Add Expanded Glossary to Table in RH 6

After I have entered expanded glossary texts to about 3 or 4
words, I get a message "RoboHelp HTML Application has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for this inconvenience."
My system shuts down, and when I reopen RH--even though I save
after every entry--I find that the last 1 or 2 additions I made
have not been saved and have to reenter them. Does RH have a limit
as to how many expanded glossary texts can be used in a topic?
Normally, I would only use a maximum of 3 in a topic and thus I
have never had a problem. In this case, however, users have
requested the definition be accessible immediately rather than
having to go to the glossary. So, I am trying to accommodate them.
Does anyone know what I can do to overcome this problem?

I have already clicked and dragged the rows to a specific height (by eyeing it, not by entering values). I want a new row while preserving the heights of the previous rows. If I do it your way, then the next time I Add Row Below, the rows shrink and are no longer the height at which I specified. I would then have to re-enter the height in the inspector. This takes a while if I want rows of different heights. Also, since I made the row heights by eye, I would first have to write down all the row heights before adding a row. Then after adding a row (and thereby shrinking all the rows), I would then have to re-enter the heights I wrote down to get the table the way it was before.
I just want a way to append one row to the bottom of an existing table without altering the table at all. Keep in mind that each row may be a different height, and that I don't know what number corresponds to each row height.

    Hi. You can do it using an AnchorPane:
    AnchorPane.setBottomAnchor(comboBox, 40.0);
    AnchorPane.setLeftAnchor(comboBox, 12.0);
    The complete  example :
    import java.util.List;
    import javafx.application.Application;
    import javafx.beans.property.SimpleStringProperty;
    import javafx.collections.FXCollections;
    import javafx.collections.ListChangeListener;

  • Is there a way to add rows to a table in a fillable PDF?

    I have created a fillable form, but the table I've created only has 9 rows. I'd like to be able to expand the rows on demand. If they're needed, then the user could add rows to the table as needed. It's an expense form, so the rows need to be there when there are multiple expenses, but not there when there are only a few expenses. Any/all help is appreciated. Thanks!

    here's more background infomation... I have some audits setup on my database for one of my users. Every quarter I have an automated job that runs that creates a usage/statics report for this person using data in aud$. at the end of the job I export the aud$ table and truncate it. However last quarter I found that there was a mistake in my report and my export did not run properly thus my audit data was gone. i also have full datapump exports that run daily but found that aud$ was not there. so that is why I thought I'd like to include sys.aud$ in the full datapump exports.
    i understand why other sys tables would be left out of a full export but aud$ data cannot be reproduced so to me it makes sense to include it in a full export.
    don't worry, we run our true backups using rman which is eventually how I got the aud$ data back by creating a copy of my database up until the time of the truncate. however this was quite time consuming.

  • How to add a column in table control

    Hi ,
       Can any one tell me how to add a column in table control? My requirement is to add two columns ( custom fields ) into table control ( It is a standard program). I have added the column in the table and also in the table control. But when I am running the standard program, The newly added column is not there. But I have added in the perticular screen. Change is not reflected.
       Can anyone help me on this please.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Lakshmi.

    Hi,
    Ensure the following :
    1. After adjusting the database, you`ll have to use the database utility and activate the table.
    2. If you have changed the standard screen, in tcode se80 -- right click on the program and click activate all. This activates all objects related to that program.
    Now execute the program.
    Reward if helpful.

    plz help me regarding this
    send me ur queries to [email protected]

    You will need to add some extra rows to the internal table that your table is displaying.  Use a program node to append additional rows with a key but no argument.
    Alternaively a template may me more suitable for your requirement than a table.
    Finally, please do not include you e-mail address in your question.  Your question and the answers provided to it are for the benefit of everyone in the Community.

    Yes, we can.
    I think the best place for you to start for this is the NI Developer Zone.  I recommend beginning with these tutorials I found by searching on "data log rio".  There were more than just these few that might be relevant to your project but I'll leave that for you to decide.
    NI Compact RIO Setup and Services ->  http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/11394

    These will probably give you links to more topics/tutorials/examples that can help you design and implement your target system.

  • How to add index to PSA table?

    Hi , Experts
    as title, I want to add index to PSA table.
    my scenario is as below:
    We have already initialized 2LIS_03_BF with NOT  blcok business user(it's due to our company could not stop R/3 system, anyway), so there are 6 years data in the PSA table, it's very huge records in PSA more than 48 million records, because of we NOT stop R/3 business during initialization, so I have to search some common data  between delta records and full records(it's due to this common data contain duplicate record, I need find them and delete the duplicate record and make sure the data is correct).
    This is mean The selection is too expensive as it has to look for more than five thousand delta record between more than 48 million full records. fow now  I have already tigger this search job use a program, but it's still run for 7 days, still not finished yet, it drive me crazy.  so I mean if I can create a index for PSA table, and this action will drive the above compare work more quickly than before? or have any other way for my scenario?
    Thanks in advance.
    Best Regards,
    Bruce

    Hi,
    See the PSA Name in RSTSODS table and then in SE11 you can create Index. But the load will become slow if you don't drop the Index.
    Use 2LIS_03_BX, 2LIS_03_BF, 2LIS_03_UM to 0IC_C03 Cube and design the report.
    Use :See the steps how to load the data to 0IC_C03.
    Treatment of historical full loads with Inventory cube
    Setting up material movement/inventory with limit locking time
    If it is BI 7 then for BX in in DTP in Extraction Tab you need to select Extacrion mode = NON-Cumulative option.

  • Add Row in Advanced table

    Hi,
    I need to create a row while click on the button Add Another in a table.
    Can any body help on this.
    Regards,
    Eswar

    Hi Eswar,
    You can achieve this through declarative approach or else through coding.
    Here are two ways i am suggesting. you can use any of them.
    For creating a new row in advancedTable you have two options.
    First is to right click on advancedTable-->New-->footer
    Now right click on tableFooter1-->New-->addTableRow
    Set the following properties for addTableRow1
    Add Rows Label : Add Row
    Rows to Add : 1
    Insert rows automatically : True
    Second option is you create a submit button and in pfr method of controller use below code.
    public void processFormRequest(OAPageContext pageContext, OAWebBean webBean)
    super.processFormRequest(pageContext, webBean);
    if(pageContext.getParameter("ID of Add Row Submit Button") != null)
    OAApplicationModule am = pageContext.getApplicationModule(webBean);
    OAViewObject vo = (OAViewObject)am.findViewObject("VO Instance Name");
    if(vo != null)
    vo.last();

  • Cannot add column to flexible table when ddl autocommit is off using Procedure

    Hello All,
    Through procedure I am trying to insert data into the target(EX_92) table(with schema flexibility)
    Source table data
    ID
    PRODUCT_CODE
    PRODUCT_NAME
    PRICE
    COLOR
    TYPE
    1
    1
    rugg
    101.22
    2
    1
    rugg
    101.22
    3
    2
    book
    200.32
    BLUE
    Y
    Target table QUERY
    drop table EX_P2;
    CREATE COLUMN TABLE EX_P2(
    ID INTEGER PRIMARY KEY,
    PRODUCT_CODE VARCHAR(3),
    PRODUCT_NAME NVARCHAR(20),
    PRICE DECIMAL(5,2)
    ) WITH SCHEMA FLEXIBILITY;
    Procedure to insert above records with additional columns into the target table(EX_P2)
    Procedure
    drop procedure "DS_O1"."PROC";
    create procedure "DS_O1"."PROC"(IN max_value INTEGER, IN schema_name varchar(40), IN table_name varchar(40), IN column_list varchar(400))
    LANGUAGE SQLSCRIPT  AS
    BEGIN
    DECLARE maxid integer :=0;
    DECLARE INSERT_STR VARCHAR(1000) :='';
    select max(ID) into maxid from "DS_O1"."EX_P2";
    select :maxid from dummy;
    INSERT_STR :='insert into "' || 'DS_O1' ||'"."EX_P2" ('||:column_list||') (select ' ||:column_list||'
      FROM "'||:schema_name||'"."'||:table_name||'"' || ' where  ID  >' || :max_value  || ')';
    EXECUTE immediate(:INSERT_STR);
    END;
    Now while executing above procedure
    CALL "DS_O1"."PROC" ( 0, 'DS_O1', 'TMP_EXL2','ID,PRODUCT_CODE,PRODUCT_NAME,PRICE,COLOR,STATUS,TYPE');
    I am getting the following error
    Could not execute 'CALL "DS_O1"."PROC" ( 0, 'DS_O1', 'TMP_EXL2','ID,PRODUCT_CODE,PRODUCT_NAME,PRICE,COLOR,STATUS,TYPE')' in 23 ms 564 µs .

    Hi Rajnish,
    I had the same issue. For what it’s worth I was able to do a workaround basically creating all the columns when I create the table. The following code works for me to create the table which is just a matrix with one Integer column as the key and the rest as type Double.
    It is not ideal in all scenarios because the table columns cannot be added dynamically via a procedure at a later point. This table has 27K columns now
    Of course one of the advantages of a flex table would be programmatically adding columns dynamically. This works, but maybe there is still a way to add columns dynamically from a procedure, and someone else can advise.
    Apparently dynamically adding columns via procedures may have some "minor" limitations due to the need to compile the procedure with knowledge of the flex table DDL. But again, hopefully someone knows another solution.
    Best regards,
    Mark
