Add-On Start using Add-On Manager, show a timeout message but runs.

Question

Hi,
All the time that our addOn is running, if I go to the Add-On Manager it appears with status failed and we can't stop it thru the manager (with the Stop button).
Some knows how to inform SBO that the addOn is running (any method call, etc.)
