Diseñando un Workflow me aparece este mensaje: "Activities can not based on Service Calls".
Quiero que eI workflow cree automaticamente una Actividad de la Llamada de Servicio previa.
Es verdad que no se puede hacer un 'Copiar A ' o un 'Copiar desde' entre estos dos objetos. Pero si que es verdad que cuando creamos una llamada de Servicio clicando con el botón derecho sobre la pestaña "Actividades" puedes establecer una relación entre ambas. Esto es lo que intento conseguir.
¿Sabés si es posible hacerlo a través de los workflows?

Asociar una actividad a una oportunida de ventas

¿como puedo asociar una actividad a una oportunidad de venta?, hay un botón de "actividades relacionadas" que no sé cuando se activa. Adjunto un pantallazo. Muchas Gracias

Jorge, las actividades las puedes crear en el momento de ingresar las etapas, ahi hay un campo que se llama operaciones das clic en la flecha que te aparece y ahi podras ingresar la actividad, ya cuando hayas ingresado mas de una se habilitara el boton de actividades relacionadas el cual te dara un listado de las actividades que has relacionado con la oportunidad.

Estimados,
Alguno me puede explicar o ampliar informacion de cual es la funcionalidad de la Actividad (tarea), o para que aplica ?
He probado con los demàs (llamada, reunion, nota, otros), estas me generan alarmas asignadas a un usuario, pero no logro entender para que sirve o que aplicabilidad tiene la Tarea, ya que tampoco aparece en el calendario(al igual que la nota) en la fecha programada, y su nomnre me dà la idea de poder asignar a un usuario que en una fecha y hora programada debe ejecutar una tarea especifica....

Si mal no recuerdo, este tipo de actividad, etá relacionada con las tareas que se sincronizan con el Outlook, a través del Add-on outlook integration.
Servirían para registrar las tareas que se crean, relacionadas con Socios de Negocio.

Estimados:
Alguien sabe como puedo obtener una auditoria de todas las actividades o movimientos que realizan los usuarios en SAP.

Adjunto respuesta del foro SAP en español que encontre...
esos datos se pueden extraer de la transacción SM20, si es que los logs se están guardando y además tienes limite de fechas, es decir que solo de algun tiempo atrás. Por ejemplo, en el cliente donde yo trabajé, tenia el log de auditoría (SM20) con un historial de 15 días nada más. El actual ni siquiera lo tiene activado.
Para ver cuáles transacciones ejecuto, lo puedes hacer a través de la trx ST03N. Tenés que ponerlo en modo experto, elegir el servidor y luego la fecha de la que querés, día, mes, etc. Ahí podés ver qué transacciones ejecutó tal usuario o que usuarios ejecutaron tal transacción, utilizando el menu de abajo a la derecha.

In my BPM development, i'm trying to automatize the email notifications, based on due process periods. Also, I need to inform, based on the delay, some other participants that escalates the alarm message.
Is it possible to do it using an "E-Mail Notification" component that can be reused during all the process, even that the interval conditions and informed users varies upon each activity.
Is there another way to solve it?

En mi desarrollo BPM requiero automatizar el proceso de envio de email, al caducar ciertas actividades. Basado en ello, el tiempo de caducidad varia de acuerdo a cada actividad y al usuario, ya que varian tanto los intervalos de aviso, como los correos y su escalamiento en caso de demoras mayores a lo solicitado.
Pienso que es posible tomar un procedimiento especializado que permita ser reutilizado en este y otros proyectos, a pesar de que requiera parametrizar tanto los usuarios "base" y "escalados", como los intervalos de alarmas, durante el proceso.
¿ Existe otra forma de realizarlo?

I think I understand what you're after. I think you want to use the same escalation logic for all of your processes and instead of embedding this in every process you want something reusable. If this is not the case, read no further.
While you can do this, there are still going to be 5 things each process would still need to have inside of them:
<li> your process would need to set the "deadline" predefined variable to the intial timeout (2 hours in the future in your example)
<li> your process would need an Exeption Handler needs to be added with an Exception transition set to "Instance Expiration"
<li> your process would need an Integer instance variable "alertLevel" to keep track of the current level
<li> your process would need a String instance variable "currentlyAssignedTo" to keep track of who's supervisor you want to notify
<li> your process would need an Automatic activity with one line of logic inside it.
You could have the Exception transition leaving the Exception Handler activity go to a subprocess using a Subflow activity. This subprocess would send the emails, determine the new deadline interval, determine the new priority of the instance, look up the currently assigned user, manager and supervisor's email addresses and send the email(s). The subflow would have two input argument variables (alertLevelArg and currentlyAssignedToArg). In the Begin activity, these arguments would be mapped to corresponding instance variables. Inside this subprocess there would be an automatic with the logic to send the email to the user / manager / supervisor based on the alertLevel instance variable. This subprocess would pass back out through its output argument variables the new alertLevelArg, and new deadline (a time argument variable set to some time in the future based on the new alert's level).
Once the instance in the called subprocess completes, the output arguments need to be mapped to the original process's "alertLevel" and "deadline" variable. From the Subflow activity, you'd have an unconditional activity that flows into an Automatic activity via an unconditional transition. This automatic activity would have the single line of logic "action = BACK" so the instance is sent back from the Exception Hanldler's flow back to the activity inside the process it was in when the Instance Expiration exception occurred.
Avoid hard coding the values of "2" and "5" and "8" for the number of hours to have elapse inside your logic. Instead make them business parameters capable of being edited by an business owner.

Database link to SQL Server Init error

Problems with webdav

I encountered problems when the path is too long.
Try limiting the path to less than 200 characters. I also suggest reading up on good naming conventions for files and folders. Avoid spaces and reserved characters. I know Oracle and Microsoft try to be fool-proof in this aspect, but by doing so they also perpetuate poor file/folder naming conventions for those who aren't aware of the concept.

Skype keeps crashing for no reason.

Hi everyone!
I've been using skype for quite a long time now and I've never had a single problem until today. This morning, when I tried to chat with my friends, Skype would stop responding. Of course I thought it was a one-time issue but then it became impossible for me to remain in Skype for more than a few seconds.
I have already tried everything I could find from other people with the same problem and nothing seemed to help. From uninstalling using some program called "Revo Uninstaller", to updating flash and my drivers. I'm starting to think I'm helpless already.
I'm using Windows 7 and I downloaded the lastest version of Skype today. I read that leaving this from my event logger would help so I'm gonna go ahead and put it here (sorry it's in Spanish but I think the people from Technical Support will get it. I can translate everything though if you need):

Go to Windows Start and in the Run box type dxdiag.exe and press the OK button. This will start the DirectX diagnostics program. Run this diagnostics and save the results to a file. Please, attach this file to your post.

Spain: Statutory forms for the Spanish Government Fiscal Authority

We are implementing FI in several
Spanish companies. Our client has requested to produce directly from SAP some fiscal statutory forms for the Spanish Government Fiscal Authority, and they need to produce them in the exact format that the fiscal authority request. We mean that our client wants SAP to print a form that can be sent directly to the Spanish Fiscal Authority.
We have made a research (help.sap.com, OSS notes) in order to identify what of those forms are produced (or may be produced) and printed directly from SAP, and for what of those forms SAP just produce a report with the information needed but NOT in the exact format that the Spanish Fiscal Authority request.
We have also propose our client to send the information with an txt file produced by SAP, but they request not only the DME but also to produce the form directly from SAP for some companies.
We will really appreciate if you can tell us if SAP can produce the exact format that Spanish Government request for the followings tax statutory forms:
·     300 - Régimen General. Declaración Trimestral. We know that S_ALR_87100833 is used for that form, but we need to know if SAP printout is valid for the Spanish Tax Authority.
·     320 - Grandes Empresas. Declaración mensual. We know that S_ALR_87100833 is used for that form, but we need to know if SAP printout is valid for the Spanish Tax Authority.
·     349 - Declaración recapitulativa de operaciones intracomunitarias. We know that S_ALR_87012403 is used for that form, but we need to know if SAP printout is valid for the Spanish Tax Authority.
·     390 - Declaración resumen anual I.V.A. We know that S_ALR_87100833 is used for that form, but we need to know if SAP printout is valid for the Spanish Tax Authority.

Have you read the SAP note 929649? It explains how to send model 347 via internet.
We send 347 and 349 files via internet and it works. About the other models that you ask for, we generate the information with the report and complete it in the web site manually.
We have another problem with the 347 model, some customers that send us invoices with IVA soportado and in this model, the system checks if it is a customer and appears as IVA repercutido. The program doesn't check the type of task, check only if it is a customer or vendor.

I know wich is the problem but I don´t know how to solve it, I will apreciate any help, thanks in advance.

SQL Developer may not recognise the date formats in your EXCEL so you need to tell it what it is. Check and note the value of the date column in the EXCEL file, then use the date format in the Map Source Data to Existing Table section in SQL Developer during the Import Data dialog.
For example. if the data in EXCEL is 22-JUN-09. Select the column in the above mentioned section and enter DD-MON-RR (or DD-MON-YY) in the Date Format before klicking Next to Verify. This should work perfectly.
