account access when you no longer can remember the access information?

  • Switched to shared plan-bill on old account sent to collection agency without notice!

On 9/16/12, my husband and I visited a Verizon store to upgrade our phones and enroll in a 2-year renewal contract, as we have done for years.  While speaking with an in-store representative, we were encouraged to combine our plans into a family shared plan. We took the necessary steps to do this and my husband moved his account to combine with mine.  From this point onward, we paid one bill together. We assumed my husband’s account was correctly closed and never heard anything else about it from Verizon.   We were therefore unpleasantly surprised to receive a letter from a collection company demanding that he pay a $135.63 charge from his old account that we previously knew nothing about.
I have been a loyal customer since 2003 and have never missed or even been late on a payment throughout this time.  To find out that there is a delinquent account sent to a collection agency which will affect my family’s credit is very disconcerting.  Further, to read stories from former Verizon customers saying that they too had received letters from collection agencies regarding unpaid bills that Verizon never alerted them about leaves me wondering whether the procedures for closing an account are being properly conducted.   In our case, the situation is even more frustrating since we are not former customers that Verizon had trouble contacting regarding outstanding charges.  We are current customers who would have been happy to make a payment had we been aware of it in writing.  A simple search would have shown that my husband’s phone number is still valid and is now part of my account in our shared plan.  We would have expected to have either received a bill addressed to him regarding a final bill that was owed on his old account (he used auto-pay while that account was active) or to have had the final charge moved to my current account, since I am now the primary account holder with both of our phone numbers under one plan.  It would seem surprising to send a bill to a collection agency when dealing with someone who is a current customer.
There is no issue with making a payment directly to Verizon as long as our credit is not affected.  We have written a letter to Verizon but have not received any response from them in a month and a half. Has anyone else successfully dealt with a similar issue?
    Thank you.

He didn't receive a hard copy because he had paperless billing set up (as well as auto pay).  We checked his email for any billing statements sent and there were none after the account was closed.  As SydneyK mentioned, since he only had paperless billing, after the account was closed there was no way to access it online and see that there was an outstanding balance.  In fact, the Verizon representative stated that his account would be "moved over" to mine, which to me implied that everything, including a balance, would be "moved" to the shared plan. We finally figured out what the outstanding balance was for - for the new phone he upgraded to when we went to the store to upgrade our phones and switch to the family plan.  They had charged his account for the phone, rather than my account/the shared account. Ugh.

  • I own a Verizon account with both myself and my friend on the account. My contract is up but his is not, and we both have similar phones (S3 and S4). Would it be possible to cancel his plan and change my contract end date to be his end date to compensate?

I'm trying to find the best/cheapest way to drop my friend from my plan. Thanks!

Contracts are tied to a number at Verizon. Verizon doesn't allow people out of contracts without an ETF, nor should they.
If you want to only have 1 line on your account and don't want to pay an ETF, you will have to cancel your line and take over your friend's number. No, it's not ideal, but neither is you being responsible for your friend's line.

  • Can I give over my account to someone on my plan and the cancel all my stuff?

Hi, Sorry for how long this is going to be, but I need to explain.
    So I am struggling financially.
I had to get a car and it has payments.
So I need to downside my spending.
99% of my time I am in a wifi setting. And I am able to text unlimited and use unlimited data as well.
I'm more a texter than a talker. I can text on my computer or iPad. So my phone pretty much is useless unless I go out or need to talk on the phone.
When I first joined Verizon I signed up for a data plan on my iPad. But now I have a hotspot, iPhone and my friend's phone included.
I no longer need the hotspot having an iPhone or the data plan on my iPad. And Verizon has graciously helped me with that and takes the amount I would pay for both and deducts it from my bill each month.
But, they are still on my plan. So if I cancel I would need to pay a cancelation fee for all devices I cancel.
And that's fine if I do. My bill is probably near what a cancelation fee would cost. So if I have to pay that's fine. I will. It'll be rough but after 2 months it'll be worth doing.
I was reading about an Assumption of Liability and if I could do that, that would be great. But I don't think I can since I have someone on my plan.
I am going to go to another phone company. Ugh!! I have been with all the big phone companies. The 2nd best to Verizon is AT&T. TBH, you will not get better than the 2 companies. And remember, you get what you pay for. So it's sad to leave. I love Verizon! IDC what anyone says. In the past year Verizon has bent over backwards to help me with an issue I was having and they are the best. If someone gets bad service from them, report that person cause the company really cares about their customers. I am an example of that. And the coverage is great. I like AT&T too, but I would have trouble with them from time to time. But with Verizon never!! And doesn't matter where you go. Like there are some areas where service will cut out but I never had that problem with Verizon.
But, after moving, in my area, the company I'm going to, is great service as well and it meets all I need for a lot lesser price.
You do get what you pay for and downgrading is never good. But sadly I have to pick what's more important and in this case, is my car. So I have to go with what I can afford.
Anyways, what I would like to do is...
Hand over my account to my friend that's on my plan, make it their's and cancel all my devices.
But since I do want to keep my number and usually when doing this, it cancels the plan you are on.
IDK if I can do that since I'm not sure if it will cancel the entire plan or just the phone itself.
As I said, if I have to pay the etf that's fine.
Because that's the plan. Hand over to my friend the account and cancel my devices.
So if someone could tell me if that's possible that would be great.
Where I live now, Verizon isn't close by and finding out without having to talk would be great. LOL
So any help anyone could give me, please reply back here.
I need to do this all before the 15th before I get charged for another month. So asap answers pleaseeeee?
    Thanks!!
    Kathy

The ETF for each the iPad and hotspot on contract would be $175 each less $5 for each month of your contract(on each) you have competed. So if you had completed 1 year on each of the devices, the ETF on each device would be $115 or $230 total.
I assume you have a smartphone and you want to keep it instead of moving to a basic phone. If you are willing to switch to a basic phone and have access to one, you could get on Verizon's More Everything plan for a basic phone only to the tune of $25/month + taxes. That would give you no data, 700 minutes of talk and unlimited texting.
If you have a smartphone and would want to keep it, you are looking at $40 line access fee, unlimited talk/text and a minimum data plan of $20/month for a total of $60 + taxes on the More Everything plan.
Verizon also has a single line plan which includes unlimited talk/text and 1 GB of data/month for $60/month + tax.
Of course, to sign your other devices over to someone, they would have to agree to do so.
    Good luck.

  • I plan to loan my iPod Touch to a friend for one month to use in Europe.  How can I keep my iTunes account private, but enable him to create his own iTunes account to use on my iPod Touch?

I plan to loan my iPod Touch to a friend here in the USA for one month to use on his trip to Europe.  How can I keep my iTunes content and my account private, but enable him to create his own iTunes account to use on my iPod Touch?  Also, do I need to de-register my iPod Touch for all of this to happen--and have him register my iPod Touch in his name for that month he is using it in Europe?

The suggested advice in this support article http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1478 wasn't a help at all, because the option "enable disc use" in the summary window of itunes doesn't appear.
    *From the article*:
    Products Affected
iTunes 7 for Mac, iTunes 7 for Windows, iPod nano, iPod shuffle, iPod mini, iPod, iTunes 8 for >Windows, iTunes 8 for Mac
No mention of the Touch, it works differently from other iPods and has no "disk mode" as such.
I think it can be used as a storage device by using a 3rd party App, search the the App Store for such items.
Photos transferred to your Touch via iTunes will be of severely compromised quality i.e 640x480 pixel resolution and file size around 600-700 kb. These can be retrieved, again using a 3rd party application on your computer, such as [Touch Copy|http://www.wideanglesoftware.com/touchcopy> but you will not get back original quality images.
    Good luck,
