Adding header in split alv using SALV

Hello Champs,
I have a requirement to display 6 diff reports in a screen. I have achieved it by using SALV(Split Container). Now I need to add header to each ALV report. The normal way of adding header in SALV doesnt work in the split ALV.
Can someone help me with this.

                 I want to display the Header for the ALV grid using Splitter .
    when i am doing like that .I am getting  a screen on the top of that screen I am getting a EMPTY screen .I don't know why likat.

  • Problem in alv report coumn header in the background while using salv

    Hi  all,
            now i am working on  alv report for this i have used salv i mean oops alv ,So here i am facing one issue while executing the report  in background
            the report column headers are not displaying properly as it is displaying in front end.
           In the back ground it is always displaying column header as data element field label short text. i have written a code to pick the long text
           but it is working fine if run the report in the frontend where as in the backgroiund it is always displaying short text but it is wrong.

    I need to display Table header in ALV using Oops.
    I need to data from 8 fields which I get in the run time of the program.
    I am new to Oops ALV, I have done a similar thing in normal ALV but not in oops.

    I want to create a frozen alv grid i.e the row selections are defined in the code and should not be able to modify on the screen . Please let me know if it is possible ? I am using salv* class for alv.

    Hi,
    You mean "preventing" the user to change the selection set or just not allowing him to change some rows content?
    If you speak about selection only, I don't think this is feasible... (or a silly idea: highlight the rows instead of selecting them

  • Need to display texts on to the ALV grid using SALV

    Hi evryone,
                   There is a requirement to print an ALV grid containing the row titles and their subsequent values. The display shouild look like as below

    The headings pertaining to ItemA to itemB should come in a single column and their subsequent values as shown above. The total should be displayed below the corresponding block of items. Can anyone please suggest me the way we can acheive this using SALV and container concept.

The text summary and the texts "ItemA, B, C etc" should have 1 coulmn gap and the prices for the first item block should have 1 column block from the texts and the prices for second Item block should have a 2 coulumn block from the texts and total value should be displayed below each block.

    Hi,
    You are not calling the screen in your program where you have placed your custom container. Hence it is displaying nothing.
    Also the place where you are instanciating the objects is not correct.
    Jus check the program BCALV_GRID_02 for correctly creating a list using OO approach.

  • Dynamic header in oo alv print_top_of_page based on current line

    I would expect this to be a common problem with the solution easily to google/find, but somehow...
    dynamic header generation during alv print_top_of_page:
    - i print an oo alv grid, sorted by kunnr
    - for each new kunnr a new page
    -> now I want during print-out to: at each top of page, read the first (or any) line of the current page, i.e. the current kunnr, and select data on basis of that kunnr to be written to the header.
    My problem is that sy-tabix is not being filled correctly (always 1).
    Strange thing is that in another report with a non-dynamic itab to display, sy-tabix is actuall being filled more or less correctly. (with the minor drawback that on the first page the tabix might not be 1 but more likely to be 2; but that's easy to fix and for the next pages sy-tabix is correct)
