Accruals for Normal Conditions

Hi,
Can any one guide me is it possible to maintain the accruals for discount conditions if yes guide me
i tried i maintained condition type (Quantity) and also manual entry , i maintained 2 account keys for normal account and accrual and also i maintained 2 seperate G/L accounts in VKOA settings but at the time of Account document generated time at billing level system is not showing 2 line like how we can see rebate accruals
Guide me
Regards,
Prasanna

Not clear where you have seen.  You can see the accruals via FS10N or FBL5N.  If you are not able to see there, ensure that the said condition type is ticked for the field "Accruals" in V/06

  • OEM12c Configuring alerts for normal condition

    Hi All,
I want to configure OEM12c so that i should get alerts even for normal condition of the host machines.
i.e i want OEM to send alerts saying target system is alive and working properly. please let me know how to do it or point me to the document which helps me.
    Thank you

This is turning the essence of monitoring upside down. In EM you will get an warning/alert if an abnormal situation occurs. Hence, if you do not get an alert/warning everything is normal. Seems to me something like phoning home every half hour to ask if the house has not burned down yet.

  • Creation of New consistencycheck condition for Normal Correction

    Hi,
We are using ChaRM normal correction to check the transport imported to production system we are using the check conditon 'PRODUCTION_IMPORT_OK' which is implemented in Class CL_SOCM_INSTANCE .
On similar base we wanted to create the condition of 'ZTEST_IMPORT_OK' for normal correction, but we are not able to find the Standard code written for condition PRODUCTION_IMPORT_OK.
If find this code we can make some adjustment in this code with BADI for consistency check to implement the new condition .
Is any one worked on this type of condition , your help will be appreciated.
    Regards,
    Amar Kamat

    HI
Check if needed to assign any account key to this new condition type in your procedure if needed, then mantain the GL acc for the same.
If you are adding this condition type in your TAXINN procedure (assuming so) you need to create the condition type for the same by using trax FV11.
If you are adding your condition type in Pricing procedure then no ned to create the condition record.

  • Accrual for Interest rate SWAP

i want to know how acrual for Interest rate SWAP works from account assignment point of  view
i would really apprecaite if any1 can give me information or docuents for setting interest rate swap accrul

    Hi,
In the case of interest rate swap,  we have to post the accrual/deferral in TBB4.  Here from account assignment point of view, we have to assign the condition type to the product type and the transaction type.  For this condition type we have to assign the flow types.
As far as the account assignment goes, just like normal accrual, we have to post Cr Interest payable account and Cr Interest paid account.  In the case of int rate swap, unlike currency swap, only the interest amounts would be posted and the nominal amount will not be posted to FI.
If you have further doubts please ask me.

Mandatory: u2022 This indicator specifies that particular condition type is mandatory in the pricing procedure. u2022 If we check the box, then in VA01 at the header/item level in the conditions tab, if we delete the value in the condition type and try to save the document then system will not allow us to do it and throws an error.
u2022 If we uncheck the box, then in VA01 at the header/item level in the conditions tab, if we delete the value in the condition type and try to save the document then system will allow us to save it, without giving any error.
u2022 Mandatory check box should be checked in condition types which are compulsorily required in pricing procedure. Ex.: PR00, MWST. u2022 If the condition type is checked with mandatory option, then value should be
maintained for that condition type, otherwise the system will not allow the user to
    process the document.
Statistical: u2022 This indicator if it is activated will not allow the value of the condition type to be taken into net value calculation. u2022 It is used only for information purposes only. u2022 This indicator causes a surcharge or discount to be set in the document statistically (that is, without altering the value). u2022 This is commonly used for condition types o SKTO - Cash Discount o VPRS - Cost (Moving average price/Standard Price). Print: u2022 The value of this field specifies whether line item can be printed or not in the sales document and at what level it is to be printed.
Subtotal: u2022 The value of this field determines where the values of subtotals to be captured i.e. in which table and which field.
u2022 Controls whether and in which fields condition amounts or subtotals (for example, a customer discount or the cost of a material) are stored. u2022 If the same fields are used to store different condition amounts, the system totals the individual amounts. u2022 These condition amounts or subtotals are used as a starting point for further
calculations. You may, for example, want a subtotal of all the discounts included in the
    pricing of a sales order.
Requirement: u2022 It is a routine that is written by an ABAP consultant according to the business requirement. u2022 By defining Requirement in condition technique we can restrict the access of condition type. u2022 To understand the concept, we will take the example of the Rebates. Rebates are to be
included during the billing document processing and not in the sales document
processing. As rebates are given on the delivered quantity and not on the ordered
quantity (in case of cut-off period for rebates).
u2022 For rebates we use the condition types BO01 to BO05, and in the Requirement column we give the value 24 which is "Only in Billing Document". u2022 This Requirement will ensure that these condition types will appear only during the billing document processing. u2022 If new Requirements are to be defined we follow the procedure given below. o Go to T.Code: VOFM. - Maintain Requirements & Formulas o Click on the "Requirements" in the top menu and then click on "pricing". o We have a list of requirements, we can ask ABAP consultant to create new requirement based on the client requests. o And we assign the application type like V - Sales/Distribution etc. AltCty - Condition formula for alternative calculation type: u2022 It is again a Routine that is written by ABAP Consultant. u2022 It is an alternative formula for the condition type that can be used instead of standard formulas.
For example, let us take the Profit Margin which can be both + / - , so here this
routine will help us in generating the value which can be either + or -. Profit margin is
not a condition type so it cannot be classified as +ve or -ve in the V/06.
u2022 Ex.: 950 0 Profit Margin 11. u2022 So we assign 11 - Profit Margin. u2022 If new routines are to be defined we follow the procedure given below. o Go to T.Code: VOFM. - Maintain Requirements & Formulas u2022o Click on the "Formulas" and then on the "Condition Values". o We have a list of routines, we can ask ABAP consultant to create new routines based on the client requests. o And we assign the application type.

    Hi Cris,
Go to SPRO>MM>PUR>Info Record>Define Price History> Here with your Purchasing organization if the tick is active that
Specifies that the order price history (PO price history) is to be updated with the effective price.
Normally, the order price history is updated with the net price.

  • PO Form Personalization affecting for False condition.

    Hello All,
I have done with PO(Enter PO) form personalization to disable the Cancel functionality from tools Menu for 'Goods' Line Type.
The condition am using  for personalization is  (:PO_LINES.LINE_TYPE= 'Goods') AND (:PO_HEADERS.DOC_TYPE_NAME = 'Standard Purchase Order')
For True status showing one Error message " You Cant Cancel PO"
Personalization is working fine for True Condition but for False condition the normal process has to happen means other than 'Goods' Line Type, User should able to Cancel PO.
But whenever am trying to Cancel Po other than Goods line Type its not working, Cancel PO form is not opening at all.
For this personalization I have followed the (Doc ID 1316584.1) Metalink document. I Also tried personalization with Trigger Special13 still same problem persisted.
    If anyone knows Please help.

  • Different base value reference steps for same condition type

    Dear Gurus
I have a scenario where I have single pricing procedure for normal sale and Intercompany billing.
Condition type GRWR should take the base value from step 350 in standard scenario
But in Inter company billing it should take the base value from a different step.
Want to check the possible way to determine these.
    Regards,
    Neeraj Srivastava

In the pricing procedure, in the step that you're interested in intercompany billing put in the subtotal field the indicator "carry over value to KOMP-KZWI". Make sure that the KOMP-KZWI field that you'll choose is not used in any other step.
Then with the help of an ABAPer you should maintain a routine (Tc VOFM -> Formulas -> condition base value) that in the case of intercompany billing (if billing-type is XXX  ... etc) will take the KOMP-KZWI* value that you chose previously.
Then back in the pricing procedure, assign your new routine in the field "Alternative formula for condition base value" (BasType).

  • Advice with Incomplete procedure for Freight Condition re.Certain incoterms

    Hi
I need some advice on how to create an Incomplete procedure for a specfic freight accrual.
BUT i only require it to be incomplete for certain Incoterms ........
For example i have not entered freight condition record, and the customers incoterm is CIF, - i wish for this sales order to be flagged as incomplete
However for a different sales order I have not entered a freight condition record, and the customers' incoterm is EXW, - I wish for this order to be clased as OK and Complete, as a Freight accrual is not required against EXW incoterm orders
Has anyone come across this problem before ? - if so how have they rectified this ?
Any help/ advice would be much appreciated
    Tony

    Hi,
You can just write a routine with the help of abaper in VOFM.
And assign that routine in requirement field in the pricing procedure for that condition type.
To create a new routine in VOFM please go through the belo wlink.

    HI Colleague,
I will list the available user-exit to be used for Billing Document:
    User Exits For Billing
    USEREXIT_NUMBER_RANGE (Module pool SAPLV60A, program RV60AFZZ)

  • Security object for shipping conditions (T-Code VA02-sales order)

    Hi
I need to gray out filed-VSBED (shipping conditions) in T-code VA02 (sales order change) for users, what could be the security object to be used for this requirement?
    Regards
    sri

The functional requirement till doesnt seem very clear to me , why would someone want to grey this field? (unless you have a strong case that you use different document types for normal orders, express deliveries, normal service, free of charge and a whole lot of possibilities)
Your SD consultant should guide and let you know that:
Shipping conditions are defined in customizing
you can eithe assign particular shipping conditions to particuar sales document types to make it as a default
(or) you can have the shipping conditions defined in the customer master
the ones set up in SPRO take a preference, but as you rightly noticed - if a use wishes to change the shipping conditions proposed by the system he would be able to do that, and this CANNOT be controlled with authorization objects
The only option you would have, is to find out if the users who are not suppposed to change the conditions beong to the same user group (or make a logical assesment on the common binding feature in the set of users)
then evaluate if you want to make the program changes such that the changes affect only the particular set of users
Note: Changes you make in ABAP do not necessarily apply to the complete user base - it depends on how well you analyse and plan the requirement

  • Limit of for each conditions in rtf templates

    Hi Everyone,
I have a use case where i need to genereate a report by using values from two data sets. data sales, cost.
Data set sales have four columns product1, product 2, product 3, product 4
    Cost has cost1,cost 2, cost 3, cost 4.
I need to display in below format
    product 1| product 2| cost 1|cost 2| product 3| product 4| cost 3| cost 4|
To get above format i am using four for each condition groupings two for each data set
    <?for-each:/data/sales?><?product1?>|<?product2?><?end for-each?>|<?for-each:/data/cost?><?cost1?>|<?cost2?><?end for-each?>|<?for_each:/data/sales?><?product3?>|<?product 4?><?end for-each?>|<?for-each:/data/cost?><?cost3?>|<?cost4?><?end for-each?>
If i use first two for each conditions i am able to see values in template but if i use four line is missing in the template.
I did not understand where lies the problem.
Please let me know if you need more info.

  • Gross price for BASB Condition is not picking in Purchase Order invoice tab

    Hi Gurus
In taxinj -- conditional base column i added 362 and
in pricing procedure for gross price in subtotal column i added 6
but even though when i click invoice tab while creating Purchase Order i am not getting gross price for BASB condition same as gross price in pricing procedure it is picking some different value such as either net value or manual excise from pricing procedure JEXC condition value.
    what went wrong.
    Rgds
    Shrikant Kamat.

    Hi Saplearner's
Is there any body who will focus on this issue
I have maintained all this accordingly, but the problem lies over here
    Pb00-- 100
    ra01---  2   discount
    net--  98
    jexc(16%)--15.68 ( MANUAL EXCISE)
    net amount including tax-- 113.68
    freight(2%)-- 1.96
    Actual-- 115.68.
    BASB-- 115.68  ( It should be 100)
In short i have given summary above, now let me explain
when i am giving 100 as gross price,discount-2 and if i dont give JEXC, then BASB is coming 100 that is correct.
when i am giving 100 as gross price, discount 2 and if i give JEXC  , then BASB is  picking as 115.68.
Problem is here when we give  JEXC  manual excise.

  • Migo reference document not appearing in miro for frieght conditions

    Dear all,
I ahve done migo for a po and i have checked GR based invoice in PO.When i am doing MIRO i am not getting the migo reference number for frieght condition where as the migo reference number is appearing for base price. How to get that migo reference number for frieght conditions also.
    thanks in advance
    regards
    vithal

Sometimes the the MIGO creator might have reversed the same. In such cases the reversal document may be with different number in the same series and both posted & reversed documents will not appear in MIRO. Since you might checking with posted document number, you are seeing the blank in MIRO. In such cases, just enter the PO number in MIRO, give date & reference number press Show PO structure button in the left corner. You will find the following screen
Expand the required once. The following screen appears. In this both positive & negative numbers with same reference & document type appearing are the reversed documents.
    Hope this is clear
