  • Cfcollection action='create' permission denied "read" (what???)

    Hello, everyone.
I'm working on a script that will delete specific SOLR collections, re-create them, index them, then optimize them.
The delete portion succeeds. The create, however, is failing with a permissions issue:
    access denied ("java.io.FilePermission" "X:\www\JRun4\servers\cfusion\cfusion-ear\cfusion-war\WEB-INF\cfusion\collections\xyz" "read")
What the heck is it trying to "read" when creating a collection with a CFCOLLECTION tag??
    <cfcollection action="create" collection="xyz"

It runs fine if sandbox is disabled. This is not an option. Can anyone, please, help fix this?
Sandbox gives the CF account Read,Write,Execute on EVERYTHING.

It is NOT related to Java 7.  I uninstalled Java 7 from my dev machine and tested.  The issue still remains.
I thought there might be a possibility that Tomcat didn't have the permissions, but this is also not the issue.
    Still looking for a solution.

  • Actions creating task for multiple partner functions

    Hello Masters,
    Need help in below scenario.
We are using actions in quotations. Different actions gets triggered as per status of quotation.
ex: Status: manger approval request: Task to be create with action for manager
Status: Manger approved: Task to be created with action for Sales employee.
I have configured action profile. My actions are partner function dependent.
Partner functions are different for manager and sales employee.
But when action is getting triggered it is creating task for both partner functions.
How can I avoid this? Does though we say action is pertner function dependent is it true or it is actually partner function catagory dependant. In my case partner function category is same for manager and sales employee. The partner function category is "Employee"
    looking for your guidence
    Thanks
    Kushal

    Hi Kushal,
The partner function category is same - employee and hence it is triggering actions at the same time.
You may have to see if you can assign a separate partner function category to meet your requirement.
    Hope this will be useful
    Thanks and Regards

  • Specific Due Date Syntax for Create Task Workflow Action

I'm looking for a formula which will create a monthly due date on a specific day of the month (ie 1st or 15th). I have figured out a way to create recurring activities through workflows by adding a recuurence picklist but I currently only have monthly recurrences as Today()+30 which works but is not as clean as a monthly task that occurs on the 15th of every month.

    Record Type=Activity
    Event=When modified record saved
    Workflow condition=FieldValue('<Type>')='To Do' AND FieldValue('<plRecurrence_ITAG>')='Every 30 days' AND FieldValue('<Status>')='Completed'
    Actions=Create Task
Recurrence picklist is a required field and is chosen be the end user upon creation of the original activity (Type=To Do). The duplicate activity is created upon completion (see condition) and now the end user has a recurring task due 30 days out. this future task has the recurrence in the subject (since the recurrence field cannot be defined in the workflow action) and the end user is prompted by the system to complete the activity record (choose a recurrence) upon trying to save the record as complete or by clicking the "Mark as completed" button. Thus the cycle is repeated.
All I'm trying to figure out is instead of having the formula [<DueDate>]+30 in the Due Date* field within the create task workflow action, I'd like a formula that can choose a specific day of the month. I've tried combinations of cast, concat, timeframe, month, year...expressions to give me the date value I'm looking for (ie 4/15/2011) but I can't get the syntax to work. all I need is that syntax that can provide a specific date (4/15/2011) derived from the due date.

  • Quality Notification: Create Task as Follow-Up Action

    Hi QMu2019ers
I have a requirement from my business, to create tasks as a follow up actions from completed tasks. Let me explain the process.
    We have a catalog with 4 codes e.g. ZTS1 u2013 0001 to ZTS1 u2013 0004
When the user assigns ZTS1 u2013 0001 to a task in the notification and that task is set to complete, we want the system to automatically create the next task in the catalog, i.e. ZTS1 u2013 0002, when that task is complete the next task from the catalog is added and so on.
I have looked into follow-up actions for tasks, but there does not seem to be a standard option for this.
Does anyone know how I can implement such a solution?
Many thanks for any advice given.
    Neil

follow-up actions of  tasks is triger when the tasks are assigned into the notification, not when the task are completed.
Try user-exit QQMA0014, you can assign additional tasks before notification is saved.

I have a main fillable form.  From this main form the user may need additional forms.  I want to create checkboxes that link to these additional forms.  This part I believe I know how to do (Properties/Actions/Open a File).  What I want to add is a javascript to the checkbox that when the new file (or form) opens some of the data (the repetitive data like name, date, etc.) from the main form is placed into the form opened where the same form fields exist.  Is this possible?

Yes, but then it all has to be done using a script. You can't use the built-in Open A File command.

    What has happened?
The URL http://rabr3dci.rab.erp:8000/SAP/BC/BSP/SAP/CPROJECTS/root.do was not called due to an error.
    Note
The following error text was processed in the system RD1 : The current application triggered a termination with a short dump.
The error occurred on the application server RABR3DCI_RD1_00 and in the work process 0 .
    The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system RD1 in transaction ST22.
If the termination type was ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination on the application server RABR3DCI_RD1_00 in transaction SM21.
If the termination type was ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can search for more information in the trace file for the work process 0 in transaction ST11 on the application server RABR3DCI_RD1_00 . In some situations, you may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes.

The current application triggered a termination with a short dump.
    What happened?
The current application program detected a situation which really
should not occur. Therefore, a termination with a short dump was
triggered on purpose by the key word MESSAGE (type X).
    What can you do?
Print out the error message (using the "Print" function)
and make a note of the actions and input that caused the
         error.
To resolve the problem, contact your SAP system administrator.
You can use transaction ST22 (ABAP Dump Analysis) to view and administer
termination messages, especially those beyond their normal deletion
         date.
is especially useful if you want to keep a particular message.
    Error analysis

         Variable 2.......... " "
         Variable 3.......... " "
         Variable 4.......... " "
         Variable 3.......... " "
    How to correct the error
Probably the only way to eliminate the error is to correct the program.
You may able to find an interim solution to the problem
in the SAP note system. If you have access to the note system yourself,
        use the following search criteria:
        "MESSAGE_TYPE_X" C
        "CL_DPR_TRANSACTION_MANAGER====CP" or "CL_DPR_TRANSACTION_MANAGER====CM009"
        "ON_TRANSACTION_FINISHED"
If you cannot solve the problem yourself and you wish to send
an error message to SAP, include the following documents:
        1. A printout of the problem description (short dump)
To obtain this, select in the current display "System->List->
           Save->Local File (unconverted)".
        2. A suitable printout of the system log
To obtain this, call the system log through transaction SM21.
Limit the time interval to 10 minutes before and 5 minutes
after the short dump. In the display, then select the function
           "System->List->Save->Local File (unconverted)".
        3. If the programs are your own programs or modified SAP programs,
           supply the source code.
To do this, select the Editor function "Further Utilities->
           Upload/Download->Download".
        4. Details regarding the conditions under which the error occurred
or which actions and input led to the error.
    Information on where terminated
The termination occurred in the ABAP program "CL_DPR_TRANSACTION_MANAGER====CP"
         in "ON_TRANSACTION_FINISHED".
The main program was "SAPMHTTP ".
The termination occurred in line 17 of the source code of the (Include)
         program "CL_DPR_TRANSACTION_MANAGER====CM009"
of the source code of program "CL_DPR_TRANSACTION_MANAGER====CM009" (when

  • OOTB approval worfklow not creating task when require checkout is set as Yes on the document library

    HI,
I set the document library versioning to "require check-out" to yes.
I set the workflow settings to create an approval workflow and "start the workflow when the item is created".
I create a new document from the document template, save and check-in. The workflow task is not getting created, however the workflow is started.
when i change the require check-out to "No" and create a new document as above, the workflow tasks are getting created.
Can someone advise on what is the problem when versioning is enabled?? can anyone provide solution. thanks.

    Hi,
According to your description, my understanding is that the task was not created after the approval workflow was running when setting the require check out to be yes.
I tested the scenario in my environment, if I used the Office client application to create documents, then the task would not be created even when the workflow was running.
There may be some reason that the creating task action is missed when the document is created using Office client application and the require check out is set to be yes.
As a workaround, I recommend to install Office Web Apps and use Office Web Apps to create the documents when setting the require check out to be yes.
The workflow will be starting before the documents is checked in, and it will create the task after the document is checked in.
    Thanks,
    Victoria

    Hi,
The error message tells you that something is referencing a NULL value in the code of the UMRepositoryManager class. This is generally a sign of poor error detection in the code and not checking for NULL's before trying to use them! If I were you I would try the following:
    1. Check your User Management Engine (UME) configuration
    2. Check the KM UM Repository Manager configuration
I would say that because the code is standard SAP code the problem is somewhere in the configuration of your system (i.e. the code is expecting something to be configured but it is not). I would also recommend checking SAP OSS notes for a possible solution.
Hope this gets you started towards finding the solution.
    BRgds,
    Simon

  • Can photoshop actions created in CS2  be imported and used in Photoshop CS6?

I have a slew of actions that I created in Cs2, my previous version of Photoshop. I've upgraded to CS6  and would like to use my previous actions in the new version. Is this possible? If so, how?
    Thanks!

If you saved the in CS2 in theroy you should be able to load them in newer versions of Photoshop. As far as I know all Action created in CS2 will play in CS3 correctly.
Adode introduced options in CS4 that are not compatible with how Photoshop was designed to run.  When these options are set to have Photoshop work the way it worked before the CS4 options.  Actions will Play correctly.  However if you set these options to change the way Photoshop works some actions will now work correctlr in CS4, CS5 and CS6. It make no difference what version you record those actions in. Recording an action in CS6 doese not mean it will play correctly in CS6.  The Action will record the same way in CS2, CS3, CS4, CS5 and CS6.  Thet will play correctle in CS2, CS3 and they may play correctle in CS4, CS5 and CS6 depending on what options are set.

  • Action to task mapping

    Hi,
May be its a very stupid question but can anyone please tell me where it is decided that if we change the status to disable/enable in OIM then "disable/enable" user task should be called. Basically Action to task mapping. Similarly for connector also. Create/Recon i understand there may be some predefined mapping but in the "AD Connector" documentation it is mentioned that if you add any extra field then just add <extra field> updated task in process definition and this task will run on particular update. Where this kind of intelligence is defined and we can extend it.
I actually wants to add few more actions on OIM user profile and resource profile and wants them to map with particular task in process form and not able to find out any way :(

Hi kevin..what if i need to trigger the disable task on some custom status (On suspend as user defined field). Actually i have a requirement where i have to provide suspend option to admin which will act as disable and disable the user in all downstream systems (AD, Directory server) and need to extend the original disable functionality which along with disable move the user to different ou also.
Can you please give me guidance on achieving this....

  • Could not create task file

    We are installing SAP R3 4.7 sr1 on Linux SuSE SLES9, 32/bit.
Problem: During the installation of DI, phase Database Load (Pst Processing), installation stopped , and in the log file said
Could not create task file tmp/sapinst_instdir/.../SAPREPOS.TSK
Anyone with the similar problem? Solution?
    Best regards,
    Igor Kokai

    Hello:
I do not know exactly what of the following elements contributed to fix the problem, but
following is the list of changes we did in a 3rd try to install R/3 on Sun Solaris.
    1.  Get latest SAPINST.
    2.  Use a different installation directory, which is permitted by the use os a new SAPINST.  We used something outside /tmp, which is used by default by the SAPINST that comes with the CDs.
    3.  Delete the whole installation and start again, because by just using SAPINST in the middle of the installation, the problem was not fixed.
    4.  Change the SID from DEN to DE1.
    5.  There was an answer in sdn about the problem telling a linux user to use another environment variable that was for HP-UX, but since it was suggested for them, we took it, just in case. That was also done in the middle of the installation when the problem was happening, but did not fix the problem.
    6. We did not install the oracle patch 9.2.0.7 because the patch is the one that looks for a bunch of sun patches, that although we already had them, since the error we were getting was oracle related, it was decided not to do that for now.
    7.  Smile and go ahead without desperation.

    Juan
