Activity Unit on Sales Order

Hi,
I'm currently viewing a sales order with an AU unit of measure for Qty 8, for example. How can i view the activity unit breakdown. For example, in a purcase order i can view the activity unit breakdown, just not sure how to in a sales order. I go into item detail view, but don't see anything for each of the activity units.
Thanks, Erik

  • Delta CIF activation for the sales orders

    HI,
I am running in the background all teh master data models between R3 and APO, and updating the stocks for the new items as well.
Should I run (generate and activate delta) periodically the sales order integration model?
    Thanks a lot

You'll need to execute /CFM1 and /CFM2 whenever you have NEW RELEVANT MATERIALS for the SCM.
When you have this, you can generate a new version of the already active IM and activate it via /CFM2. This will transfer only the newly created materials.
After this, you'll need to run the same operations for your transaction data, since the existing /CFM1 selection and active IM do not include these materials.
My recommendation is that you schedule a daily or weekly job for the involved objects. This is the sequence SAP recommends you to run:
Suggestion for the Structure of the Master Data Integration Model
The following objects should each be grouped together in a separate integration model and activated in the sequence given:
           1.      ATP Customizing and product allocation Customizing
           2.      Plant (plant + distribution centers)
           3.      Classes and characteristics
           4.      Material masters
           5.      Networks
           6.      Maintenance orders
           7.      MRP areas + material masters for MRP areas
           8.      Planning product (this is a special case, see 'Transfer of Data Changes' for more information)
           9.      Availability check
       10.      Product allocation
       11.      Customer and vendor data (these may need to be separated. See below, Suggestion for the Structure of Transaction Data Integration Model, Stocks)
       12.      Work centers (this is a special case, see 'Transfer of Data Changes')
       13.      Production process model (this is a special case, see 'Transfer of Data Changes')
       14.      Delivery schedules, contracts, and purchasing info records (this is a special case, see 'Transfer of Data Changes')
Suggestion for the Structure of the Transaction Data Integration Model
The following objects should each be grouped together in a separate integration model and activated in the sequence given:
           1.      Stocks (if you hold special stocks at the customer or vendor, the relevant customer or vendor must be contained in the same integration model)
           2.      Sales orders (contains sales orders, deliveries, scheduling agreements, quotations, and customer independent requirements)
           3.      Purchase orders and purchase requisitions
           4.      Production/process orders + planned orders (these may need to be separated). These have to be activated before production campaigns
           5.      Manual reservations and planned independent requirements
           6.      Production campaigns + process/planned orders
           7.      Shipments
This was extracted from the following help.sap.com address: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_scm50/helpdata/en/74/d67237902ae147e10000009b38f842/content.htm
Create a new job in /SM36.
Steps should include, for each object:
    a) RIMODGEN - IM creation
    b) RIMODAC2 - IM activation
Since you'll be running this job periodically, it's nice to also add to your job report RIMODDEL, that delete the useless old inactive versions of the IMs from table CIF_IMOD.
I hope this answered your question!

  • Different Weight Unit in Sales Order

    Dear Experts
We are doing a Global Rollouts for Europe and Americas on a common System .
My Clients is using same Sales unit for Europe and Americas but has a requirement to have Sales Order and Purchase  Order Weight Unit as Kilo Gram for European Sales / Purchase Organization and Weight Unit as Pound for American Sales / Purchase Organization .
As Weight Unit is associated with Unit of Measurement then wanted to know how can we achieve different Weight Units for different Sales Organization . Customer and Vendor for European and Americas region will be different .
    With Regards
    Rohit

    Hi,
When you sell the same material for different company codes, there should a material view of the respective sales organisation/distribution channel combination. For this combination, when the material is extended, please maintain the sales unit of measure.
Also in Additional data (You can go here by clicking the additional data button at the top left of the material master), in alternate unit of measurement (second tab), you can maintain the unit conversion between all the sales units to weight in KGs. Thus you can handle the requirement of converting any sales unit to weight in kgs.
    Hope this helps

  • Activating Pricing for Sales Order in Retail

    Hi All/Vijay/KK,
Please tell me how activate the pricing for sales order, actually in SD we do Pricing Determination, what has to be done for Retail pricing

    Hi,
    To do sales order pricing
    Goto IMG>Sales & Distribution>Basic Functions>Pricing>Pricing Control
Either Follow Standard, condition type PR00
    or in case of Custom
    1. Use condition table 406 Site/article
    2. Define Access Sequences ZPR0
    Enter accesses:10 406 Site/article Exclusive x
    3. Define Condition Types (ZPR0 assign newly defined access sequence)
    4. Define And Assign Pricing Procedures (assign condition types ZPR0..etc. to it)
Then maintain condition record , go to VK11 --> Enter your Z condition type (eg. ZPR0)., enter the amounts.
Add the pricing procedure , to sales document type.
    For Retail Sales Pricing
For Retail Sales Pricing based on Purchase pricing you can follow the following method:
The retail price is always based on the purchase net/net price. This purchase net price is built up from the purchasing pricing elements or condition types defined to be included in the purchase net price. A planned mark-up is applied to the purchase net/net to calculate the proposed retail price. The planned mark-up can be set by merchandise category and for exceptions, more specifically by article.
You can perform Two-step calculation for retail pricing, for example, for stores that are supplied by a distribution center (internal vendor). Calculating sales prices for the stores is based on the transfer price for distribution centers (preceding organizational unit).
    1. Set up Master Data (WB02) - Relevant Fields should be maintained
    2. Set up Article Master Data - Logistics DC and Store View (MM42)
    Relevant Fields should be maintained
    3. Maintain Mark up for DC(VK11) -Markup % at Distribution channel distribution chain level
Mark ups maintained at two levels:
For DC: At distribution chain level
    Condition type used: AUFS
    For Stores: At article level
    New condition type ZUFS created.
    4. Maintain Mark up for Stores (VK11) Markup % at Store distribution chain level
5 Create Pricing Procedures (IMG) -Pricing Procedures created
    6. Carry out Price calculation for DC(VKP5) - Pricing Document created - DC Transfer price calculated
    7. Carry out Price calculation for Stores (VKP5) - Pricing Document created - Final Retail Price Calculated
The final retail price that is calculated is stored in the condition type VKP0.
    Hope it helps,
    Regards,
    Anirban Roy

  • ATP check active when creating sales order - want to deactivate

    Hello experts,
at the time we created a sales order, the checking group for availability check in the master data of an article was "02" (Individual requirements). However, this was a master data error, as the correct setting for this article is "KP" (No check). We have changed this setting in the article master, but now we have a problem with the delivery, as we can not confirm the required quantity in the desired date. The ATP check says we have no availability (based on the wrong master data existing during the creation of the order), but we need to override this check.
Is ther any way of "overriding" the ATP check of the article in our sales order, thus taking into account the "KP" (no check) setting?
Thank you very much in advance.
    Kind regards.
    Marcos

Have you actually created the delivery yet? If not, you can use the following path to deactivate the ATP check during delivery:
    > SPRO
      > Logistics Execution
        > Availability Check & Transfer of Requirements
          > Availability Check
            > Determine procedure for Each Delivery Item Category
Perhaps turning of the ATP check temporarily shall help overcome the issue.

    JVP,
MV45AFZZ this is the include which is trigger while creating SO.
use  FORM USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION   to write code.
your code look like if sy-tcode = 'VA01'.
    update field.

  • Having 2 condition type discounts show as active in the sales order.

1 condition type discount has value 0%
2 condition type discount has value 31%.
Both are showing green and being active.
once I place a digit intead of the 0%   Ex: 29% then the 2nd condition then becomes inactive and works fine.
What the user would like is to have that 0% as being inactive. Its inactive only when putting a digit greater then 0%. We would like it to be inactive on 0% as well.

    Hey Kookie
I think I gave a bit of a confusing scenerio before. Pretty much in the conditions you can have many condition discounts. But one will be active and all the others then become inactive. If this is the case that 0% should then automatically become inactive as well.
I will give u the config of how it looks in the pricing procedure.
Step 101, Counter 0, condition type Z949, Description Material grp discount, /// Manual, Required, Statistic none of these are checked. Print=X, Requirement 2=item with pricing, condition formula=0, bastype=0, acct key=ers.

  • Maxium number of total delivery units in a sales order

Is there a way to check the maxium number of delivery units in a sales order without writing code?
    This to image this:
In the Material Master I have this situation
    Material 1 Master 50CS = 1 delivery unit
    Material 2 Master 70CS = 1 delivery unit
    Material 3 Master 80CS = 1 delivery unit
In Sales order, If the user try to save an order with total quantity > 3 delivery unites  , I want to raise an message, … For example “Maximum number of pallet exceed”.
How Can I do? How can I raise this message, without  writing code? Is there a way to check the maxium number of TOTALS delivery unites  in a sales order.
I would like to check the TOTAL DELIVERY UNITS, not only the delivery units referred to each material.
    Thank in advance.
    Best regards

How can I raise this message, without  writing code?
Without an ABAP coding in sale order user exit, this is definitely NOT possible.

  • To update the status of the Sale Order through Pl/sql(backend)

    Hi folks.
May I how to alter the status of Sale Order from 'Entered' to 'Awaiting for Approval' when the sale order was booked. After approval only it needs to change into 'BOOKED'.
    Requirement Scenaria as follows:
    Activity Status
    1) Sale Order Creation Entered
    2) Booking the Sale Order Awaiting For Approval
    3) After Approved 'Booked'
    or
    4) After Rejected Rejected --- should not be available for pick and ship.
Please tell me the solution to alter the status and I had already tried both normal update statement and update through sale order API.Both didnt work.
kindly find me an appropriate solution
Note:I had already altered the OE order header workflow to go for approval when Sale order booked
    Thanks in advance

Apparently, your Sales Order Type has Approval Workflow associated. Have the approver approve it from the Notifications window. Alternatively have a script to approve the workflow with userid as the approver's, in order for approval and booking.
In case of forced Booking, use OE_ORDER_PUB.PROCESS_ORDER API to pass the Order Details along with BOOKED_FLAG='Y' and FLOW_STATUS_CODE='BOOKED'.
    let me know,

  • Sales order - KOFK account determination - incompletion procedure

    Hi Gurus,
i am a little bit confused and need help!
When I am creating a sales order (free of charge) and assign a WBS Element i get the message in the imcompletion routine that the account for type KOFK is missing.
I know where to maintain this but I am confused, because if i don't assign a WBS Element there is no account determination!!
Why is there an account determination when i use WBS Elements and no account determination when using no WBS Elements. This is in the sales order only.
I also want to deactivate the account determination for WBS Elements in Sales Order.
    Can someone help me?
    Thanks in advance

    Hi Yoganand,
sorry for writting so late - i was in vacation the last 2 weeks
I had a lot of discussion about this with an FI/CO Consultant - first he also didn't know, but after some more discussion he could remember from a former project that this is standard when there is a planing relevanz for the wbs-element.
An WBS-Element can not only cause costs (through orders, etc.)  which are planned, it can also cause proceeds (through sales orders) which also have to be planned.
And thats why the account determination for KOFK is active in the sales order when typing in a WBS element. So the whole accounting procedure is due to the planning of costs/proceeds within the element. For reporting purposes you need both costs and proceeds.
