Added dynamic text; How do I stop variable name from showing?

I am creating a simple game for kids. On the first page, I added an "input text" field for their first name. I called the variable firstname.
When they move to the next page, I used a "dyanamic text" field so I can call them by name on this page. It works. However, When I test the game, on the first page, where the firstname is input, it shows _level0.firstname instead of just a blank space for them to input their name.
I know I fixed this in the past and it was something simple, but I can't remember how to do it. I'd appreciate anyone's help!

Beginning with Flash MX (version 6), you assign the text field an instance name using the Property inspector. Although you can use the variable name method with dynamic text fields for backwards compatibility to Flash 5 and earlier versions, Macromedia doesn't recommend this, because you can't control other text field properties, or apply style sheet settings

that assumption does not take into account privacy from friends in close proximity... phone is screen up on the table at dinner, i get a text from someone, it lights up and others at the table instinctively look, seeing who is texting me. This is a problem. A jealous girlfriend/boyfriend could react simply to seeing another girl/boys name (could be completely innocent).
it has led to changing the contact name in the phone since there is no way to stop it showing up, putting the phone face down defeats the purpose of notifications at all (especially in loud places where the sound or vibration cannot be heard)

How do i stop my tabs from showing in cantonese language?

i was searching for a cantonese film a few weeks ago just after the last update, i accidentally skipped the update information part. and now my tabs keep changing to cantonese to the point where i can click on my tabs, open new ones or cross off them normally, i have tried uninstalling firefox and reinstalling it, i have even tried installing the british language pack, but nothing seems to be working, this is really annoying and i can find no way of stopping it. please can you tell me how i can fix this as i do not wish to use any other browser. I have an iPhone 4. I do not want Voice Memos to pass through to the iPod app. I really don't want them in iTunes either, but I can live with that I suppose. In iTunes, in the iPhone section, under the Music tab, "Include Voice Memos" is NOT checked. However, after I record new voice memos, the next time I sync, they go into iTunes and right into the iPod app. Then when I'm playing the "Recently Added " playlist (my new music), I hear my voice ("And here is my recap of today's marketing meeting") which I do NOT want to hear in iPod. This is very strange! I have the LG G2 phone and my text messages do not go to my email. What text messaging application applications are you using? Are all text messages going to your email or only those from certain contacts? I use Verizon Messages http://bit.ly/13rcZfv and all my messages flow very nice. When I watch a video with Mozilla Firefox on sites like YouTube, Google Video or Bing Video in full screen the taskbar shows at the bottom of my screen and doesn't disappear like it does in Internet Explorer. How do I watch videos in full screen without the taskbar showing? It's not a website problem, it's not a Windows problem, it only does this on Mozilla Firefox's browser. All three websites play perfect full screen video on the Internet Explorer browser with no taskbar showing at the bottom..

a) Right-click on the desktop area, click on "Personalize" then on "Display" (bottom left), "Set custom text size (DPI)" (left) and check "Use windows xp style DPI scaling".

b) Right-click on the desktop area, click on "Personalize" and change the Windows 7 Aero theme to Windows 7 Basic or a High Contrast theme.

In Mac Mail 7.1 How do you stop incoming mail from showing all related mail. The link at the top doesn't do the trick.

When I receive an email every single mail that has the same subject shows up in the inbox as a separate email. It is very confusing when you see a bunch of emails and have to try to figure out the actual order. The point is that I simply do not want to see all the other emails in the same window. All I want to do is read the current email. And if that particular email has any previous emails in the email thats OK but what is happening is you see the related email twice. If you just don't want to see the call notification on your home screen go to Settings, Notification, Phone and turn Notification Center to Off. Or you can simply select None and calls will be listed in the Notification center but you won't see a banner / alert on the home screen.
