( commande en ligne et reception direct d'un code ).
je suis a l'etranger je voudrais acheter une application.
je dois attendre 10j pour recevoir une carte avec un code ?? pure folie !!
Using an iTunes store is limited by country. You can't use a French card in the USA and you also can't use a French account in another country.

For some reason I can not access my iTunes shopping cart. It shows me how much money I have to spend, but I can't see any of the songs that I have added to the shopping cart. Has anyone ever had this problem? Please advise ASAP. I'd like to buy some music.

Windows XPIf your getting some error message Id recommend emailing the music store about this issue, as USUALLY issues with the shopping cart are caused on apples side. you can goto the link below, roll to the bottom and fill out a email form to the music store

I purchased an album on iTunes - Magna Carta - On July 9th. The album is all grey in My Music and I cannot play anything. I have the reciept however I don't know how to address the issue.... I have since bought music and it downloaded fine.

Are you sure you don't have a 5G iPod video? If so, rented movies are not compatible with that particular generation/model of iPod.
Otherwise, it sounds like the rental is in HD. It should have came with a Standard Definition version instead.

Bueno, honestamente nunca había escuchado de un problema así pero te recomiendo que llames al número de AppleCare de tu país y veas si te pueden dar asistencia telefónica, normalmente así debería ser por tratarse de un equipo nuevo. Si con la ayuda que te den por ese medio no se corrige seguramente te dirán que lo lleves a un centro de servicio o con tu compañía telefónica.
Me extraña que te hayan dicho ellos que no podían hacer nada porque a mi en la mía cuando tuve un problema me cambiaron el teléfono (que estaba en garantía) pero algunas son menos 'amigables' con los usuarios. -

Hola amigo, me encuentro en la misma situación, ¿has podido solucionar tu problema?.Compre un iphone 5 de segunda mano todo correcto funcionando correctamente y ahora que le he realizado una restauración me pide el ID para poderlo activar y no lo dispongo tampoco he podido contactar con el dueño anterior. Alguien que nos pueda ayudar a resolver el problema.

Puede ser resultado de instalar otro software de grabación de CD. Reinstale iTunes." HE desinstalado y reinstalado iTunes y todos los relacionados y no hay manera que me lo acepte. Qué puedo hacer?

Trouble getting into iTunes Shopping Cart
Everytime I try to get into my iTunes Shopping Cart, I get a message that "The iTunes Store is temporarily unavailable". However, when I try to add a song that I know is already in my shopping cart, it acknowledges that the song is already there.
I also have no trouble browsing songs in the iTunes Store.
Any ideas???Usually you get this message when you install a version of iTunes which is earlier than the version you used to create the iTunes library file.
You get this situation when downgrading.
Could you clearify your situation, are you using iTune data copied from a previous computer and also which version you installed?
Assuming you are using old data, something quick you can try is to drag iTunes Library.itl and iTunes Music Library.xml from your iTunes folder to the desktop, then try starting iTunes. It should start with an empty library. You can then add your music files in the normal way. If you want to recover playlists, the librayr can be recreated fromt xml file as in the Apple article:

If this is a completely new installation of iTunes without old data from another PC, then that's somehing different and I am not sure about how to deal with it at this stage. -
