Add custom fields in check status

Hi Gurus,
Please help me out in this. My requirement is I need to add two custiom fields in the check status (bbpsc04) and based on the values entered in the custom fields I need to search for the shopping carts.
Please let me know how to add two fields in the check status and fetch the data based on the values entered in the custom fields.

Hi Andy,
first you need to make the customer fields for the shopping cart (header or item level) I assume that's already done.
Now to add the customer fields to the <u>extended</u> search you need to do the following:
1. Define the customer field in include:
a. SC HEADER INCL_EEW_PD_SEARCH_HDR_CSF_SC  
OR
b. SC ITEM INCL_EEW_PD_SEARCH_ITM_CSF_SC
you have to set fields XINPUT and XDISPLAY to 'X' in table ET_FIELDS for the fields you want to use in BADI BBP_CUF_BADI_2 in method MODIFY_SCREEN. The fields defined this way are displayed if you choose the 'Extended search' link.

    my customer wants me to put a new customer button on the check status web screen at item level which is supposed to work like the print button.
    so if i want to integrate this customer button do i have to modify the screen and html template? as far as i know there is no customer exit for this?!

    Addition of button can only be done through ITS Template change.Please look in the Internet services say - BBP_BID_INV (for Bid Invitations) Or for service - BBPSC01 (shopping cart) for the exact template in whcih you want to add the button</b>
    <b>You have to define a new button in the screen and in the template. Then assign to it an OK_CODE and manage it in the PBO of the screen.</b>
    There is no BADI which can do this as this is not a SAP funtionality. You need to do a little bit of research on this to get the job done.
    <b>As a start step, You can use the BADIs - BBP_CUF_BADI and  BBP_CUF_BADI_2 to change the display from customer-defined fields to the SAP standard screen. This BAdI enables you to control whether the fields can be edited, and how they are displayed.</b>
    MODIFY_SCREEN method will Show/hide field display and restrict edit options.

    i have a created a Custom approval workflow using SharePoint Designer 2010. This is two steps approval WF, All i did put the variable "CancelonRejection" Value "Yes" and one Approval action with 2 different users as Serial. Right now
    Status, Requested by, Consolidated comments and comment fields are available on the approval form. Now i want to add some fields with radio buttons on Approval Form, so that 1st approver can select those radio/check box. Once 1st approver will approved this
    then display all the values on 2nd approver approval from or send email to 2nd approver along with all the information from 1st approver.

    According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted to customize Approval Form to add custom fields using SharePoint Designer.
    In the SharePoint Designer, you can customize the task form.
    Here is a great article for your reference:

    However, every task can only have one task form.
    That is to say, the two approvors will have the same task form.
    As a workaround, I recommend to customzie the task form using InfoPath.
    You can create different view for the approvors.
    You need to add form load rules to swich views based on the approvors.

    then click on  "Metadata for Fields of Substructures and Table-Like Enhancements"  
    add the below entry
    Bus. Object Set Type  : I am trying 7 and 29
    Structure Field Name  : ZZfield
    Bus. Object Type       : BUS2121/BUS2201
    Set Level                    : Item
    Field Visible :  Check box should be checked
    Field Enable :  check box should be checked

    Please create a enchancement for component  /SAPSRM/WDC_UI_DO_SHIPTO.
    Add new input field and label in view V_DODC_SHIPTO.
    Bind the input field value with field ZZfield from structure  /SAPSRM/WDC_UI_DO_SHIPTO in the context node SHIP_TO .

    To create/update the customer fields in automated processes you can use the standard SAP BAPI:

    refering to the notes 458591 an 672960, in order to add custom field at item level, we get the structure INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF.
    But this doesnt make it appear on the "Shopping Cart Monitor Report" selection screen.
    So should I try adding it in the existing interface of the badi bbp_sc_mon ?

Is it possible to change the interface of the badi method to  include more data if we want to check the role of the user who is executing the shopping cart monitor report and accordingly do the settings of field display ? Or calling a function module inside the method to get the attributes of sy-uname would be easier?

  • Add custom field column in VL03N main screen

    Hi,
    We added a new field to LIPS via an append structure but would like it to appear in the main screen next to the quantity.  I keep reading about transaction variants and SHD0 but nothing I see there helps me know how to change the order or contents of the columns.  How can I get my custom field into the display as an additional column/field?  If SHD0 is the answer, please provide some specific steps on how to add columns to the table control as everything I've found is very vague.
    The field is now in LIPSVB, but it is not in LIPSD.  Not sure if that matters.

       For adding fields at the item level to VL01N Transaction you can use the BADI LE_SHP_TAB_CUST_ITEM.
    I dont think it is a good idea to add fields right next to the standard fields in the transaction. A separate tab should be created which will include all the customer fields.
    Check the documentation of this BADI for more details. If you want this field only in VL03N transaction then you can implement the BADI accordingly so that it triggers only for VL03N transaction.

  • Have to add custom fields to transaction KS01,

    have to create a new field for cost centre KS01 transaction. In the documentation of exit EXIT_SAPLKMA1_001 it is mentioned that we have to create the new field in CSKS_CI structure. After this, the new field has to be added in the screen.
    This exit is used by program SAPLKMA1 in 2 screens 0399 and 3999. But, these screens are not used anywhere (I checked from the where-used list). In these 2 screens, there is a call customer-subscreen line. If i want to create this subscreen it asks for access key.
    Is there any way that i can create a subscreen and attach it to the standard transaction. Please suggest if there is any other ways to do the same.
    I have done all the standard procedure creating project activating exists. Only issue is how do i create a screen to add custom fields as it is asking access key. Is there any config that i have to do?

    yes, you actually have to create at least dynpro 0999. You can do that via transaction CMOD, double click on the screen exit and use the screen painter.
    It should not be necessary to enter an access key when you implement it in a customer project.
    The example coding from your CMOD modification shows you the minimal coding you have to implement to actually use your new fields.

    To add the above fields on the screen, open the component configuration of the required screen.
    Enhance the same and add the fields from the respective Node.
    You did not worry about saving the data, once the fields are placed on the screen it will get save on click of save/ on event of save.

    Ravi,
    Which extra field do you want to add or see?  Without specifying the field, it is difficult for one to tell you precisely whether you need a custom field or just change the layout to get the standard one.
    There are so many fields which exists but are not displayed when you execute 2KEE. You need to change the layout selections to your preference.
    Nonetheless, if the field you want to add does not already exist, then yes you can do customization.  Is there a customization requirement? No. But remember, you are making changes to SAP Standard program which will no longer be supported by SAP should in the case an issue arise in the future related to this very program.
    Have your abaper add the said field in the program or why not just create a query to pull the report?

    try going into edit->enhancement operations->create.  this will allow up to add your customized field.

    I run a small business from my mac pro and my iphone. I would like to get a good workflow but it seems I am missing a few bits of information.
    First I would like to add custom fields to ical so that I can gather all the information I need in one spot. For example, I create a meeting with new client Tim Smith on Friday so I want to enter his name and contact info into ical because I need his address and phone number on the event so I can reference it.
    Then I would like to find a way to automatically create a contact card based on that information. If I can find an apple script that reads the fields in Ical and creates new contacts based on new events that I created.
    Then I would like to automate extracting the email addresses to send out preformed group mailers for people who were in my calendar that day ie "Thanks for meeting with me, I think we got a lot accomplished and hope to see you at the next meeting." etc etc
    Then also automate reports based off of my ical events such as "Report for how many times I had a meeting in the Blue Room this week" or "How many times did I meet with Timothy Smith"  this year
    I have tried automator and it doesn't seem strong enough to do this so I am thinking AppleScript but I am not very good at it. Anyone have any ideas on any of these issues?
